General Sales Terms:
Article 1 - Sales Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.campingbellehutte.com and directly by us. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers. The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay. According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the customer for information prior to any contract for holiday purchase.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price: 0.65 € per person (+18 years old).
Booking requests (camping pitch and rented accommodations) are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreement, acceptation of the T&Cs by the customer and payment of the total amount and booking fees (30% deposit + booking fees until D-31, total amount between D-30 and D-0 before arrival). Non payment of the balance due 30 days before arrival will automatically considered a booking cancellation. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer.
2.2 Special offers - Prices
Special offers are strictly effective for a given number of people and the dates indicated on the booking form: these special rates no longer apply in the event of a modification by the customer. Prices indicated on the contract apply only at the date of the signature. Prices can change during the season: customers who paid a higher price won't be able to benefit from a refund.
2.3 Modification of reservation requested by the customer
• Request for modification of stay (dates, type of accommodation): studied by the campsite to the extent of availability and current rates. Failing any modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation conditions.
• Request to increase the length of stay made according to availability and current rates.
• Request to reduce the length of stay: any request is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions for cancelling the stay.
• Delayed arrival: in the absence of a written message from the customer indicating a delay, the reservation will be considered cancelled and subject to the terms and conditions for cancelling the stay.
2.4 Cancellation
We advise you to subscribe to the cancellation insurance: this contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation / interruption of your stay under certain conditions (100% with justification / 70% without justification). • Cancellation / interruption of stay by the client:
Case 1 - Cancellation up to D-31 before the start of the stay: the deposit (30%) and administrative costs are retained by the campsite without any possibility of reimbursement or postponement.
Case 2 - Cancellation between D-30 and D-0 before the start of the stay: the totality of the sums paid, i.e. the totality of the amount of the stay, is retained by the campsite without any possibility of reimbursement or postponement.
Case 3 – Late arrival not reported in writing: all sums paid, i.e. the total amount of the stay, is retained by the campsite without any possibility of reimbursement or postponement. The reservation is considered canceled from 12 p.m. the day after the day of arrival provided for in the contract.
Case 4 – Interruption of stay / early departure: all sums paid, i.e. the total amount of the stay, is retained by the campsite without any possibility of reimbursement or postponement.
• Cancellation by us: the amounts paid will be refunded except in cases of force majeure.
2.5 Withdrawals
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Code de la Consommation). For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - During your stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
Rented accommodations: arrivals from 4.30 p.m. and 7.00pm departures before 9.30 a.m.
Camping pitches: arrivals from 2.00 pm and departures before 12.00pm.
Arrivals after 7.00 pm are possible under certain conditions, please contact us beforehand.
3.2 Rental deposit
A security deposit of 200 euros per accommodation will be requested by our partner Swikly, or upon your arrival at the campsite (Visa or Mastercard). It will be cancelled within 20 days of your departure. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as well as the final cleaning (45 to 80 €), the cleaning of the kitchen/dishes (25€) or in the event of soiling due to the presence of a animal (75€) if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness.
3.3 Departure
Any return of the key or release of the location after the time stipulated in the contract results in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date (according to possibilities and current rates).
3.4 Animals
The animal must never be left alone, and must always be kept on a leash.
1 animal maximum is allowed in the following accommodations: Chalets 30m² and 35m², Duplex 55m². In the event of soiling, an additional €75 will be requested (hair, sofa, blankets, etc.).
Please note that no pets are allowed in the unusual accommodation: Roulottes Viticoles, Roulottes Traditionelles, Chalet Surplombante, Boblâ's Hut, Cuveau Insolite, Goutte d'O and Chalets Ronds.
3.5 Tent, caravan, motorhome, gazebo or other facilities are prohibited near rental accommodations
3.6 Breach of contract
In the event of the presence of unauthorized animals in unusual accommodation, additional people exceeding the capacity of the accommodation, several animals in the chalets or non-payment of the security deposit, the reservation will be void and the sums paid will remain acquired at the direction of the campsite.
3.7 Rules of procedure
By accepting these T&Cs you adhere to the rules of procedure. Excerpt from the rules of procedure:
Access to the games and the swimming pool is under the supervision and responsibility of the parents.
Visitors are authorized by the reception office, after payment of the fee (15€/people/day)
Dogs (tattooed and vaccinated) must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone in your absence.
Silence must be total from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Circulation of vehicles prohibited from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., speed limited to 10 km/h.
Fires are strictly prohibited. Gas/electric/charcoal barbecues only allowed.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Mandatory selective sorting.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident relating to the customer's civil liability; insurance for your equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...). The camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal belongings (bicycles, skis, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details he provided when ordering are correct and that they will enable him to receive his order confirmation. In the event that the Customer does not receive this confirmation, it is their responsibility to contact us.
Article 5 - Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Commerce de Epinal.
