From our arrival until our departure we were very well looked after and loved this perfect, simple site within walking distance of beautiful Sainte-Suzanne.

2nd year staying at this site and loved every minute. Ellie & Arnaud are the perfect hosts and give you a warm and friendly welcome from beginning to end. Lovely well kept site with all amenities. Thank you and we will return again soon.

A beautifully neat, clean and well run small campsite with delightful owners who are more than happy to help in any way they can. The location is perfect to take a grassy track up to the wonderful medieval town or to explore the many trails below it. Walkers, hikers, cyclists or trail runners wouldn't be disappointed...and you can enjoy a beer or an ice cream when you return!

Very friendly owner, pitch quite level and private with hedges between pitches, so nice we booked for extra nights.

Only issue for us was the power supply has reverse polarity and we didn’t bring a converter

The manager and Manageress Arnold and Elfine were a lovely couple, very cheerful and who made us feel very welcome. Ample sized pitch for our campervan and Good Toilet, shower and washing facilities. Super little sitting area for campers to sit together. Shop selling local produce. Lots of information about local walking routes. Only a short walk to a beautiful and interesting village with a fascinating castle and great views.

It would be nice if the shop sold something more to eat that you could make a snack.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the owner and shown our lovely pitch, we knew we had chosen well. Very good and extremely clean facilities. Also a little hidden area selling local food,wine/beer/cider and hot drinks. There is also a pool next door with free entry if staying onsite. Very easy walk into the pretty town with a friendly tourist office. Its castle is well worth a visit. Cannot think of anything negative to write. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and will definitely return. Thank you Elphie & Arnaund.

Great little place with free entry to the pool next door. Little shop which has the best cidra and a few other bits. Toilets have toilet seats and toilet paper and the showers are ok. Washing up area and washing machine.

The only improvement I would suggest is a grey waste disposal area and a motorhome filling tap.

Fabulous site, very friendly and welcoming owners. Site well looked after and spotless facilities . Swimming next door excellent and well looked after. Handy little shop with local produce, ice cream and cold beer.. Local baguette and croissants to order for the morning coffee

Staff were very friendly and helpful, pastries ordered to site were yummy and the little bar was a great addition. Short of road walk to Suzanne castle and town with cafes and beautiful scenery.

Pitch sizes were quite small and the swimming pool wasn’t open on a Monday.

The site is very well organised with lots of space between campers. The tent cabin was well designed with the necessary equipment.

Very disappointed that the pool was not open until 1st July. Mot part of the campsite. Also many restaurants and shops not open in sainte Suzanne's in June.

A very friendly and welcoming site. A pleasant walk through the fields to the town. Lovely area to walk, the path by the water mills was beautiful. Facilities were clean.

No grey water disposal facilities so it had to be carried to the washing area. Only fresh water for drinking in the motorhome was from the washing sinks.

Well defined pitches with a degree of privacy. Great place for a stopover on the way back to Caen for the ferry home. Village of St Suzanne is a short walk away, very pretty and a handful of restaurants for an evening meal.

No pool on site, but local swimming pool is just round the corner and is free with wristbands available from the campsite reception.

We met up with friends, beautiful site with spaces pitches. Lovely walk to the historic village. Excellent bakery and lovely chateau to visit

Very different from a municipal site. Very relaxed with nice views of the countryside. A few trees provided just the shade that we needed.

The walk into the small but pretty town was a steep climb around a field. The shop was on the outskirts of the town involving a decent down the other side of the hill. Not great in 30 degree temperatures. Good site but local amenities not conveniently located.

Friendly and helpful owners, beautiful location, site well laid out, not overcrowded, excellent facilities. Swimming pool looks fantastic, (though its not open yet)
