Our trip was an adventure but a lot of fun.

Everything is well organised for a relaxing time

Dont agree with the "tight trunks"law for the adults only pools but it is their rule and the indoor pool only for 4year olds,seems a bit strange

Reception: excellent. Size of plot also excellent. Overall site layout, also great, as well as leisure facilities and shops

Inconsistent temperature of hot water in showers. Would suggest adult only area, particularly for motorhome vacationers.

On site restaurants very good and direct access to beach. Everything was very clean. Great stay. We have been many times on holiday at serignan plage and it never disappoints.

All the facilities and excellent evening shows, ideal for young and old . Quiet and relaxing and great friendship staff.

Cycle path as was a little concerned with all the cyclists / scooters mixing amongst the walkers and children running about .

Accommodation and services on site generally of good standard

Rental or loan service of beach umbrellas and shelters, great for visitors flying in from abroad with luggage limits.

Friendly reception, support during stay, landscaping, campsite, beach, security accompanied us to the campsite to make sure we could pass, all ameneties on the campground, animation stops at 10:45

We had a wonderful stay, the resort has such great facilities, and the girls adored the kids club - they did such a great job with the entertainments.

Hard to come up with anything! It would have been nice to order the BBQ ahead of time, rather than having to call when we arrived and pay in cash. But that is only a minor thing! Also a bit of a heads up to remind new visitors that we need to book kid's club 3 days ahead on the app would have been nice.

Located beside a fabulous beach, beautifully maintained campsite, bakery, butcher and shop onsite were very good. Entertainment by the main animations team was excellent.

Restaurants were okay, not amazing, not terrible. Entertainment on the nights the animation team were off was only okay.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to return next year. For us the number one benefit was the safe environment for our 11 year old daughter and her friends to spend time together with independence away from the constant oversight of parents. The facilities were very clean, will organized and not missing any amenity.

Some small things which would improve the stay for us (travelling by plane so limited on packing space). 1. The option to rent beach towels 2. A paid service to change the towels and bedding on request 3. A paid option to buy just the sufficient cleaning products for 1 week (dishwasher tablets, dish detergent, hand soap, floor cleaner, etc)

Our first stay at Yelloh Village although we have stayed at Serignan Nature but could'nt get in for this trip. Special mention for Arnoud at reception who managed to find a pitch for our second week at the last minute at Serignan Nature.

The lay-out, the organisation and the cleanliness was really impressive.

Beautiful setting, clean and felt very safe. Staff were brilliant and the entertainment was great. The shop and bakery etc were brilliant. Pool areas were perfect for our two young boys.

Check out instructions need to be clearer. As we are first timers we needed to know about the fact sheets and towels etc should be put in the orange bag. Also good to know what the checkout appointment entails.

Balneo, Pool, Beach, Bakery, Shops, Security amazing and all staff friendly as ever. The bike hire included too was a super extra.

Entertainment too loud in the evening, many people come for relaxing and listen to the sea but it did not go on too late and I had a baby, I'm sure many others enjoy it.

We had a lovely stay, even the last detail in the camping seems to be thought so the families to have a great time. We are very happy with our stay in your camping.

1. In the bakery, a minimum of 5€ is required to pay by card, in the pizza place the card is not accepted, and in the Kabanon it's only possible to pay by card. This makes paying for stuff a bit inconvenient. Would be nice to harmonize this and being able to use any of the two methods everywhere. 2. When talking to the camping staff in French, sometimes we were answered in English. We are not French native speakers and we understand it's kind of polite by the staff, but we love the language and sometimes it was a bit frustrating not being able to speak in French a bit more during our stay.

We loved being in such a relaxing place. The beach was wonderful, the sea was calm and safe for kids, the pizzas were super tasty, pool fun. Just what we needed!

Having to make the beds on arrival When have paid for a premium is a disappointing start. The bikes are good to be included but poorly maintained, I had to take both to the cycle centre and one I stopped bothering as they couldn’t fix it, the squeak on the brakes when you stopped made us not want to use it.

Excellent size camping pitch. Location is superb with excellent beach access. Various pools for children and adult and slides in their own area. Facilities are spotless and very well cleaned throughout the day. Love all the shops which serves the purpose of not leaving the site.

Widen the bollards at the parking area. A bit tight when you have a large caravan and trying to leave the parking plot. Our road to the pitch was tight to reverse caravan onto the pitch due to cars parked at the cabins owned by Roan and a tree on the pitch. Maybe cut some branches off the trees and make cars park at side of cabins.

We love the location and accommodation by the beach. Very well organised and good activities and entertainment. Considering the site was so full it is quiet around the accommodation areas. Very well equipped accommodation.

No suggestion. The pool was very very busy but am not sure how you can solve that.

Great welcome upon arrival. Beach lovely. Rooftop bar lovely. Site clean. Entertainment area fantastic. Clothes washing facilities expensive but excellent. Shops excellent and had a good selection. Boulangerie outstanding. Breakfast at cafe lovely. Bike hire reasonable and necessary. Staff friendly despite often being overly busy. Workout classes excellent and good facilities. Daughter loved the football on the beach.

More extensive drink selection in rooftop bar. More and newer sunloungers around pool area. Nudist timing in Balneo finish earlier than 14.00. Adopt smilecash please - this is a brilliant Yelloh! system which we've used before and give children in particular a lot more freedom and saves staff time. Couldn't buy chemical toilet fluid or Campingaz onsite which is odd and an issue. Cafe/restaurant around Balneo should be available for drinks, possibly with servers bringing drinks into balneo area. Signage unclear and means Gym and Robinson hard to find. More staff cafe/bars/

Very enjoyable.

Need more sunbeds. There seemed to be a shortage of approx 100-200 every day. Animation music/ entertainment went on far too late at night. Prevented children from sleeping.

Location of the site allows you to explore (on foot, by bike, by car) the local area and neighbouring towns. The amenities on the site are excellent. The swimming pools, slides, bike rental, staff of all these areas were fantastic. Services on the site are superb - shop, butchers, fish monger, bakery all had superior quality produce, with friendly staff.

It may have been due to the timing of our stay - I didn't find the night time entertainment to be as good as other resorts we have experienced. The exceptions to this would be the BMX exhibition and the gymnastics. These were both fantastic. On other nights, I did not find the shows to be engaging, unfortunately. We were there fir the 2x semi final, plus final of Euro soccer comp and it was unfortunate that there weren't alternatives available on these nights. To the site's credit, the Bastille Day celebrations were amazing!!

The whole campsite is amazing. We were a group of 8, 4 adults, 4 children aged 3-5. Everyone had a great time. We had no reason to leave the site other than to get some groceries but if you didn't have a car with you the onsite grocery shop and bakery are fine and would have what you need for reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly go back.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at a beautifully maintained property. The compound was very well kept, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. From small details to extensive amenities, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

However, one area for improvement is the limitation of only two persons per house allowed to visit the Balneo, which was not very enjoyable.

The pool water wasn't warm enough. A few degrees more heat would've made a big difference, the children were frozen a few days when they got out of the water; the boulangerie staff mocked clients' attempts at speaking French on numerous occasions; the barbecue didn't have enough gas to last the week (this happened to us the last time we rented a bbq also, 7 years ago....)the pitch was a bit smelly at times (a sewrage smell), the restaurant prices were too expensive for our budget

Beautiful holiday park close to the sea. Very clean and friendly staff.

We were disappointed that the evening entertainment was football matches on several of tte evenings of our stay. Not everyone wants to watch football!

Stayed June/ Jul 24. Campsite beautifully maintained. Beach is beautiful. Evening entertainment was not great, but appears to be improving post 1st July. Animation team grumpy and rude on occasion. Food choices very very limited. Limited options of places within walking distance.

Better onsite food choices. Check out was very unpleasant experience. We're advised that needed to get car off site immediately, this is unnecessary. As with most guests, out exit off site was timed with our flight.
