The area is beautiful and offers good opportunities for hiking and water activities.

There is no hand soap for washing hands after using the toilet. Handling bread with bare hands as well as handling money at the same time. There is no trash can at the washing-up area so people leave their food scraps in the mess.

Wonderful campsite, very clean, well equipped, spacious, and being right on the lake is fab! Great location within easy reach to multiple places in the Verdon gorges area

Beds are so rock hard and uncomfortable

We waited to 2pm to check in,were allocated a pitch only to be asked to leave some 3 or 4 hours later.There had been no checking that our dates were correct when we presented to check in and to discover we had made a mistake with our dates after pitching should have been identified at check in It is not acceptable to check in guests after they should have vacated the site The mistake made by reception team not only caused distress to ourselves but also the party arriving for the start of their vacation This is not acceptable for a 5 star campsite

Most of the staff cannot speak English very well and the cleaning rules of the house were not explained beforehand. It would have been more pleasant if the cleaning instructions that you have to do before leaving the accommodation.

Music and entertainment ran until very late sometimes even until 11.30pm. Which meant our kids could not go to sleep

A campsite which include everything and not too big. Average entertainment and pool could be bigger but overall good. Sanity facilities was not super big but had needed functions and clean. WiFi is only present at restaurant and scene. Poor data phone coverage but nice to focus on holiday them

Larger or extra sanity facility and a larger pool. Our teens would suggest better wifi coverage but as a parent it was fine. :) Most french speaking personel and animations was also in french.

This was our family’s second stay at the camping site, and we like it very much. One of the things we appreciate most is that it’s never overcrowded – every mobile home has its own terrace and dedicated space, which creates a peaceful and private atmosphere. We loved our accommodation. Two cabins with one decking, great for bigger families. Jacuzzi and bbq excellent. The pool was clean and well maintained. The setting is beautifull. Lovely bar and the shop. Helpfull reception staff.

Some of the bar staff were not pleasant. There was a lovely young lady there with very good customer service skills. Entertainment only in French so we didn't really participate. But they made the effort at Bingo and called out the numbers in English as well. We arrived quite late after travelling 10 hours. We couldn't get a table to have our food as they were full. We were not advised that we need to book a table in advance. We were able to get some food takeaway but that's not what we expected after a long day.

The square is in beautiful nature, and there are lots of activities on the square. the entertainment with good live bands was great, but it would have been great if the big screen could show the Tour De France in the afternoon.

We experienced several times that the free activities were booked, but when we went down to the padel tennis court, for example, there was no one. When we then asked if we could use the time, it was rejected even though the pitch was not in use

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was amazing and lots to do.

Not really the campsites fault but our lodge was quite far away from the pool and lake so it was a fair walk in the heat on slight incline. Tough with paddle boards.

The region and the nature and the weather.

Cleaning supplies must be better, if you espect the guests to clean. The broom and the mop was hopeless. There were no information other than app and map over site. No info about cleaning and leaving - neither in the mail. The wooden terrace was poorly and very loose and the “roof construction very moveable and swinging. The water was either too hot or too cold, shifting with an interval on 15 sekunds. Not so nice in the bath. A awfull smell of drain came every night in the area - all the way from the treeclimping area to our mobile home. The noise and loudness from the scene EVERY night.

Electric boat hire along the gorge is a must ! Playground beside restaurant is very convenient

We loved the lake and beautiful nature just in the “backyard” of the campsite. We also appreciated the many sport facilities included in the price (paddle, ping pong, tennis etc.). Also very cool that there is a tree top adventure activity. Nice that the poolchairs are free of charge.

The pool is way too small for all your guests. Too many noisy shows/quizzes in our oppinion. It would be SO nice that you welcome your foreign guests by speaking english some more - especially at the welcome meeting but also sport acitivities. As not being french you don’t feel very welcome to join the acitivities/shows etc. You write in your app that there is wifi throughout the entire campsite, but is is only accesible near the restaurant.

We had a great time overall. We love all the sport activities and walks around the lake. The domain is beautifil qnd well maintained. The woman at the store is very friendly. Restaurant food is also very good.

Room was sticky so I had to clean it at arrival. The karoake activity is insane, there is 10 drunken people screaming as loud as they can until 11pm, if you really need to do this activity, please stop at 10pm. At reservation we asked for a baby bed and paid for the beds to be already made upon arrival, both were missing! Could you propose a compensation for these troubles?
