ADMITTANCE TO THE RESIDENCE
Visitors must receive prior authorisation from Management in order to enter the Complex. For this purpose, they will be asked to exhibit a valid form of identification.
VISITORS
No outside visitors may enter the Complex, even if accompanied by a guest, without receiving prior authorisation from Management. Visitors have to pay an admission fee.
Management reserves the right to prohibit entrance to daily visitors.
During your stay, it is strictly forbidden to host friends or relatives overnight even if you don't reach the maximum capacity
Visitors entrance fees:
Adult 1-2 hours: Euro 5,00 Child 1-2 hours: Euro 3,00
Adult half day: Euro 8,00 Child half day: Euro 7,00
Adult full day: Euro 16,00 Child full day: Euro 14,00
Check-in
Check-in time is from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
A late check-in cannot be guaranteed, unless you inform us promptly within 6.30 p.m. about your late arrival.
Upon arrival, guests are requested to leave a € 100,00 deposit or, alternatively, the details of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), as security.
After checking-in, it is in no case possible to change the names of the guests occupying the accommodation.
Early check-in and late check-out
Guests can request an early check-in before 12.00 p.m. by contacting the reception in advance. The additional fee for early check-in amounts to 30% of the room daily rate.
The additional charge for any requests of late check-out until 6.00 p.m. amounts to 50% of the room daily price.
Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out will be handled based on availability.
Guests that wish to stay in the residence on the departure day after vacating their room within 10.00 a.m. are asked to pay the visitors entrance fee. In this case prior authorisation of the Management is needed.
RECEPTION
The office is open every day from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
PARKING PLACE AND VEHICLES SPEED LIMIT
Each apartment has a private parking place. Second cars, as well as visitors' cars, may be parked in a private area outside the Complex upon payment of a daily fee. The speed limit within the grounds is 5 Km/h
REST TIME
Absolute silence has to be respected from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. and from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
PETS
Dogs must be kept on a leash and walked periodically outside the Complex. All dog owners are asked to clean areas soiled by their dogs. They are also responsible for any damage to persons or objects caused by their dogs. Furthermore, you are not allowed to bring pets into the swimming pool area.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open to swimmers from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
It is not permitted to use inflatable toys, rafts or any kind of balls, to dive, to smoke, to use the deck chairs in the garden, to eat on the deck and to bring in glass objects.
BARS
The two bars in the Residence are open during the following times:
Plumeria pool bar: 09.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m. / 02.00 p.m. - 06.00 p.m.
Bar Nasimi Beach: 08.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
In low season and in case of bad weather the above-mentioned opening hours could be subject to modifications.
RESTAURANT
Restaurant Onda Blu is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. for breakfast and bread service and from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. for dinner.
WASHROOM
Guests are kindly asked not to wash bathing suits and intimate apparel or linens in the sinks and not to throw anything into the toilets.
ENVIRONMENT
It is not permitted to play any kind of game (football, volleyball, etc.), place deck chair cushions or towels on the ground, use bicycles or other vehicles in the garden of the Complex. These activities can be performed in the lawn area below the swimming pool.
It is prohibited to wash automobiles and boats and to waste water.
Guests are also asked to respect the grounds, hygiene and cleanliness of the complex.
Separate waste collection is in force
BARBECUE
The Residence is equipped with a public barbecuing area. It is not permitted to barbecue in the garden area nearby the apartments/mobile homes.
BUOYS
The Management reminds the Guests that, once booked, motorboat buoys shall be paid for even if they are not used and in case of early departure.
DAMAGES
The Management disclaims all responsibility for damage caused by adverse weather or forces of nature.
GUESTS' BELONGINGS
Management is not responsible for money or valuable objects not assigned to the custody of the same.
CHECK-OUT
The Management kindly asks the Guests to vacate their accommodation by 10.00 a.m. to avoid being charged for an additional day.
The Management also suggests the Guests to settle the bill the day before their departure. Guests will have to pay the entire period booked even in case of later arrival and/or earlier departure. Furthermore the rates are intended to be daily, regardless of the hour of arrival.
At the end of the period of stay the apartment will be inspected. In the event of damages caused by the Guest and/or unclean kitchen, cutlery and cooktop, the Management reserves the right to charge the Guest with the cost for the repair and the cleaning. The cost for the extra cleaning may vary from a minimum of 30,00 Euro to a maximum of 80,00 Euro, according to the size of the room.
LOST PROPERTY
Personal belongings forgotten by Guests in the apartment after their departure will be sent on demand only upon payment of a fee.
ROOM EQUIPMENT
The rates include the first furniture of bed linen, while towels are not provided. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site.
In the accommodation you will find a broom, a mop and a rag. Rubbish bags, toilet paper and cleaning soaps are to be provided by yourself.
Booking regulations
Guests are kindly requested to carefully read the following booking regulations. After a booking has been confirmed, it constitutes a valid contract, under the Italian law in force.
The contract is binding for those who make the booking.
Booking
Guests can send a request for availability and wait for our reply. Alternatively, it is possible to book online following the instructions provided on the webpage.
Further to your request, you will receive a non-binding offer. The booking shall be considered confirmed only after our written notice and the payment of a deposit, to be settled within 10 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the booking will be considered invalid.
Should guests have any preference for a specific flat (ground floor/first floor, corner flat, etcetera), we will try to meet your requirement, although we reserve the right to move them to another flat of the same or higher category (at the same price) depending on our booking calendar.
Guests are kindly requested to make certain that the details contained in the above-mentioned confirmation are correct and to inform us of any possible inaccuracy. Any amendment should reach us no later than 4 days after our confirmation. After such term, we refuse all responsibility for any mistakes.
In case of online booking, a form shall be filled out with the personal details of all the guests. Only the individuals listed in the form shall be admitted into the apartment complex. Any change must be communicated to the reception in good time. A valid identification document for every guest must be submitted upon arrival.
Guests need to contact reception in order to modify the booking. Our staff will do their best to meet your requirements; however we are not in a position to guarantee that your requests will always be accepted. Should the booking be changed to a period when the rate is higher than the original amount paid, guests will have to pay the difference.
Payment
General terms and conditions:
A deposit shall be paid no later than 10 days after the confirmation of the booking. The balance must be paid the day before guests' departure at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. If the deposit is not paid within the above-mentioned deadline, the booking will be considered invalid. In case of cancellation of a booking, the deposit will be forfeited. The accepted methods of payment are bank transfer and credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
Tourist Tax
Starting from 2012, a tourist tax is applicable in the Lake Garda area all year long. The tax shall be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount is equal to € 1.50 per night for every guest aged 15 or more.
Security deposit
A security deposit shall be paid in cash or authorized on your credit card upon arrival. The amount shall be partly or fully withheld to cover for any possible damage caused within the apartment complex. Should the amount of damages exceed the security deposit, guest shall pay the balance immediately. Should the kitchen not be clean upon departure, a €30 cleaning fee will be withheld. Once our staff verify that premises are undamaged, your security deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations
Every cancellation shall be made in writing. The following fines shall apply:
Any deposit paid upon booking shall not be refunded;
For cancellations carried out up to 45 days before arrival, no additional penalty will apply;
For cancellations carried out between 45 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the remaining amount shall be paid;
For cancellations carried out between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the remaining amount shall be paid;
For cancellations carried out between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 80% of the remaining amount shall be paid;
For cancellation carried out between 6 days and 1 day before arrival, 100% of the remaining amount shall be paid.
We suggest you a Travel Insurance.
Force Majeure
The management shall not be held liable for disruptions to normal service caused by missed supplies, accidental breakdown of equipment or by other acts of God or nature.
The management shall not be held liable for damages caused by other guests, adverse weather, natural disasters, epidemics, disease and theft.
By accepting the booking conditions guests also accept the apartment complex rules and regulations.
Deposit
Upon arrival guests are requested to leave a € 1,000 deposit or, alternatively, the details of a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), as security. Such amounts will be paid back after our staff have carefully inspected the flat, before departure.
Balance
Any remaining amount to be paid shall be settled to the Residence Onda Blu the day before departure. Guests shall pay for the whole stay even in case of early departure.
Guests are reminded that, once booked, buoys shall be paid for even if they are not used and in case of early departure.
