Camping des 2 Plages

In order to be able to benefit from the services offered by the Camping les 2 plages, we ask you to read carefully the general conditions below. These conditions govern the sales of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. The fact of reserving a stay implies the complete adhesion to our general conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
• The booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the Camping les 2 plages, after the reception of the deposit and after the reception either of the booking contract completed and signed , or after the acceptance of the general conditions of sales during the booking online.
• All booking is submitted to the agreement of the Camping les 2 plages. The camping is free to accept or refuse a reservation, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances that may hinder the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would seek to divert it.
• The reservation of a pitch or a location must be made on personal basis. You can not in any case sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the camping.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Location or rental numbers are not guaranteed. In case of necessity of planning or in case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to change the rental or pitch number.
• Camping pitch: The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motor home for 1 or 2 people, one vehicle, access to the sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
• Rental: The rental accommodations are equipped. The capacity is from 4 to 7 places depending on the type of rental. Only one vehicle is accepted.
• The campsite of the 2 beaches reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation. No additional installations or child tents are accepted next to the rentals.
• Booking fees: The campsite charges 25€ booking fees on reservations.
RATES AND TOURIST TAX

•The campsite may apply promotional offers during the season (periods and products need to be determined)
• The amount of the tourist tax is 0.66€/night/adult.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
• For reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation at the campsite. The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
• For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
• Depending on the periods, the arrival days are variable.
• Rental accommodation: On arrival, you will be asked to leave a 150 Euro deposit. The handing over of the keys of your rental is guaranteed from 4:00 pm. The inventory of fixtures is done by you on the day of arrival. You are required to report any anomalies within 24 hours of your arrival.
• Campsite pitch: on the day of your arrival you will be welcomed from 2:00 pm.
2. During your stay
It is the camper's responsibility to insure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycle, etc.). The campsite of the 2 beaches declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc. and in case of incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper.
• All customers must comply with the provisions of the campsite rules and regulations.
• Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by persons staying with him or visiting him.
3. Departure
• Location : On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the pitch must be vacated before 2pm. The pitch must be left clean.
• Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental must be vacated before 10 am.
The inventory of fixtures is carried out from 8am to 10am.
In case of early departure without inventory of fixtures or departure outside these hours, the cleaning package will be charged.
The accommodation will be returned in perfect cleanliness and the inventory will be checked. Any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of the compensation retained, on a supporting invoice, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs are higher than the amount of the deposit.
If the accommodation has not been cleaned properly before your departure, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Cleaning price:
Rentals 2 bedrooms: 50€ and rentals 3 BEDROOMS: 80th. Rentals PRESTIGE 2 BEDROOMS: the cleaning package is included in the price of the accommodation.
• For any departure after 10:00 am out of season, you may be charged a supplement for departure between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm at the price of the night in force.
ANIMALS
Animals are accepted at the campsite for a fee payable at the time of your reservation, except for 1st and 2nd category dogs. When they are allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around the swimming pools, in the food shops and in the buildings. The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date.
VISITORS AND SUPPLEMENTS
Visitors are required to register and any supplement must be paid at the reception desk. The access to the swimming pools and the animations is paying for the visitors: 10e/person.
The vehicle must be parked outside the campsite.
BRACELET
One bracelet per person will be put in place at the reception desk upon your arrival. It must be worn visibly on your wrist during your stay.
SWIMMINGPOOL
Wearing swimming shorts is strictly forbidden. Only swimsuits (1 piece or bikini for women, swim briefs for men) are allowed.
Access to the pools is regulated.
BARBECUES
Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden. Only gas or electric barbecues are tolerated.
DISPUTE
In case of dispute, jurisdiction is delegated to the courts located in the place of presence of the campsite.
Any possible complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments must be notified in writing (LRAR) to the campsites of the 2 beaches.
MEDIATION
Within the framework of a litigation, you have the possibility to contact us in the following way:

- sending a mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the campsite des 2 plages 41 avenue des acacias 17420 Saint Palais sur mer.
You also have the possibility to seize a mediator of consumption, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, LRAR by depositing a file on line on the following website www.medicys.fr or by mail: Medicys - 73 Boulevard de Clichy - 75009 Paris.
RESPONSABILITY OF CAMPING DES 2 PLAGES
The customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible in case of erroneous information communicated by its partners or by third parties, as well as via any other paper or digital support (brochure, website, social networks...) concerning the campsite and in particular photos, activities, services and dates of operation.
All photos and texts used in the brochure, on the campsite's website, social networks and partner sites are non-contractual and are only indicative.
It may happen that certain activities or facilities proposed and indicated in the descriptions appearing on these communication media are suppressed, in particular for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure as defined by the French courts.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
In accordance with the general regulations on data protection of May 25, 2018, we take care to ensure the best level of protection of your personal information.
Your data is used in order to guarantee you a quality service with an optimum treatment of your reservations and a personalized communication concerning the campsite.
You can find our personal data protection charter on our website or by simple request.
The information that you communicate to us at the time of your reservation is confidential and is not transmitted to any third party. It will be used exclusively for the processing of your reservation and for personalized communication concerning the campsite.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning you. IMAGE RIGHT
The campsite, as well as any person designated by the campsite to act as a substitute, reserves the right to use any photographic, video, sound or recording medium in which you may appear for future publications. This authorization is valid for you as well as for the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishments and will not in any way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
MINI CLUB
Children are welcome at the Mini-Club from the age of 4 to 12 years old. Under no circumstances will children under the age of 4 be accepted at the Mini Club.
ANNULATION AND MODIFICATIONS
1. Modification of your reservation
• Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
• In the absence of a written message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available again to the sale 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.
2. Unused benefits
Any stay not consumed, interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.
3. Cancellation due to the Camping des deux plages
In the case of a cancellation due to the camping of the two beaches, the sums paid will be refunded, except in case of force majeure. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation due to the customer
In case of interruption or cancellation of the stay by a customer who has not subscribed to the insurance, the campsite of the 2 beaches does not reimburse in any case the sums paid and the sums due.
The 7-day right of withdrawal does not apply to outdoor hotels. Consequently, no refund will be made (except for cancellation conditions).
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The campsite offers a cancellation and interruption insurance in the rental contract through the partner Gritchen Affinity. Cancellation insurance package: 3.6% of the amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation, the customer must imperatively inform the campsite of his withdrawal as soon as an event occurs that prevents his departure by mail or e-mail. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or at the campsite), the customer must notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents:
