Reservierung Regeln
1. Die Reservierung gilt erst nach Erhalt der Höhe der Anzahlung (100% der Stellplatzpreis), per Banküberweisung oder credit karte, und anschliessend die schriftliche Bestätigung von der Leitung des Campingplatzes bestätigt.
Wenn die Anzahlung nicht in 7 Tagen ankommt ist, wird die Reservierung Anfrage gelöscht.
2. Bei Buchungsabsagen erstatten wir Vorauszahlungen wie folgt:
• 100% wenn die Absage mindestens 30 Tagen vor Antritt des Aufenthaltes durch einschreiben e-mail erfolgt.
3. Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise: ist keine Erstattung vorgesehen.
4. Der Reservierte Platz wird bis 23 Uhr den Anreiset für den Gast freigehalten. Falls Sie später ankommen, ist es Pflicht die Rezeption zu informieren.
6. Check-in ist zwischen 15 Uhr und 21 Uhr und check-out ist um 10 Uhr.
7. Mit der Buchung werden die Art des Stellplatz und der Aufenthaltszeitraum garantiert, nicht die Nummer der gebuchten Stellplatz.
8. Die Zahlung des Aufenthalt muss am Tag nach den Ankunft bezahlt werden.
9. Die Campingordnung ist Bestandteil dieser “Reservierung Regeln”.
1. CHECK IN: On arrival the guests will need to show all the passports or ID card for the compulsory check in. Upon check in ,
it will be given a coloured identification wristband which must be worn for all the time of the stay. The management retains the right to not accept people who don't have regular documentation and who is not personally consistent with
the peculiarity of the campsite. Underage people, are allowed in the campsite only if associate with parents or adults which will take the supervision towards third party. The entrance in the campsite (people or objects) depends on
decisions taken by the campsite management. Whoever shows disrespect towards these rules will have to leave immediately the campsite. Check in starts at 8.00 a.m. until 9 p.m. The allocation of the place will be given from the management, who will inform the guest the behaviour that they will have to keep during their stay. Every change of place or extended stay will have to be agreed from the management.
2. OPENING TIMES: The barrier opening times are : 6.00 a.m./11.00 p.m. Outside these hours it wont be possible to drive in or out of the campsite and it is forbidden to make loud noises. In order to avoid unpleasant discussions, we suggest to plan your entrance and exit in the campsite. We ask to use as less as possible cars and motorbikes inside the campsite to not disturb the quietness on the campsite. Anyway, the maximum speed is 5km / H.
3. PITCH: The pitch is delimited therefore all the equipment, car included, has to stay inside the limits. On the pitch it is possible to have only one camping equipment ( 1car+caravan ; 1 car or motorbike+ tent ; 1 camper) all the rest it is
considered extra in relation to the pricelist. The electricity supply is 4 ampere but it can change by different type of pitch (see pricelist).
4. FACILITIES USE: The campsite facilities can be used according to the rules and the times established by the campsite management. It is compulsory to respect the use of the facilities, specially the sanitary ones. The sanitary blocks will be
open according to the number of guests staying on the campsite.
5. SWIMMINGPOOLS: The swimming pools can be used only by the guests from the campsite. We invite all people to respect the rules placed on the entrance of the pool area. The management retains the right to send away whoever don't
respect the rules or bother other guests. The management denies liability for accidents caused by the disrespect of these rules.
6. CHILDREN: All children under 10 years old, which use the facilities of the campsite (play ground, football/volleyball pitch,
pier, sanitary blocks, pool area) will have to be always followed by an adult who will take the supervision towards third party relieving from any liability the management and the owner of the campsite. The management denies liability for
accidents caused by the disrespect of these rules.
7. RECEPTION OPENING TIMES : From 30th June until 31st August the reception is open from 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m., instead the cash is open from 8.00 a.m. until 12.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. Saturday the cash will be open only in the morning from 8.00 a.m. until 12.00 a.m.; for no reason outside these hours it will be not possible to pay. In the low season the reception will be open only an approximate time which you can find in front of the office.
8. SECURITY: Our security service is held by qualified staff. The security will have to guarantee the respect of the rules of the campsite. The guests will have to enable the security to supervise the campsite and to be always helpful with them if they need to know the personal details (name, surname, place number) of all the people who is staying on the campsite.
9. PETS: Pets are allowed on the campsite only after authorization from the campsite and only after handed in the reception the compulsory sanitary documents. The owner will have to take care of the hygiene of his pet, without disturbing the other guests. It is not allowed to enter with the pet in the swimming pool area and on the beach. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodations.
10. INFECTIOUS DISEASE: All infectious disease will have to be brought to the management attention, who will care to expel from the campsite the people infected.
11. BOATS AND PIER: Motorboats can approach the bathing area only in a straight line and driving at the speed of 3 knots. It is not allowed to leave boats, canoes, drift boats and wind surfs on the beach. It is compulsory to follow all the navigation rules on the Lake. It is not allowed to leave boats attached to the pier.
12. ENVIRONMENT: it is not allowed to waste the water, leave rubbish outside the rubbish bins, pour oils, salty or hot boiled liquids on the ground, damage the vegetation on the campsite, light fires without the appropriate equipment. Under
certain weather conditions, the management retains the total right to ban lighting fires or barbecues. It is not permitted to fence in pitches with palisade, walls or flower pots exc.
13. VISITORS: Visitors are allowed in the campsite only after the authorization from the reception and after handed in a
identification document or passport. After one hour, the visitor will have to pay the price reported on the pricelist. From the 1st July until the 31st August all the visitors will have to be agreed with the management, which, depending on the
availability can say yes or no. The entrance is permitted only by foot, for this reason the car will have to be parked outside without holding up the traffic on the campsite. Who will have visitors will be responsible for their behaviour.
