Location was great. Lovely reception staff.
Maintenance staff should drive more slowly around the site. A leaflet of rules would be good to encourage parents to watch their children more carefully; small children were cycling fast around the site while we were trying to reverse our car. Parents had no control. Shame the bar wasn’t open on our stay. Just a couple of changes would improve the site immensely. Would have been nice to have fresh bread ordering.

Dear holidaymaker, We have read your review carefully and would like to clarify a few points. The price for your 2-night stay was €34 per night for a pitch with electricity. Additional charges were applied based on the number of peolple (two adults and four children over the age of 5), the cancellation insurance you selected during the online booking process, and the tourist tax. The total amount was therefore fully in line with the services booked. Regarding the ground conditions, we recognise that the heavy rain of the last few days has made some pitches soggy. We are counting on the return of the sun to help the terrain to return to its usual state. If you had experienced an electrical problem, we would have been able to intervene or offer you an alternative solution, but you still need to inform us on site. Finally, our snack bar is indeed closed during the low season, but the inn located just opposite the campsite offers an option that is appreciated by many customers. Clean facilities, clean pools and the covered one was a good temperature if it was not a sunny day and a kids play area. Great locality, near to lake and heigh ropes. Would 😁 recommend

We were slightly delayed due to an incident on the chunnel and got to the site 20 mins after closing time. A man who was driving by on a golf cart saw us at the gate and reluctantly allowed us in. He was really rude and refused to give us any details telling us to find our own parking spot. Bar and restaurant were closed and no info on WiFi etc. Not a great start to our holiday

We used this little campsite as three-day stop over on the way back to the UK. My kids (5+7) absolutely loved the three different pools! They spent hours in there and wouldn't want to leave. We also rented the go-karts a few times, which is great fun. There are only a few hot food options in the little cafe, but they make good fries and pizzas! There's also a small shop where you can get fresh baguettes and pastry in the morning and a chilled bottle of rosé for your apéro. The girls working at reception and shop were very helpful and friendly.
The toilets by the pool got very dirty in the evening and should be cleaned for slightly longer - maybe until 9pm, when everyone has definitely left the pool.

It's small and compact, but there is everything you need. Perfect for a small family.
We arrived at 36°C and there was no way to cool down the roulotte which made it very difficult to sleep. I wish they had fans to borrow or rent as I didn't want to buy one just for one hot night.

We had a private pitch which was great. However, the pitch itself had become incredibly muddy from constant use over the summer. Our feet and van got very dirty which did put a bit of a downer on our stay.

A beautiful site, very well maintained with lots of trees to shade each pitch from the midday sun. Plenty of activities to do for all the family, we especially liked the swimming pools which were always clean. This site is near enough to Tours to catch the bus & just a 15 minutes walk away is the lake where the High Wires are (our teenage daughter loved this!). The shop on site sold basic necessities & the snack bar sold amazing homemade pizza & cones of frites. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. We have family living in Tours so we will definitely be visiting this site again.
From 10.30pm until 07.30am the huge security gates close the site to ALL vehicles. Unfortunately, we had misunderstood this & thought the code we were given for the barrier would open them. (Totally our fault as we hadn't read the information we were given thoroughly) It might be useful to have an image of the big green gates on the notices placed on the small barrier to help distinguish the difference between the barrier & the gates. However this small incident didn't ruin what was an amazing holiday.

The private bathroom is an amazing idea, every camping site should invest in these! It contains a modern toilet, sink & shower inside & a washing up area outside - whoever thought of this is a genius!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay here - the pitch was great, facilities spacious and clean and the pool area really great especially the small pool for our 3 year old! Delicious pizzas available on site & a good shop; fresh pastries available without having to pre-order. The Auberge across the road was a real bonus - amazing food & a lovely place to spend an evening!

Beautiful site for our 2-day stopover in this area. Campsite was very clean and all amenities were faultless. Would I stay here again? - absolutely.

The pitch was an excellent size for our sizeable twin-axle caravan. It was relatively level and the grass and hedging were tidy. Water, Electricity and waste were all in very close proximity.

Great variety of things to do with the kids. Good little shop and facilities were always clean and tidy. The pools were great.
A lot of the other guests did take into consideration babies in the pool. No lifeguard to tell them otherwise.

Hired a caravan with kitchen perfect for short stay or longer if you have time. Spacious plots from neighbours with clean, plentiful facilities. Pizza freshly cooked and bread to die for.

Everyone was very friendly. We loved the pool when it got too hot and also really appreciated the excellent pizzas and cold beers available on site.

Our large decking area was excellent for having friends round. There was enough space inside to use a wheelchair and the bathroom was very well adapted.

Wonderful stay which helped by the glorious weather. The staff in reception were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was lovely and clean as were the facilities. Lovely pizza from the little shop on-site. Nice little restaurant across the road though we only drank in there. It was extremely busy though so assume food was good. Good transport links to Tours, which is well worth a visit.

A very well located campsite with all you need. Nice swimming pools, very green, clean and tidy. We booked a mobile home but we also noticed that the pitches all have high hedges to give them privacy which I thought it was great for general campers. The staff couldn’t be more lovely! Very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The neighbourhood is beautiful and there are lots to do from the campsite. We’ll definitely come back for another stay.

We choose the 23m2 mobile home which we thought it was quite small for us. The rooms were next to each other and we could hear everything coming from our children’s bedroom. It’s very tight to walk around as well and we’d seen ourselves hitting corners. Next time. We’ll choose a bigger accommodation.
