The lady went above and beyond when we had a problem with our caravan. She was so kind. We had to stay another 2 nights whilst we waited for the problem to be rectified. She was so helpful. The site and facilities were also good.

In a nice village, can fish from our pitch. Good cycle routes to St Quentin along canal, as well as through the countryside. Excellent showers.

We used this campsite last year for an overnight stay when travelling to the alps. We thought it was a lovely site and so decided to revisit this year for a longer stay. Just a couple of hours drive from Calais means it is easily reached from home (Derbyshire) in a day. The site is well maintained and the showers and toilet block are very clean. The staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, we were even given a choice of pitch. We had a lovely week relaxing and enjoyed using the pool on site bar and restaurant.

A lovely warm welcome from the lady on reception and a nice sized pitch. The pool was really nice - modern, clean and warm. Toilet and shower facilities were adequate, plenty of hot water and clean but would benefit from further modernisation.

The welcome at reception was great and very informative. The site is very pretty and peaceful with some lovely lakes. Pitches large and flat . Showers clean and powerful. Ample recycling. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked quite inviting. Will definitely return this site .

What a gem of a campsite! The owners are superb, Alexandra was an amazing host and Sebastien a great cook. A clean and friendly campsite, peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be returning. It was a real bonus that Alexandra was able to book a vets appointment for us.

A lovely shady, private and quiet campsite. Facilities were clean and had all the basics you need. I stayed with my 7 year old and she loved the pool and play area. We only stayed for the night as we passed through the area but would definitely recommend and go back. Not sure it would suit you if you need entertainment and can’t comment on the area as we didn’t stay long enough on our route.

We received a warm welcome from the owner who was also really helpful at getting us a taxi to go into San Quentin. The site is so peaceful, our pitch was really big and well cared for and the toilet block was clean, showers hot etc. the restaurant was really good and although we didn’t use it the pool looked great.

The friendly staff, & fellow campers made the stay very relaxing & enjoyable. The area bought many surprises, specifically the many Art Deco buildings & churches. Also the remnants of German occupation in WW2.

This was a nice camping site not far from St Quentin, good electricity supply and WiFi. The only fault we had was no water on the pitch, that would have made it perfect.
Water on the pitches would be the best thing, we have a modern caravan which needs a water supply.

Green, well maintained pitches - lovely and level. Clean and well equipped toilets and facilities. Just a shame we didn’t stay longer and have more time at the site. We have all said that we would like to return. Also the little chickens were very popular with my 5 year old. In my opinion, this campsite should be more than 3* as it’s lovely!

Swimming pool and grounds are excellent. The toilet and shower blocks were impeccably clean. I was lucky enough to see a hedgehog during our one night stay. There is a bar and restaurant and the bread van that comes in the morning has delicious pastries and bread. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and we appreciated her English skills, we are still working on our French.

They told us to email if we were arriving late, which we did. They did not respond to our email and locked the gates, leaving us stranded.

What a lovely little tranquil site. We stayed on our way back to the UK from Spain but wished we’d stayed here on the way down to Spain too.

Very friendly multi-lingual staff. Spacious semi private grassy pitches with a lovely small bar restaurant. A clean and practical shower block with spacious shower cubicles and a good sized drying area within the cubicle. Boulangerie van at 9am every day is a nice touch.

I arrived by bicycle and received a warm welcome at reception. The area reserved for small tents and pilgrims has nice flat grass and picnic tables. The campsite facilities are modern and clean, the bar serves cold beer and the village supermarket stocks basic necessities. Would recommend this site.

If you love the countryside and the sounds of nature, you will love it there! Listen out for the bull frogs in the pond.
I thought that the pitches and grounds could do with tidying. Our pitch had long grass, nettles and brambles. Weeds outside reception which doesn't give a good first impression. There's several ponds on site but you can't really see them because of overgrown undergrowth.

The lady in charge was very kind and helpful. I had problems with blisters and she looked hard for various treatments to help me and also alternate travel on arrangements (I was hiking).
Perhaps the bar or café facilities could open before June (my stay was in May). However, I understand it may not be worthwhile earlier in the season.

We were given a very warm welcome and we given a choice of a couple of pitches. We had requested one by the lake and all were very pleasant. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, although we didn't use it as we preferred to sit on our pitch and watch the swallows over the water. The sanitary block was clean, we didnt use the pool as the weather wasn't brilliant when we visited. The lady on reception told us of a lovely 9km walk through the ponds and nature reserve and back along the Somme canal.

We had pitch 39 which was spacious and overlooked the larger of the two lakes. It was so peaceful we really didn't want to leave!

We stayed for one night on way back to Calais. Booked online that afternoon and were given entry instructions as would not arrive until 9pm, which was all very easy with good communication via email. Campsite was very nice with great facilities. Toilets and showers were in great condition and very clean. We hope to come back for a longer stay.

Pitch was a good size and well maintained, separated with hedging. We only stayed overnight so did not use the electricity. In general the site was very well presented and attractive.

Reception person was able to open gate whilst not on site which was good. Access in and out was good with a great early exit time of 06:30. Swimming pool whilst we didn't use it was available. Bar and maybe snacks available in main season. Little shop 100 meters up the road was well stocked. Ideal for walks. Showers were large (not many though) were quite powerful and the water was nice and hot
We couldn't get in initially. Upon using the speaker at the gate, we were able to speak to someone. They said the code was on the email. We and others hadn't seen any email. Turns out one had arrived around 12:30 the day of arrival but we didn't see it as we were travelling. Ideally this would be provided 24 hours in advance.

Hard standing pitches ideal with a motorhome, and the views of the lakes would be even better in the nicer weather.
We were given the choice of 2 Pitches, but someone was already on one of them. Had to park parallel to the road as we were too long on one of those mentioned. Wasn't a problem for 1 night.

The site is by lakes and is beautiful, it was very quiet with lots of spaces, and we were allocated a not so good pitch, it was large but very muddy, they could have put us on a better pitch as loads were available. Lovely visit by the chickens and ducks, good welcome from reception. Toilets were heated showers were hot and powerful but the block needed a really good clean

It is a real shame the restaurant is not open all season, as the food is excellent when available. This is not a dislike or criticism more of a nice to have.

A site often used as a one night stopover, but it’s better than that. Next time I plan to stay longer. Pitches are level and easy to access, sanitary facilities are top notch.

Beautiful site, excellent facilities, a bar serving cold, delicious beer after a long journey and to top it off a friendly host! Did I mention a bread truck delivering baguettes and pastries for breakfast? Only stayed one night en route to Calais but will certainly return. Sited on the edge of a pretty village, lots of walks along the local rivers and canals, and a short hop to the town with supermarkets etc. Great place!

Stayed overnight. Perfect stopover, easy prebooking and excellent vfm with ACSI, efficient checkin, friendly staff and atmosphere. Clean, warm showers and toilets. The standout for us, ensuring we will return, was the setting. Surrounded by small lakes, we had water on both sides, our pitch on the waters edge. Families of ducks wandering past and chickens. The sounds of nature so relaxing. A lovely bar, sat outside in the evening sun. Absolutely loved this site! They also will arrange your vet visit if you are returning. Restaurant & small pool too. Bread van. War graves nearby, worth a visit.
Nothing I can think of. Maybe some sort of edging, like planters around the outdoor bar seating to separate it from the drive/ carpark.

We loved the setting and relaxed feel of the site. It had plenty to keep us and our little boy (5) occupied - the internal games room was a bonus and would be great for rainy days!
Not much - a bit of a refresh of the WC facilities maybe. There's no real onsite shop, but a daily bread van and local shop only a couple of hundred meters away (open mornings) can cover this.

Great pitch - level, enclosed on three sides and received a mix of sun and shade throughout the day, which was welcome with the heat during our trip. The host placed us conveniently, knowing we had an infant in tow.

Decent pitches, amenities although dated were good, perhaps a taller cleaner needed for those out of reach cobwebs! Showers were spacious and plenty of hot water. Friendly staff, overall a very pleasant stay for a reasonable price.
Fishing areas need tidying, some swims were inaccessible. The fishing platforms were in need of repair, some a little dangerous. It seems to need general maintenance overall within the camp, there is a danger it could fall into disrepair fairly easily unless some time and money is spent soon. Lots of weed and overgrown bushes, that make it look a little untidy. Ice cream choices were unfortunately very limited , the local shop is also very sparse, so make sure to bring your own supplies.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Calais. The owner was friendly and Welcoming and check in was straightforward. We were on Pitch 60 which was opposite one of the lakes. The pitch was spacious and had nice views. I would definitely return but for a bit longer as there seems plenty to do locally.

This place is how camp sites ought to be. Friendly, clean, with everything you'd want it to have. Welcoming staff, spacious pitches with shade available. Beautiful environment and a calm space to be. We didn't use the onsite bar or restaurant, but these looked great (and didn't spoil the calm atmosphere). There's a nice local shop that does take away pizza and you can also get take-out from the bar. Clean toilet block. Table tennis and pool room. Wifi connection strong on the pitches. This basically has it all, without spoiling its charm.

This is a site we have used on several occasions over the years and they have always proved to be fantastic hosts. Alex and Sebastian always seem to invest wisely in to the site and has family friendly facilities like the swimming pool, games room, football nets and playground. It provides a peaceful and safe environment for children to run around in and a chance for everyone to mix with other campers and nationalities.

I booked this site for one night while heading South. Pitch was large enough for our caravan with electric. The Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful as we weren’t sure how late it would be when we arrived. The facilities were excellent, very clean toilet block. Small covered pool and bar area. We will stay again for sure.

A friendly welcome The little shop around the corner has delicious bread, pastries and cakes and is well stocked with essentials. What’s not to like?

We liked the large pitches and friendly staff. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Small heated swimming pool was heated. Very good location as it wasn't far from the motorway, small supermarket close by and bread van on site every morning.

The site exceeded my expectations with beautiful surroundings, flat accessible pitches, good clean facilities, easy access to local shops and a lovely courtyard bar and restaurant where we sat for an evening cocktail in the sun 🌞 Additionally, the owners were friendly and very helpful. Our dogs were also entertained by the owner’s chickens running around loose across the site and by the mallards, moorhens and the frog noises from the lake! A lovely way to round off our holiday and we will definitely be back!

The setting is excellent in a very tranquil setting. There is an on-site restaurant (closed) a small shop and great facilities. The showers were excellent and it was a short walking distance to the local supermarket. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends. The Seracourt Memorial, located a short distance from the campsite, is not to be missed!
There was a lot of rain though that impacted the pitches. A few more hardstanding pitches would be welcome.

Could not fault the welcome on arrival very informative. Alexandra was really friendly and helpful she booked us a taxi into St Quentin. First class service.

Grass pitch relatively flat with hedges . Water close by no problem with electric hook up waste disposal by toilet block.
Did not use motorhome point. Looked steep awkward access.

A warm welcome to this lovely little site, with a handy wee supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Pitch was a bit tight but we didn't need our sunshade just as well.

Difficulty in getting water only a ‘push’ tap available. Was worn, so required constant holding in, resulting in a slightly bruised hand! Also long walk to grey water emptying point.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very clean. The whole building housing the toilets, showers, laundry etc was heated. Muddy pitches but not their fault. Torrential rain over a few days. Heated indoor pool. Best showers I’ve ever experienced! Hot and powerful and a decent sized area.

Very friendly, relaxed and helpful Owner. Nice grass pitches. Site very well kept with clean and modern Sanitary Block. Two big lakes on site which means lots of wildlife to watch. Lovely local village with grand Mairie, Church, River Somme and a good local shop selling almost everything! British Cemetery is worth a visit with its beautifully tended grounds. I went at sunrise to photograph the sun rising and shining on the front of all the headstones- very moving.

Due to a very wet winter and spring the Owner requested we park our Motorhome on the roads rather than on a grass pitch. Great idea for us and also means her pitches will be nice for the Summer. Departure time is noon. Lovely walks and hikes in the area.

Absolutely delightful site.. We were given a pitch (19) that looked all grass but on closer inspection was part hardstanding so perfect as they’d apparently had a lot of rain. Fabulous clean facilities block with lovely hot showers and laundry room. Lady on the desk speaks fluent English so we never got stuck with our attempts at French. Swimming pool only open July & August. Nice little supermarket round the corner with fresh bread in the mornings. Excellent restaurant about 10 mins walk away. A sobering visit to one of the War Cemeteries nearby and a lovely walk along the canal. Perfect.

Excellent pitch and chalet, we stayed as a family with middle aged and old aged members. The facilities were spotless. We were allowed to change pitch which was great as, I wanted a specific pitch for fishing, but it was being used when we arrived. The pool was very much appreciated as the weather was very hot. The lodge was ideal for my elderly parents and we arranged for my sister to come as a surprise which was accommodated by the owners.
Really disappointed that the restaurant closed, as it was still only the begining of September and we had planned to have a meal there for my birthday, as the food is excellent and after eating there last year we were really looking forward to having this option.

Good location, not too close to the water so less mosquitos. Had everything we needed included in the price.
Stairs very steep to the mezzanine floor and some air-conditioning would be good as the chalet gets very hot.

Lovely site. Very helpful, friendly owners.
Some of the long stay caravaners (Brits) were loud and boorish. It's not okay to sit out until after 10pm drinking and talking, the noise carries and keeps others from sleeping.

We needed a stop over and found this place and we were very surprised and happy at how lovely it was our grandsons loved the pool and the very friendly ducks we had a beautiful view from our pitch it’s was just what we needed
The restaurant closes at the end of August so we just missed out which was a shame as a nice meal would have been the icing on the cake after a long drive but we understand the reasons why

We were given two pitches as we had booked with someone else both were hard standing and facing the lake which was perfect
Only a small thing there were little platforms into the lake for fishermen mainly but our grandson like to stand there feeding the ducks but there were a lot of stinging nettles around it. That’s was all

We arrived late due to traffic. Staff were very rude and condescending. We were allocated a pitch without electricity (we paid extra to have electricity). There was thousands of mosquitoes so much that we couldn’t stand outside without being swarmed. We left straight away and stayed in a rest stop. A terrible experience!

The campsite was very well designed to avoid giving the feel of a very busy site. Still everything was easily accessible. Unfortunately we were not staying long enough to fully experience the site, and the weather was really not great so we spent most of the time inside!

We were only on a Wednesday, it would be helpful on booking if this highlighted that no food was available without driving. The local shop had very little stock. The price is now very expensive for an overnight stay with no food options .

Fascinating area with a remarkable history to be explored. Also a beautiful area for cycling and walking. Loved exploring the nature reserve attached to the camp site, listening to the bird life and meeting the camp site donkeys.
There wasn't always a toilet available in the morning for the men's side and the facilities could be stretched at full occupancy.

Overnight stop travelling back to UK, such a beautiful area, very rural French village with small shop, pizzeria as well as restaurant on site. Electric pitch, coded gate access. Good array of information on the notice boards. Grass pitches well maintained but will need chocs to level out. Didn’t use restaurant, pool as arrived to late. Pitches were good size, hedgerows provide a very private feel and the site was very tranquil. Our host was welcoming, helpful and responses to emails instant! Really lovely site

We woke up to what can only be described as an orchestra of nature- very beautiful . Shower block was the best we’ve ever seen UK or abroad! Enjoyed the 5min walk to British Cemetery to pay our respects to the fallen.

Owners relly helpful and friendly. Had a lovely meal with local beers and wines. Plot was between 2 lakes where you could fish if that's your thing. Beautiful setting with walks around the lake.
