RENTAL OF MOBILE HOMES AND TENTS.
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Rates include: hot water, electricity, gas, kitchen, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV(only in mobile homes), 1 park for car, swimming pool, children's playground.
Optional costs: €10.00 a day for air-conditioning/heating(only in mobile homes); weekly €8.00 each person for sheets and €6 each person for towels.
Mandatory charges: €45 per stay.
CONDITIONS
RENTING PERIOD: minimum 1 week, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. the day of arrival to 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the day of departure. In low season the times and days of arrival and departure may be more flexible and will be agreed in advance with the Reception according to availability.
ARRIVAL: Tuesday and Saturday afternoon from 17:00 to 20:00. Valid identity documents will be required from each person who will stay inside the structure and will be returned only after registering the relevant data to be transmitted to the Police.
DEPARTURE: Tuesday and Saturday morning from 8.30 am to 10.00 am. The mobile home or tent must be left clean and tidy, the fridge must be left off and with the door open, the dishes washed, the garbage brought to the appropriate bins outside the campsite in tightly closed bags and deposited following the separate collection, otherwise 50 euros will be charged for the final cleaning. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise an additional € 20.00 will be retained from the deposit. Inside the campsite it is forbidden to dispose of bulky waste.
PETS are allowed in some types of mobile homes and tents, € 6,00 for day for pet.
DEPOSIT: Due to possible breakage or lacks a deposit of €150,00 is obligational. € 150.00 in cash or pre-authorization on credit card to be paid on arrival. It will be returned only and only after the authorized staff has checked the cleaning of the accommodation at the time of departure. Any discrepancy between what is provided and what was found at the time of delivery must be communicated within 2 hours of arrival at the Reception, any breakages will be charged to the account.
PAYMENT:30% at booking + €0.00 for expenses, the balance at arrival.
DEPOSIT REFUND: 80% of the total amount for a cancellation within 15 days before the arrival. After this date no refund will be put into effect. The deposit will be refunded from 15 October and up to 31 December.
CANCELLATION: Notices of cancellation of the reservation must be written by email to the address: info@campingdeifiori.it indicating their personal details and reservation number. All cancellation communications received by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, private messages on social media, will not be taken into account.
NO SHOW ON THE BOOKED DAY: the mobilehomes and tents is reserved until 10 am on the day following that of arrival. After this deadline the reservation is canceled and the deposit is lost.
CAMPING PITCHES
The daily prices are from 12:00 'o'clock on the day of arrival to 11 am on the day of departure.
Upon arrival, valid identity documents will be required from each person who will stay inside the structure and will be returned only after registering the relevant data to be transmitted to the Police and the payment of the stay.
PAYMENT: 30% at booking + €0.00 for expenses, the balance on the arrival.
