Article 1: A rental of an accomodation or campsite pitch will only be taken into account and will be effective after having duly completed the rental contract and after having paid the deposit to the company Aquadis Loisirs requested for the latter.
Article 2: The rental contract, the fact that you sign this said contract commits you to accept all of the general conditions of sale.
Article 3: In the event that the specific accommodation request cannot be met, the customer has the right to cancel his reservation and be reimbursed the deposit paid.
Article 4: In the event of breach of contract, the deposit will be retained and the balance must be paid as compensation for breach of contract.
Article 5: The rental contract will indicate a precise date of arrival and departure.
Article 6: The rental contract commits the reservation holder to pay the entire stay even in the event of total or partial absence.
Article 7: All rentals are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet.
Article 8: The rental only becomes effective after receipt of a deposit payment of an amount determined in the contract.
Article 9: In the absence of a letter from the customer, specifying that he had to postpone his arrival date, the pitch becomes available 48 hours after the arrival date provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required.
Article 10: Concerning rentals, a deposit, determined according to the rate chosen and depending on the reservation date (between 30% and 100% of the total amount of the stay) is requested upon reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or on arrival at the campsite when the customer has not reserved. Please note that for stays of 6 nights or less, the
deposit requested corresponds to 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Article 11: For any changes to the dates of stay, the same location, chalet, mobile home or bungalow cannot be guaranteed.
Article 12: Please note that in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 et seq. of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Aquadis are subject to the right of withdrawal. Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.
Article 13: Civil liability insurance is mandatory.
Article 14: Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness, or the general condition of the rental must be notified no later than 24 hours after arrival, in order to allow it to be remedied. No complaints will be admissible more than 24 hours after the day of arrival. All campers are required to respect the internal regulations of the campsite, displayed at reception. They are responsible for any disturbances caused by people staying with them. Serious non-compliance with the internal regulations may result in the expulsion of the camper.
Article 15: In the event of a dispute which arises regarding the validity, interpretation, execution or non-execution, modification or termination of the contract, the customer and Aquadis will endeavor to find an amicable solution. In the absence of a satisfactory response and in accordance with article L. 616-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, to: SAS Médiation Solution - 222 chemin de la bergerie 01800 Saint Jean de Niost.

Article 16: Cancellation costs may be covered by the cancellation guarantee offered by Aquadis.
