Great size pitches, great staff, awesome pools, brilliant atmosphere.

We found a couple time when we were relying on the onsite catering that pizzas were unavailable and the panini's not very nice, caterers should be able to provide food as advertised at all times, we were not only ones to encounter this issue. Also the power on the pitches varied quite a lot, with it causing issues with our on board power system

The position of accommodation .

Waited a long time for our evening meal in main restaurant a couple of orders were sent back as they were cold.Service was not good as previous years.Wasn't happy that our towels were removed from sun beds when we went to bar for a drink and some lunch.Pool activities went on for too long this made the pool area crowded when closed off,

This is probably the cleanest well maintained park I have stayed in and everything was excellent, apart from the mosquitos.

Anything to help with mosquitos nets, lamp etc. we could not sit outside our home due to number of bites.

Internet WIFI is just enough for a phone message, but not functional for YouTube or any kind of streaming.

Loved it here again, only bad part is having to leave! Staff are always helpful and welcoming. The pool is clean and warm and a fantastic place to be and relax. Love exploring the area.

Staff excellent from reception who advised us to access our pitch road from a specific direction as it would be tight with a 7.5 MTR motorhome. They also asked if we wanted to make a restaurant reservation. Bar staff and restaurant staff friendly and helpful advising of discounted wine prices due to end of operation. Location good and not too much noise even though close to busy road. Great having own shower, toilet and washing up sink on pitch.

Pitches are very tight to get onto, especially if others park vehicles close to the road edge. Enforce parking positions and if no room cars must be left in car park.

Champs Blancs is well run and the site is well maintained with many great facilities. The chalets are comfortable and air conditioned. Wi-Fi is good

Booking information could be clearer. As I have been coming for over 25 years I thought chalet booking were by complete weeks. Nothing in the website changed that understanding. When I added an unexpected extra day I realized how expensive some of my days were costing. For the same price I could have booked a 4 star hotel with towels toiletries linen and breakfast.

We first came here over 35 years ago and visited frequently when our children were young. One of our sons now comes back annually with his family and in August our whole family came back. It was fantastic. The site is well run and feels incredibly safe. All nationalities look out for each other. Amazing.

Unfortunately everything (animation, information, books) in French. If you don’t speak French, it’s impossible for the kids to participate in the clubs, and for adults to attend any of the games (quiz, tomba, etc..).

Your staff are an absolute asset to your campsite. Receptionists were friendly, very very helpful and kind, bar and restaurant staff the same.

Really enjoyed our family holiday with our 14 year son and 13 year old daughter. A fun and relaxing holiday. Tried some of the activities such as water aerobics, a steps class, and tennis. Would recommend the site. Hired bikes for the week for our transport when going offsite.

Check in was effortless and very efficient which after a long drive was very much appreciated. The park is very well maintained with a great pool and nice if a little small accommodation. I would definitely recommend it.

The only improvement I can suggest is a better equipped playground for kids the one that’s there is for very little kids and a few more things for the slightly older kids would have been nice.

It is so nice with the private sanitary - it gives you a feeling of being at home. It is also nice that you only pay €1 for it when you are travelling with ACSI card. The big swimmingpool is also nice.

We loved the campsite, especially the swimming pools.

The pitch is very large with two sunbeds and a covered seating area. The area is grassed which suits our dog who has lots of room to run around. The view is splendid and we get to see the sun set. We will be using the shop and restaurant. The swimming pool looks lovely but we have our dog with us so not sure we will use it. The site is 20 min drive from Carcassonne a beautiful medieval city well worth a visit. Staff at reception speak English and very helpful and a pleasant greeting was received. Lovely site well spaced out and would recommend it.

Private facilities made for a very pleasant vacation. Professional and friendly staff. Reassuring that the camping employed security guards at night. Nice restaurant in a very pleasing environment. Camping is in a Goldilocks position. Close to shopping and a nice stroll down to the beach.

Excellent pitch with shade and privacy with our own sanitary cabin and hot and cold water supply. Heated swimming pool had the warmest water we have experience with plenty of sun beds. Hyper U just 15 minute walk away and cycle route all the way to the beach.

I wish there had been more English speaking in the evening entertainment eg the magician as my children couldn’t understand.

We have been coming for 16 years, we love the site, the pool is amazing for the kids and us and the location is perfect!

The mobile home we stayed in was showing some signs of wear and tear which i do apprecaite happens but we there are 5 stars above the name of the site you do expect a little more! The kitchen blind was faulty, the toilet door didn't shut properly from the outside, the toilet roll holder was cracked. Small things but all things you don't expect at this level.

The night shows were very good.

For a 5 camping star, the sofa was awful and no amenities, the fridge didn’t cool well. Only one dryer and it was always full. No park for kids to play.

It was a good stay, but pitches are not very clean and extremly dusty. Giod to have own, sink shower and WC:) pools are really nice, but place where you need to leave slippers js discusting, smells weird, did not want to leave my slippers where:( i

Amazing!! We love Les Champs Blancs and have been here 4 times. Beautiful site . Amazing pool and the animation and staff are amazing!

Just I feel like they need to increase the cleaners for the toilets by the pool, I used to see them more regularly in the evenings for the evening show and they need cleaning a lot as so many people use.

Swimming pool and the pizza were great. We don't speak french, but the staff made great efforts when communicating.

A fantastic place for an easy get away. Enough to do on site to keep a little active with the teenagers. Great swimming pools. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back..

Some easily accessible cooked food for the kids during the day would have good. Pizza, hot dogs etc but appreciate it was still a little out of season and we were able to make our own so not a big issue. Would have been good to allow ball games in the pool. We appreciate some don’t want to be near this but it’s also important to keep children entertained so that they enjoy their stay. Also allowing water drinks by the pool. It was hot and would have appreciated but to be allowed a bottle of water to hydrate. Appreciate you want to keep the place clean and tidy which it certainly was.

Pitches are terrible not looked after , just dirt and dust and mosquitoes

Too much Noise on the site dust get a good nights sleep while there in fact we left early . 2am still music playing , noise from other guests entertainment too loud and finishes late its a one star site

The pigeons nest in the tree above our pitch with the birds pooping on our camper and belongings all day long!
