PITCHES : Booking procedure and regulations
1) Cancellation is possible within 30 days before the arrival date, without any extra costs or penalties. Later cancellations cannot be refunded.
2) Only after the receipt of the deposit the direction of the camping can give a confirmation of reservation. By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the present booking regulations.
3) The total bill is payed at the arrival – we accept payment by card or cash.
4) The emplacement will be allocated by the management. All possible will be done to allocate the emplacement in the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will not accept requests of cancellation or reimbursement. It is not possible to change the emplacement on arrival.
5) In the case of no arrival, Campsite management will keep the emplacement until 11:00 of the next day - then the reservation is cancelled.
6) On departure day, the emplacement must be free within 11:00 – on departures after 11:00 an additional entire day will be charged.
7) Arrival: on the indicated arrival day the reservation is valid from 12:00 on - the booked pitch cannot be occupied before 12:00.

7) In our locations it is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of pets – any guest who does not comply with this rule must leave the turist area immediately without any reimbursement!
