General conditions of sale
When booking enter the characteristics of your:
-camper van: length and height;
-caravan: length including the drawbar;
-tent: length and width.
Arrival and departure times:
from 9 june to 9 september: arrival from 2 pm to 11 pm – departure before 2 pm;
other periods: arrival from 7 am to 11 pm - departure before 6 pm.
If your booked pitch is not yet free when you arrive, you can temporarily occupy a courtesy pitch, if available, and transfer to your booked pitch later.
Any extension of your stay beyond the period shown on your booking confirmation is to be agreed with management and is subject to availability.
No additional people are allowed on site, except on agreement with management.
No commission is payable on booking and booking does not entitle you to booking rights.
Bookings are confirmed when you pay 30% of the cost of your stay by credit card or bank transfer, a sum which will be deducted from your balance.
Bookings are to be considered confirmed only on receipt of a booking confirmation sent by management.
Credit card payments will be deducted only after this confirmation and bank transfer will take place the day after confirmation.
Balance payments for the whole period booked are payable on arrival, after you have seen your pitch.
In the event of late arrival, pitches will remain available to clients until midday the next day, unless prior notification has taken place via email or WhatsApp. No-shows will be considered to have given up their booking and management is free to assign the pitch as it sees fit.
Cancellations
If you have to give up your booking, sums paid will be reimbursed as follows:
- within 2 weeks of the start of your booking - the whole sum will be reimbursed;
- after 2 weeks no sums will be reimbursed.
