Nice location close to pretty town and chateau. Large site but didn’t feel it, nice secluded pitches and excellent facilities.

Plentiful and clean sanitaries; good size pitches; excellent facilities inc. bar/restaurant, swimming pool, and children's playground; and a great location on the banks of the Seine. All within easy walking distance of the town.

The pool area was very good including the bar where you could sit and watch the river traffic whilst enjoying a drink. Toilets/showers/washing up areas were very modern and scruptiously clean.

Just one toilet elsan point at the site entrance isn't enough, there needs to be another towards the other end of the campsite.

We started here and choose to return on our way back. Site excellent. Big big shout out to the ladies in the restaurant. Limited menu but food and service very good. Only slight down side was the showers were never warm enough although due to the heat a cold shower was ok. Pool area good. Will return next year

I encountered a naked man in the showers and there were non residents on site in the evening which gave concerns about security an safety

On arrival the pitch wasnt really fit for use but after a debate we agreed on another pitch which was great

The bouncy castle, inflatable football, swimming pool and play ground are amazing our kids loved it. Toilets and showers were always available and lots of washing up areas. The 2 swimming pools were brilliant.

Our pitch was large and had electric. Unfortunately we had a 6am wake up from the traffic and ducks !! Just unfortunate location for us. Also the staff in the bar and lady on reception had the feel that we were more of an annoyance rather than a joy that we were there !! Some staff were lovely and friendly

Location next to the Seine and within easy walking distance of the town. Reception friendly and welcoming.

A little bit complicated getting to the entrance due to the roadworks but should be better when they are finished. The site is large, between a lake and the river Seine almost under the suspension bridge. The pitches are mostly grass, alright when dry and firm. The facilities are excellent as is the motorhome service area. Pitches with electric hook-up but water points are fewer and not clearly marked on the site plan. Plenty of wildlife around including otters in the lake, together with frogs and water voles. An excellent stop-over or longer stay.

In a beautiful position by the Seine, overlooked by a ruined castle high above. Large pitches are separated by hedges, and the facilities clean and modern. We didn't use the pool or bar. Short walk along the river path brings you to charming town of Les Andelys.

Need more relaxing music in the bar during the day. Water in taps not hot, so washing up unsatisfactory and not able to have a shower.

Very clean site beside river Seine. Lovely walk/cycle ride into the small town. Very relaxing.

A large site but very well maintained and good sized pitches. A little noise from road nearby during the day. Facilities very clean. Lovely pools and good restaurant. On cycle routes which are currently being improved but offer good distances both ways.

Water in showers and wash up areas was just warm, not hot.

Good location by river and town. Covered pool was needed due to cool weather. Restaurant food good.

Check out time 11 as was the opening time of the pools which made it impossible to use these facilities on last day. Not keen on mixed sanitary blocks.

Lift tree branches to give better access for caravans. I had to site my caravan under branches which touched the roof

Very nice site overlooking the river with cruise boats meandering along to Paris. A short stroll into the picturesque town of Les Andelys. Good sized pitches. A convenient restaurant although a fairly limited menu I.e. burgers, pizza etc all were tasty enough and served by helpful and friendly staff.

The grass was very long with lots of weeds and untidy hedges. Such a shame.
