TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. It is our goal to optimise the reservations as much as possible, by matching the dates. Pitches and rental accommodations are assigned by us.
2. The reservation is final after we have received the deposit.
3. Arrivals and check in from 14.00 - 20.00 hours.
Departures, payments and check out from 08.00 - 12.00.
The rental accommodations need to be left at 10.00.
4. For reservations using a previously made deposit or voucher issued by us, additional payment conditions apply.
5.For stays in mobile homes, apartments and glamping accommodations, a deposit of € 150.00 is required, which will be pre-authorized on a credit card. The deposit will be returned after departure, following the verification of our staff in the accommodation, who must not show any damage or deficiencies in the inventory.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
40% deposit is to be made within 14 days after making the reservation.
The balance of the total amount of the booking is to be paid on the spot the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1.Cancellations have to be confirmed by email.
2.For a cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be used for a new reservation, to be made within one year after the cancellation.
3.If cancelled within 30 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund.
4.In case of early departure or late arrival, before or after the departure date or arrival date
for which the reservation has been made, the full amount of the booking has to be paid.
COVID MONEY BACK OR REBOOKING GUARANTEE season 2022
1.The special Covid guarantee is valid in case of cancellation or rebooking, due to force majeure in relation to the Corona pandemic, as described in the conditions.
2.A reservation for a mobile home, apartment or camping pitch can be cancelled or rebooked as follows:
in case of cancellation from 4 weeks up to 2 days before the arrival date, you will receive your money back,
or
in case of cancellation from 4 weeks up to 2 days before the arrival date, you receive a voucher with a validity period until the end of the 2022 season,
or
rebooking can be done from 4 weeks up to 2 days before the arrival date, if available.
If, after rebooking, the price of the stay is higher, the difference must be paid, for a cheaper stay there will be no refund made.
3. This special guarantee is only valid for reservations of a mobile home, apartment or camping pitch. The Lodges (safari tents) are excluded.
The Lodges (safari tents) can be canceled free of charge until 1 June 2021, except reservation costs.
4.Vouchers issued in 2020 are non-refundable, their validity can be extended.
5.Cancelling or a request for rebooking can only be done by writing, via e-mail.
CONDITIONS
The Covid guarantee is only valid under the following conditions:
1.Negative travel advice, code orange or red, applies to the region Liguria, the region of the campsite.
2.The region where you live is in lockdown, travelling is not allowed.
3.The campsite is closed due to Corona measures.
For any other reason for cancellation the usual general terms and conditions, as accepted when making a reservation, apply.
