Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations over 21 days upon arrival, the deposit will totally be returned.
For cancellations over 14 days upon arrival, 50% of the paid deposit will be returned
For cancellations over 7 days upon arrival, 25% of the paid deposit will be returned
For cancellations within 7 days upon arrival, the deposit will be retained as a penalty
Early departure:
Regardless of the reasons, in the event of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of Covid-19 restrictions:
Should the booking be cancelled due to justified inability to travel, due to a new government decree on anti Covid-19 regulations, a voucher of the same amount as the deposit paid will be issued, to be used for a stay by 2022. The voucher is not divisible into several stays.

SUMMER RULES (June-September) & INFORMATIONS
Upon their arrival, Guests must hand in their IDs for registration.
No visitors are allowed, unless authorised by the Management. If admitted, they must provide one ID, exceeding two hours, payment of the daily fare is required.
The admittance of dogs or other pets is decided by the Management. When admitted, dogs must be kept on the leash. Each owner is responsable of the excrements of his dog.
From 1.00 to 3.00 am and from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am all kinds of noises are forbidden, as they might disturb the other campers' rest. It is therefore forbidden, during these hours, to use radios and similar appliances, to hold noisy meetings, to drive any kind of vehicle and to pitch or disassemble tents unless .
It is strictly prohibited: to damage trees and Campsite equipment, to dig ditches around the tents, to discharge hot, salty or rubbish liquids and to light open air fires.
Each camper is responsible for her/his own properties. In no case will the Management be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal items.
Everybody uses the Campsite's sport and recreational facilities (Swimming Pool, Playground, Tennis-Court, Amphitheatre, football ground, Bowls, etc.) at her/his own risk.
8. For entrance in swimming pool provide yourself of a magnetic card released at the Reception. In the swimming pool it is compulsory to wear a bathing cap.
9The Campsite and bungalow fares are due from the arrival until departure.
10The Guest who is leaving the BUNGALOW, BUNGALOW-TENT or MOBILHOME is kindly asked to liberate the habitation before 10.00 o'clock.
11The guest on the camping are kindly requested to settle there bill before 12.00 o'clock. Campsite fares include: electricity at your pitch, hot water in the bathrooms, use of swimming-pool, Tennis Court, five-a-side-football, beach-volley, Ping-Pong, bowls ground.
12The Reception is open from 8.00 am until 21.00 pm.
13. The fountains located around the Campsite are to be used for supply only. For laundry purposes please use the sinks located in the sets of bathrooms.
14. In case of lost of the magnetic card there will be charged 5,00 euro
