Prices include:
- energy consumption (heating, electricity and gas)
- pool entrance
- parking
- wi-fi connection
- entertainment (July and August - in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of stay).
Prices do not include the tourist tax: € 0.50 per night/per person for the village and € 0.35 per night/per person for the camping, which is paid up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (free for under 14).
BOOKING METHOD
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after the payment of the deposit (corresponding to 30% of the total amount).
PAYMENT
The stay balance must be paid at the reception at least one day before departure.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation of a reservation is subject to to the following cancellation terms:
- for cancellations within 60 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded
- for cancellations from 59 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be withheld
In case of cancellation from 59 days to 1 day before arrival, due to causes strictly connected to the Covid-19 emergency (restrictions on mobility between States and/or between Regions), a voucher will be issued, equivalent to the deposit paid, usable throughout 2022 (also transferable to third parties).
In case of early departure the customer will be required to pay the entire period of stay as determined by the booking confirmation.
FINAL CLEANING
We do not charge any final cleaning fee but the accommodation must be left in order (the kitchen and related utensils must be returned clean). The Management reserves the right to make random checks and, if it believes that the structure has not been returned in an appropriate manner, may charge a penalty.
AUTHORISATION FOR VIDEO AND PHOTO SHOOTINGS
The acceptance of the stay contract, involves the authorization by the customer to video and photographic shooting that could be made in the camping by third parties, authorized by the Management, for advertising purposes only (including online disclosure, in full compliance with the applicable privacy law). Any dissent must be expressed by the customer to the Management during the stay.
