We have beeen visiting the area for many years but this is the first visit to this site. Found it to be very clean and friendly

Accomodation was quiet spacious particularly the decking area
Not convinced with the internal configuration. The kitchen area needs to be larger

We were welcomed from the first. A great site with pool, slides, constant hot water in the showers and clean facilities. We enjoyed ourselves so much we came for 3 nights and stayed for a week. Thank you for a great holiday!

Très content de ce séjour, nous ne connaissions pas ce camping ni la région. Check-in et check-out très rapide. Mobile home propre et spacieux, camping calme. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Divers food trucks présents quasiment toute la semaine en rotation = bonne idée et service

Pool setting is brilliant with long opening hours. Safe and relaxed atmosphere with facilities closed enough by. Size of pitches
Toilet block cleaning times and both blocks done at the same time (e.g. mens or ladies both closed at the same time). Would be even better if you could hire a fridge for camping. Amazing to have a bar instead of a games room.

Pitch size, pool, cheerful owners and staff,
Some pitches grass cover warn out exposing soft sand, timing of facility cleaning (closing) clashing with morning client usage.
Accommodation review
Pitches good size, power good, access good.
Soft deep sand patches exposed on a few pitches, need remaking surfaces or laying surface reinforcement.
Establishment response :
Thank you to the Frankling family for your feedback. Here in the Landes region, the ground is nothing but sand; given the intense heat we’ve experienced since June and the lack of rain for nearly two months, it is indeed very difficult to achieve better conditions than what we currently have. The only solution would be to pave the area with concrete, which is certainly not on the agenda... As for cleaning, we start at 6:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and we do our very best. Have a wonderful summer.

Large shaded plots. Friendly helpful staff and owners. Clean modern facilities. Food vans very useful although we only used one.
A small bar would be great alongside the food vans. A small improvement would be at a previous site they displayed a sign with a graphic indicating when a toilet or shower block was closed for cleaning you could use the women’s/men’s instead.

Nothing is too much trouble and whilst everyone is efficient, there always seems to be time to have a friendly chat. We look forward to our stays at La Cote
I can’t think of anything, but whenever we come, there have always been improvements.

The pitches are ample and there is plenty of choice. We have a favourite, having been in several, but every one of them is good.
