1- INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
1.1 Maxicaravans/Apartments: running water, electricity, gas and air conditioning (where available). Final cleaning (extra charge Euro 35,00) and bed linen (extra charge Euro 7,00 per person every change) are not included in the price.
1.2 Pitches: use of toilet and hot water, use of camper service with inlet and outlet water.
1.3 All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that tourist tax is not included in the price.
1.4 The management reserves the right, at its discretion, to assigned the maxi caravan. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the General Term and Conditions. Camping's internal regulations are integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.5 The final price is calculated based on the data selected by the customer, any errors will not make it binding.
2- RENTAL:
2.1 Maxicaravans/Apartments: in high season the maxi caravan are rented on a weekly basis, arrival and departure are on Saturday. The minimum stay is shorted to 3 nights during low-middle season.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the arrival day and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on the departure day. Key must be brought back at the Reception. Anticipated and early departure must be arrange together with Reception. It is not possible to leave during the night.
2.2 Pitches: in high season the pitches are rented on a weekly basis. The minimum stay is shorted to 3 nights during low-middle season.
Check-in is from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the arrival day and check-out is from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the departure day. Anticipated and early departure must be arrange together with Reception. It is not possible to leave during the night.
2.3 Reservations only become binding once the deposit (including Euro 10,00 as reservation fee) has been paid and a written confirmation has been sent. The Management reserves the right to change the number of the accommodations/piches at any time we consider necessary, even after the deposit has been paid and written confirmation has been sent.
2.4 Payment: The rest of amount of the stay have to be pay within the day after the arrival. In case of late arrival, the reservation will be valid till 12:00 of the day after and the Management must be informed of the delayed arrival. In case of early departure and delayed arrival the full amount must be paid for the period reserved.
2.5 Cancellations: In no case the deposit will be refunded. In case the cancellation will be given less than 30 days before the arrival date and the Mobile Home/Pitch will be not allocated, the full amount of the booking must be paid. In case Guests arrive more than 24 hours late, without having given notice, the booking will be cancelled.
3- GUARANTEE (only for Maxicaravans/Apartments):
on arrival a guarantee deposit of € 70,00 will be requested far the Mobile Home occupied and it will be returned to the guest the day of the departure after a final check of the Mobil Home. Guests are asked to take care of the furniture and everything supplied in the Mobil Home (cutlery, mattress, fridge, ...). On the departure day, guests are asked to tidy the Maxi Caravan up (end-cleaning fee must be always paid) and leave the Mobil Home such as at the arrival, according to the inventory list given at check-in. Any damage must be compensated in accordance to the price list.
4- DAILY VISITORS are admitted by the management. They must present identity card at Reception and they will be charged the rate advertised on the price list. One-hour visit is free.
5- PETS:
5.1 Maxicaravans/Apartments: pets are allowed at the discretion of the management.
5.2 Pitches: pets are allowed.
