GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Introduction
1.1The booking website which can be found at https://campingcevedaleit.premium.secureholiday.net (referred to below as the “Platform”) is supplied by Ctoutvert, with registered office at 10 Place Alfonse Jourdain, 31000 Toulouse, France, VAT no. FR67433265618, tel. +33 561 47 23 53, fax +33 534 40 84 77, email contact@ctoutvert.com, on behalf of Compagnia Gestioni Turistiche S.r.l. (referred to below as “COGEST”) with registered office at Via Pendege 7, Ossana (TN), Italy, VAT no. 01126500220, REA CCIAA TN 117062, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Trento, Italy, email info@campingcevedale.it, tel. +39 0463 751630.
1.2The Platform offers an online booking service for camping pitches and accommodation at Camping CEVEDALE (referred to below as the “Campsite”), Via di Sotto Pila 4, 38026 Fucine, Ossana (TN), owned by COGEST. Access to the Platform can be gained directly from the Campsite's website at http://www.campingcevedale.it/.
1.3These general conditions (referred to below as the “General Conditions”) apply to the booking applications made by Campsite customers (referred to below as the “Customers” or, individually, as the “Customer”) and their acceptance by the Campsite through the Platform. The General Conditions also apply to remote bookings made in any appropriate manner (by email, fax or phone).
2.Access to the Platform
2.1Access to the Platform from the link specified in the introduction is free of charge. The internet connection charge is payable by the Customer.
2.2The services supplied through the Platform are available in Italian and other languages.
2.3COGEST and the Campsite cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever if the Platform should be unavailable at any time for any reason.
3.Object
3.1The Customer may send the Campsite a booking application through the Platform for pitches and chalets for a selected period, by filling in an electronic order form. Before sending the booking application, the Customer has to specify the method of payment selected for forwarding the deposit referred to in article 4 below and expressly accept these General Conditions by ticking the relevant box. The privacy information can be found in the Legal Disclaimer section of www.campingcevedale.it.
3.2The Platform automatically generates an order registration message and sends an email to the address specified by the Customer in the order form which summarises the details of the booking application, the period selected and the prices, along with a statement to the effect that the booking will be confirmed by the Campsite once the availability of the accommodation during the period selected by the Customer has been verified.
3.3If the accommodation required is available, the booking will be confirmed by email to the Customer, containing all the details of the stay (period, price, tourist tax and internet link to these General Conditions).
4.Prices, payment and deposit
4.1The prices are indicated in the Platform and repeated in the email sent to the Customer as described in article 3 above. The prices are in Euros and include the taxes which apply, while the tourist tax is indicated separately. The Campsite has the right to change the prices at any time, but any price agreed upon with the Customer prior to such changes will continue to apply.
4.2At the time of booking, the Customers are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price of the accommodation.
The deposit may be paid:
a) by credit card at the time of booking;
b) by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation email referred to in article 3.3 above. In the event of failure to pay the deposit within that time limit, the Campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking.
4.3The balance has to be paid within the time limits specified in the confirmation email sent by the Campsite.
5.Withdrawal, delays, departures in advance
5.1Once the booking has been confirmed by email by the Campsite, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the agreement, pursuant to article 59, paragraph 1 n) of legislative decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”). The Campsite has the right to refund the sums paid by the Customer, in full or in part, at its own discretion.
5.2The pitch and/or chalet will be placed at the disposal of the Customer for periods of 7, 14 or 21 days or multiples thereof.
If the Customer should arrive late or leave in advance of the scheduled dates, as confirmed, he/she will have no entitlement to a discount or refund. The price of the stay is calculated on the basis of the daily list price applicable on the dates concerned. It is understood that when a pitch is booked for the period between 15 July and 22 August the Customer will pay a total amount equivalent to the price applied for two adults in addition to the pitch itself.
We recommend that any pitches and chalets required in July and August be booked no later than 31 May.
6.Information for Customers
6.1COGEST and the Campsite inform the Customers that:
a.the website contains specific instructions on the various procedures to be carried out to make the booking through the Platform;
b.before completing the booking, the Customer may check for and correct any errors by following the instructions which appear in the Platform.
7.Governing law and jurisdiction
7.1These General Conditions and the booking applications accepted are subject to Italian law.
7.2In the event of any dispute over the application, execution, interpretation and breach of these General Conditions and the confirmed bookings, including any legal action regarding contractual and non-contractual liability, the Court of Trento has jurisdiction.
7.3If COGEST or the Campsite should fail to exercise their contractual rights at any time, this may not be interpreted as a waiver of such rights, and will not prevent COGEST or the Campsite from demanding that the Customer accept the exercise of such rights in full at any later date.
8.Contents of the Platform, intellectual property and privacy
By accepting these General Conditions, the Customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the conditions for the use of the website and the privacy information contained in the Legal Disclaimer page at www.campingcevedale.it, to which reference should be made in respect of the related intellectual property rights.
9.Acceptance of the General Conditions, references and concluding clauses
9.1The use of the Platform and the services offered through it implies acceptance of these General Conditions.

10.Acceptance of clauses
10.1After reading these General Conditions, the Customer declares his/her full and unconditional acceptance of the following clauses pursuant to the terms and effects of article 1341 of the Italian civil code: 2.3 “Limitation of liability due to unavailability of the Platform”, 4.2.b) “Cancellation of the booking”, 5.1 “No right of withdrawal”, 5.2 “Charges in the event of late arrival or departure in advance”, and 7.2 “Jurisdiction”.
