The heated shower block was very clean and plenty of hot water. There was good free Wifi. There was an area to exercise dogs. Calais and Boulogne were within easy reach. It wasn't far from the port to catch the ferry and a vets to take our dog. Good security, we had to enter a code to get in and out.
It would have been helpful if the office was open at some point, we didn't see it open once.

Perfect stopover for Calais, we only stayed one night so didn’t really have enough time to see everything. The lady on reception was lovely and the showers and toilets were clean. Bonus the shower block was heated and the showers were hot.

This site is an excellent choice if you are going home by ferry or Tunnel about 30 minutes away from the tunnel.Large pitch well maintained about 6 miles from a Leclerc supermarket. Good hot showers easy to book I enjoyed my stay

They have one great location to sleep in a hammock. Great location overall, very quiet. Cozy camping with great hosts. In the middle of awesome scenery in France. Great for kids too. Has heated showers including heated shower area. Clean toilets.
The big room (salle) was closed in autumn. As it was cold it would be nice to access it next time to stay indoors some hours a day.

Big camp sites which is kept nicely. We slept in hammocks and they had one area which could accomodate this (2 hammocks).
The roads are littered with fallen apples from the trees. They could gather these beforehand to sell or giveaway instead of them rotting on the street/campsite.

We really liked the campsite. Lovely owners and a great size - not too big and crowded. Only 30 mins from port. Kids liked the pool and we enjoyed fresh croissants from the reception each morning.
Toilet facilities need upgrading but were clean. Play park needs some upgrading too.

Pitches was nice with the fencing for a bit of privacy.
Service building would need some upgrades. The main building contains only 2 toilets per side (herren/damen), several times toilet paper was missing, so keep a role ready. A sink available only for damen(?) and no soap to wash your hands.. Second toilet building is in the busch, where the lack of toilet paper is even worse and let’s not even mention the washing of your hands. Showers are a very small cubicle where you have one shelf and hocks so most of the stuff gets wet.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Have used this site as its close enough to Calais without any of the associated problems. Lovely site with a pool, and a restaurant. Very friendly welcoming staff, very relaxing. Will go again.

Nice site, close to Le Shuttle, we were delayed at Folkestone. It was no problem to arrive later than planned. The reception was closed but a note on the door directed us to the bar / restaurant where we were quickly booked in.

Part of the pitch had about an inch of soil then a layer of hard stones. Difficult to pitch an awning without hard ground screws.

A warm welcome awaits you. The site is really convienent for Calais. The toilets were clean, showers were hot. There is a small dog walk where you can let your dog off the lead. All in all a lovely little site.

What a find! We received a warm welcome at this rustic, charming site set in a lovely apple orchard. So much nicer than the overpriced site nearby we've previously stayed at. We'll definitely be back :)

Our reception was lovely and our pitch was fab. Large, relatively private with hedgerow on all sides and a great amount of sunshine. Also loved the little access space in the hedge to get through to the toilet block behind.
The toilet and shower blocks are very dated with NO HAND SOAP or hand dryers in the toilets. Decor not so much a problem but having hand soap is a necessity so a poor oversight. We were also a little disappointed that the swimming pool was closed despite the 30 c temperatures, but appreciate that this was likely due to the time of year.

We used this campsite as a short stop-over on our way to the tunnel in Calais. Given the short amount of time we were there we only made use of the toilet block, which was clean. However there was no soap in the toilets so we had to remember to take our own each time we needed to use the toilet.

Good pitch size and we had a good amount of privacy where we were. Table tennis was utilised. Showers were nice and warm. Swimming pool was enjoyed by the children.
Toilets could have been a bit cleaner; no sink in the male toilets and no soap in general. The electric for our pitch was a little bit dodgy in that 4 people had to share 2 ports but once we got a splitter, it was fine. It just didn't seem very waterproof so we did cover over the post with a plastic bag to protect it.

The pitches are a really good size and clearly marked with hedge boundaries
The boiler wasn't working the morning left which meant I had a cold shower and washed up in cold water. Not ideal. Also one of the ladies toilets was blocked (campsite hazard) but it left one working toilet. Also please consider the current toilet roll dispenser it is annoying to find someone has yanked the loo roll and it jams so you can't get any out.

Campsite fine but restaurant poor quality meal
The meal in the restaurant was poor and had I been in a restaurant off site I would not have paid for the beef beginning it was full of gristle and at 16 euros was a total waste of money! Even having complained with half the meal left no offer was made to make amends by restaurant.

Yes the trees were in need of trimming branches as access was limited for caravans with overhanging branches

Easy to find and useful for the ferry at Calais. The English speaking staff are very helpful and the site is a good place to get organised after crossing into France. There are good supermarkets nearby so you can prepare for a longer journey onwards. We use this site every time at the beginning and end of every holiday and would not consider anywhere else.

Efficient booking system and friendly welcome. A good sized well kept pitch with clean sanitary block. A small bar/restaurant with good basic meals and bread ordered for following day. In previous visits our grandchildren loved the small pool, covered or open depending on the weather. An ideal location for an overnight stay to start or end a trip or for a longer stay to explore an interesting area of France.

Good size, level and well maintained. Electricity and water very close. We will return in the autumn as a couple with our campervan and in the future with our grandchildren to the on site accommodation.

We have only ever stayed for one night as we are usually either on our way or on our way home, but we have always received a warm welcome over the many years we have stayed. The sanitary block could probably now do with an update but it is clean and the water in the showers is always hot. The Bistro is an added bonus especially when we are on our way home and we don’t wish to cook. We will no doubt be back.

The large pitches, the pool very good, showers and toilets superb except for the ladies with no seats, very good for visiting local markets lots of fantastic produce. Will visit again
The only dislike was someone trimming the hedges for there days in a row. Very noisy.

We had a very pleasant stay. Warm welcome upon arrival, freshly baked on site croissant and bread available in the morning absolutely delicious. Facilities kept very clean and well Maintained. Within easy reach of beach by car. Village close by for essential items. Enjoyed our stay and hopefully return another time. Thank yku

Only stayed one night due to traveling up to the Eurotunnel but I would highly recommend this site for a holiday. It had a relaxing feel to it and the pitches are large and fairly private. Site is very clean, staff friendly and the cafe serves a tasty quiche.

Not anything on the site but we have a dog and there are no nearby green paths or lanes for exercise. There is a small area on site but our dog needs a long walk

Really friendly staff who spoke very good English. Clean shower & toilet facilities. Lots of water taps. Easy to find & close enough to the local town to walk to.

Nice flat pitch with partly covered with matting so reduce mud (it poured down during our stay so this was a god send)
