RESIDENCE REGULATIONS
1.RECEPTION
Admittance to Residence is allowed from 07:30 to 0:00 AM only after identification documents have been handed over to the Receptionists and entrance has been authorized by them. Guest will be accompanied to the assigned site by the responsible personnel. The Management may refuse admittance to persons considered unqualified or not equipped with camping outfit.

If leaving afternoon, guests will have to pay for the whole day.
3. VISITS
Visits must be previous notified to the Management for authorization. Daily tariff will be applied to each visitor and his car shall be parked in the specially reserved area.
4. SILENCE TIME
Radio, TV sets and other electrical and acoustical appliances shall be kept at a moderate volume. From 13:30 to 16:00 hrs and after 22:30 hrs the above aplliances shall be adjusted to the lowest volume in order not to disturb the neighbours.
5. CARS, MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORBICYCLES
Cars are allowed to circulate inside the Residence from 07:30 to 00:00 hrs at a speed not exceeding 10 km/hour. The admittance of cars in the pinewood is only allowed for loading and unloading operations. After these operations have been completed, the cars shall be left in the proper parking areas. Motorcycles and motorbicycles shall always circulate inside the Residence with the motor off.
6. FIRES
It is absolutely forbidden to light fires on bonfires inside the Residence. Cigarettes and cigar ends, along with matches, shall be accurately stubbed.
7. PLANTS, GARDENS, FLOWER BEDS AND EQUIPMENT
Shall be strictly respected. The use of swimmingpools, sport equipments, playground etc. will be at the guests exclusive risk. Children shall always be accompanied by adults when using the various equipment and the toilettes. Parents shall be directly responsible for their own children. The tennis courts are reserved to the players only and these shall wear proper shoes.
8. GARBAGE
Litter and other things to get rid of, shall be always placed in the dust bins provided. Maximum order and cleanliness are strongly recommended.
All cases of infectous diseas must be immediately reported to the Management.
Non observance of these regulations, displayed also at the entrance of Residence, will entitle the Management to take adeguate measures which might also involve the request to leave immediately the Residence.
