Reservation and payment conditions
1.These reservation and payment conditions are applicable on all reservations for pitches and mobile homes made at Camping San Cristoforo during the 2024 season.
2.Reservations can only be made in writing through either our website or by email. We ask you kindly to make your reservation request as complete as possible. Based upon the information provided by you, we will make you our best open-ended offer.
3.To conclude a reservation, you need to make a prepayment of 30% of the total price within 7 days. In case we have not received the prepayment within 7 days, the offer will expire.
4.The remainder - total price minus deposit – has to be paid at arrival.
5.The date your payment is registered on our bank account counts as date of payment.
6.For promotional purposes different payment possibilities can be offer. In case the promotional payment possibilities conflict with provisions in these regulations, they replace these provisions.
7.Payment offers, reductions, discounts by memberships, etc. are not combinable. For each reservation, in case applicable, we will offer, after consultation, the for the traveller most favourable option.
8.In case you arrive later than or leave earlier than the dates set in your reservation, you are obliged to pay the total amount as set in your reservation. No refund will take place for the days you stay shorter than planned and agreed on.
9.In case you, without any notice, have not arrived the day after the confirmed day of arrival at 15:00, your reservation will be cancelled without any refund.
10.In the offered price the tourist tax is not included. The tourist tax amounts 1,50 euro per person that is 14 year or older at day of arrival for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. The tourist tax needs to be paid in cash on arrival.
11.Obvious errors and / or mistakes do not bind the Camping. Such errors and mistakes are - from the perspective of the average traveller - at first sight known as such or should be.
12.A maximum of 2 domestic animals are allowed on the pitches.
13.Cancelations can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the email or letter concerning a cancelation is considered as cancelation date.
14.In case of cancelation the following amounts will be due.
-Cancellations until 30 days(day 30 exclusive) before arrival, €25,00
-Cancellations between 30 days(day 30 inclusive) and 15 days(day 15 exclusive) before arrival, the prepayment
-Cancellations within 15 days(day 15 inclusive), the total price.
15.On all our agreements, contracts, terms, and conditions Italian law is applicable.
16.If one of the provisions in terms and conditions proves to be void or voidable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
17.By signing the reservation form guest declares that he/she consents with and has taken knowledge of above provisions.
