We stayed in a mobile home which was modern, great quality and well maintained. It's great how the campsite is divided into little corners and subplots with hedges so it felt very quiet and private. The staff were super friendly, the area is very interesting. Loved the swimming pools, they really made the stay very special. Everything was very clean and of high quality.
Accommodation review
Modern, clean, spacious with lots of storage. Well stocked kitchen cupboards with loads of cutlery and cooking utensils. Large fridge.
Mattress on double bed was really soft.

We were grandparents, parents, one 4-year old and two 2-year old twins. The indoor swimming pool was appreciated, and temperature acceptable, though not as warm as pools we are used to for young children. The location was good, with attractions we used - cycle hire and good cycle routes, the steam train round the Baie. The Parc Marquenterre was excellent for a wide variety of birds (23rd May) My daughter (mother of my grandchildren) thanked me for choosing a good campsite in a good area.
8:30 is too late for collecting breakfast bread from the épicerie. We ended up driving to Rue to collect bread for 7:30 breakfast. There is minimal play equipment. The trampoline was nice but was overwhelmed as soon as there were more than one or two children around, because it is the only piece of equipment, and older pushier children made it inaccessible for our small 4-year old. Where are the slides, swings, climbing frames, suitable for children of all ages (including 2- and 4-year olds, of course). The bouncy castle has an age requirement of 10 years and older, which is very high.

We were acommodated in the 3-bedroom (97) and adjacent 2-bedroom (87) Lodge Les Voiles Premium. Sadly the 4-bedroom lodge was unavailable for our stay. Thank you for booking us next to each other, which was very good for our family (lodges 87 and 97). The 3-bed layout was good and there was space for the two cots for the twins in one bedroom, and for the 4-year old on a bunk in the other bedroom. We had good space to all eat together inside in the 3-bed (4 adults, 3 children) or on the terrace using the supplied high-chairs for the twins.
No mugs in the 3-bed lodge (97), so we borrowed from the 2-bed (87). The radiator in the 2-bed bathroom (87) fell off the wall. It had happened before - the previous holes were visible where it was fixed before, next to where it was fixed again in the same way (same result!). The 2-bed cooker has only 2 rings. No problem for us - we used the four-ring cooker in the 3-bed. But a family of 4 or 5 in the 2-bed might struggle with just two rings. especially since this is called "Premium". I think the half-size dishwasher would also be a bit small for them.
