general maintenance of the greenery and campsite is weak (rusty chairs, uncut bushes, closed-off area due to lack of maintenance

pitch w/electricity was ok; a bit dusty, but I guess to be expected in the summer
electricity plug box needs maintenace and inner cabling lack protection
