GENERAL TERMS & BOOKING CONDITIONS
A. Arrival and departure times:
ARRIVAL
pitches/private bathrooms from 12.00 to 19.00
apartments/chalets/Luxury Lodges/bedrooms from 15.00 to 19.00
DEPARTURE
pitches/private bathrooms before 11.00 a.m.
apartments/chalets/Luxury Lodges/bedrooms from 08.00 to 11.00 a.m. (on request even at 07.00 a.m.)
B. Dogs are welcome at the campsite and inside the apartments/bedrooms/Luxury Lodges, chalets, always on a leash.
C. Special offers, discounts are not cumulative and must be paid cash.
D. Down payment pitches/apartments/bedrooms/Luxury Lodges/chalets: 30%
The deposit should be remitted according to the terms outlined in the Booking Offer sent by the reservation office. € 10,00 booking fees.
E. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside apartments/bedrooms/Luxury Lodges/chalets and private bathrooms.
F. Caution for apartments/Luxury Lodges/chalets: € 100,00 in cash.
Compulsory end-cleaning (A1 € 30,00/A2-A3-A4 & C1-C8 € 40,00/A5-A6 & Luxury Lodges € 45,00/A7-A8 € 50,00). Extra cleaning of kitchen € 20,00.
Bed linen (one change per week) included in price, bath- and kitchen-towels for rent, on request
(Bed linen extra per change per person € 6,00/Bath towels per change per person € 4,00/Kitchen towels per change € 3,00)
G. Cancellation: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge with written notice up to 30 days prior the start of the booked period. After that term the down payment will be completely kept as a refund, or , in case of different agreement with the Booking Office, “frozen” for a future stay. In any case booking fees are not refundable.
H. Dates of arrival and departure are binding! In case of late arrivals or advanced departure, guests will be charged of the whole reserved period.
