General conditions of the accommodation contract
Art. 1 PREMISES
1.1.Camping Catinaccio Rosengarten is managed by the company Catinaccio Rosengarten S.a.a. di Rizzi Mariano & C., with operational headquarters in Pozza di Fassa (TN), Strada de Pucia n. 4, VAT 01941030221, hereinafter referred to as Camping Catinaccio, which provides its guests with camping services as defined by P.L. No. 9 of 4.10.2012 and subsequent implementation rules and amendments.
Art. 2 ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE
2.1. Electricity connection for pitches: is on consumption if required, max power 16 Amps.
2.2. The guest may only access the site with one vehicle per pitch, caravan or accommodation after registering with Reception.
2.3. The guest staying at the campsite in an apartment or caravan is allowed to park inside the structure only one car, therefore excluding vans, minibuses, campers.
2.4. The parking place is assured inside the camping site or in the external private parking for only one car per guest.
2.5. The guest staying at the campsite must respect the internal rules of the campsite in force while checking in.
2.6. All caravans are granted for use with a fixed wooden support structure in Tyrolean style with kitchenette and with the utensils and equipment included in the inventory which must be signed at the time of registration.
2.7. The agreed price for a stay in a rented caravan includes the rental charge, gas for the kitchen; hot showers; sun umbrella with table and chairs (in summer); parking space. Towels, sheets and pillowcases, heating (gas or electricity) and final cleaning, toilet cleaning must be paid for separately. Electricity is in addition.
2.8. Apartment guests may rent bed linen (except for chalets, for which the first supply is included in the price), pillowcases and towels on site upon written request at the time of booking. For the clients of the apartments/chalets, in the period December-April, is included in the price of the stay also the cost for the heating (guaranteed temperature 20-21 degrees).
Art. 3 VISITORS
3.1. Guests are allowed to receive visitors inside the accommodation facility only during the Reception opening hours and after notification of their arrival, registration of the visitor and payment of the appropriate fee (so-called Guest Pass).
3.2. If the duration of the visitor's visit does not exceed the maximum duration of 1 hour, no fee shall be charged, but the guest must nevertheless proceed with the fulfilments set out in point 2.1. (notification of arrival and registration of the visitor).
3.3. In any case, after the fulfilment of point 2.1, the visitor's access to the facility does not allow the use of the car park or the occupation of other spaces in the area inside the facility.
3.4. The visitor's stay inside the facility is allowed until and not later than 22.00.
3.5. The eventual overnight stay of the visitor shall be authorised by the Direction of the campsite upon payment of the tariff as per the price list and with departure within 11.00 a.m. of the following day, the payment is made at the check out of the visitor.
3.6. U18 visitors are not admitted, unless they are accompanied by adults of age, who are obliged to watch over their conduct during their stay in the campsite, answering to all effects of the law both towards the company and third parties.
3.7. The guest may not accommodate a number of visitors in the structure granted to him/her in excess of the maximum number of persons foreseen for the apartment, chalet or caravan assigned.
Art. 4 BOOKING
4.1. At the time of booking, and in any case no later than 2 days from the booking request, the guest is required to pay a deposit in a percentage that varies according to the cost of the stay. The amount of the deposit shall be specified in the booking confirmation email sent to the guest.
4.2. At the time of booking, and in any case no later than 2 days after the booking request, the guest is required to pay a variable cost indicated during the booking process in addition to the total price of the stay.
4.3. The guest's tax is not included in the agreed price and must be paid at the property in accordance with Article 6.5.
4.4. The cost of hiring sheets, pillowcases and towels, where applicable, shall be quantified in the booking confirmation email together with the cost of cleaning the accommodation unit.
4.5. Please note that in high season the price is charged: on classic, basic and small type pitch a minimum of two people plus the pitch occupied, in superior pitch and in allotments like apartments-caravans-chalets-others the price is charged for a minimum of three adults plus pitch occupied.
4.6. Short stay rates (one or two maximal overnights) will be variably increased depending on the seasonal period.
Art. 5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The guest can at any time renounce to the reservation, giving written notice to the campsite by e-mail, registered letter, certified email.
5.2. The cancellation involves the refund by the campsite of the amount paid as a deposit at the time of booking if the cancellation is received at least 45 days before the date of arrival (check in).
5.3. In the event of cancellation of the booking, made in writing in accordance with the procedures set out in 5.1 above, and received
- from 44 to 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the deposit shall be withheld, quantified in accordance with Article 4.2, without prejudice to any greater damages;
- from 29 days to the day of arrival, the 100% of the amount of the booked stay is charged, without prejudice to any greater damages.
5.4. Under no circumstances shall the booking fees referred to in Art. 4.2. be refunded.
5.5. Book without any worries a stay at Camping Catinaccio Rosengarten, and your vacation will be protected by Care4UHotel insurance against unpleasant and unexpected events.
In the event that you have to cancel your stay with us, you will be reimbursed up to 100% of the cancellation fees. In addition, by adding a small daily amount you will be guaranteed reimbursement of medical expenses, 24-hour health care, baggage coverage and the outdoor package (reimbursement of ski passes, subscriptions to tennis or spa centers, rental of sports equipment, ski schools) and mandatory coverage for skiing for damage to third parties (Article 30 of Legislative Decree 40/2021). It is € 2.50 per day per person.

Art. 6 ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN and PAYMENT
6.1. The reception of the guest and the carrying out of the check-in at the reception desk are allowed during the following hours:
a) for the pitch from 11.00 am until 7.30 pm;
b) for the apartment/chalet from 3 p.m. until 7.30 p.m;
c) for the caravan from 3 p.m. until 7.30 p.m;
6.2. Failure to carry out the check-in by 9.00 p.m. on the day established in the booking (the so-called time limit) results in the automatic termination of the contract, in accordance with the article 1457 of the Civil Code and, consequently, the campsite management shall cancel the booking (unless otherwise agreed with the campsite management in the case of timely communication by the guest of a late arrival in the event of traffic, bad weather or mishaps).
6.3. The balance payment of the stay may be requested on arrival during the check-in. This also applies to stays without a reservation.
6.4. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the guest must pay the full price of the booked stay for the entire period as stated in the booking (total price), without any possibility of cancellation of days.
6.5. Tourist tax is not included in the price and shall be paid in cash on arrival and in any case upon payment of the balance. Failure to pay the tourist tax shall incur a penalty of 15% of the amount due. For more information on the tourist tax rate, please contact us.
6.6. To guarantee the value of the accommodation and its equipment while checking in, the guest must pay in cash the amount of euro 200.00 for stays in apartments/chalets or euro 100.00 for stays in caravans. At the end of the stay, the staff in charge checks the state of the structure and its equipment, and then proceeds to refund the amount deposited or charge any damages or shortcomings found. In any case, the right of the campsite to claim compensation for greater damages is not affected.
6.7. The payment of any other additional service - such as final cleaning, rental of sheets, pillowcases and towels for the apartments - must in any case be made before departure.
6.8. In case of non-payment, even partial, of the stay, of the accessory services, of the tourist tax and/or of possible damages caused inside the campsite by the guests or his/her visitors, the Management shall apply the right of retention according to art. 2760 of the Civil Code.
Art. 7 ALLOCATION OF THE PITCH
7.1. The guest is obliged to occupy the pitch assigned by the Management. Only for minimum stays of 3 weeks, the Management may grant the guest the right to choose the pitch.
7.2. The occupation of a different pitch from the one assigned is allowed only with the express authorisation of the Management and after a new check-in procedure.
Art. 8 DEPARTURE
8.1. The guest must leave the accommodation facility on the last day of the stay within the following times:
a) within 11.00 a.m. for pitch occupants;
b) by 10.00 a.m. for apartment/chalet or caravan occupants.
8.2. Upon leaving the accommodation facility, the guest is obliged to show the staff in charge of control the fiscal documentation proving the payment of any amount due for the stay.
8.3. In case of non-payment, even partial, of the stay, of the accessory services and/or of any damage caused inside the campsite by the guest or his guests, the Management applies the right of retention according to art. 2760 of the Civil Code.
Art. 9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The guest undertakes to respect the internal rules of the campsite and by signing the present conditions declares to have read them in full.
9.2. Any tolerance on the part of the campsite, referring to the conduct of the guest and/or his/her visitors that are in violation of the provisions of this contract and the internal regulations, does not constitute a waiver of the relative rights that the campsite is entitled to according to the clauses of the aforementioned acts.
9.3. Violation of the contractual obligations or the internal regulations by the guest shall result in a verbal or written warning by the Management. If the guest, despite the warning, continues to violate the obligations, the non-fulfilment of the aforementioned constitutes a serious breach resulting in the termination of the contract, with the consequent obligation for the guest and his/her visitors to leave the accommodation facility within and no later than 6 hours from the notice of termination, as well as to demand, by way of a penalty clause, the amount of the entire stay booked, with the right of the campsite to also retain the deposit until all claims or damages have been satisfied, and reserving the right to act for compensation for any greater damages suffered.
9.4. Any change to the Contract shall not be valid or binding unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
9.5. Any tolerance of conduct in breach of the provisions hereof shall not constitute a waiver of the rights arising from the provisions breached nor of the right to demand the exact fulfilment of all the terms and conditions provided for.
9.6. Should any provision of the contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain valid and effective.
9.7. The guest also declares that he/she accepts the above contractual conditions and in particular those contained in Articles 4 (Booking); 5 (Right of withdrawal), 6 (Arrival, Check-In, Payment); 8 (Departure); 9 (Final provisions).
