Keep bar and snack venue open until the site shuts on 28th. Shutting on the 14 th when we had booked until 21st was a little sad.

Control the noise that carries on to 2-3 am in mornings and reduce the large groups of unsupervised teenagers who stay.

Toilets and showers were always well presented. Water points close by with 10amp Electricity on the pitch. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close enough to the beach and easy access to many nice cycle rides.

Cut the perimeter hedges back a bit more often.

The campsite was very well run. The accommodation was new and clean. Great location near to the town. Close to the beaches. Great amenities on site and a nice pool & bar area.

More hires bicycles. There was a shortage.

The mobile home we booked was lovely, very modern and new , immaculately clean and a great large decked terrace . It was calm and friendly and very quiet at night after the entertainment had finished. Staff were helpful and friendly especially with my limited French 😊 although we did always make the effort to try to ask for anything in French which is appropriate. We were a mature couple joined by my daughter and grandson for part of our stay .

Better playground for slightly older children, my grandson is an active 61/2 yrs and would have appreciated something more challenging such as they have on the other Chadotel Domaine de Beaulieu

Pitches were generous, showers and toilets immaculate. Pool, bar, shop all great. Easy walk to beach and St Giles which is a great place to visit.

The pool and the area around it were kept in perfect order and the temperature of the pool was exceptional. The staff and the animation team were very friendly.

Perhaps the availability of ordinary baguettes might be worth thinking about.

Before you book as all pitches are non refundable even though I checked out early. Apparently it's my loss because I checked out early. Reception take no responsibility for not informing guest that the bar and shop on site. Pizza bar also closed.

Mention to guest checking in that everything on site is closed. Apart from the pool.

Charming little site. No bells and whistles. Immaculately clean.10 minute walk to a pristine beach. Heated indoor / outdoor pool. Well stocked kitchen and accommodation.

Take mosquito repellent.

We have enjoyed our stay : clean facilities and good entertainment but too loud until midnight.Difficulty to sleep. People shouting or arguing at 6 am..screaming at 2 am? Children still roaming in campsite after 11 am. It needs clear rules on behaviour for Respect of others

Some night time security would go amiss. There’s no curfew for noise and we are not quiet people but some sleep would be appreciated.

Our 5th time at this lovely site just outside Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and already planning next July, we love the closeness of the beach and a nice stroll to the town, always disappointed to leave this place at the end of our stay

We loved this campsite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great. There was enough for the children of ours ages 3 &6. Everything was clean and well maintained.

We will need to get a slightly bigger pitch for our tent next time but that's no fault of the campsite.

Gate to the lane closing mechanism, the gate is very noisy and continuous banging becomes very annoying. The Bar should be open at regular times and staffed. The bar was closed for one of Englands' Euro matches reason given "no staff".

Access to the cycle path was good as was the size of the pitch, toilets and showers were also very clean.

Staff put themselves out to be helpful. New management seem to be highly motivated. A very clean site, well situated to see many interesting places. Good access to cycle tracks and the local town. Then onsite cafe/ takeaway much greater choice and lovely food.

Bahamas Beach, the perfect holiday destination! The staff from Ludo and Jessica the site managers to everyone else could not have been more helpful. Francois and all of the staff at the snack bar always made you feel part of the Bahamas Beach experience- the loveliest of people!! Also if we needed any other help or advice, the long stay French residents made us feel so welcome. The nearby town of St Gilles is picture postcard and you never get tired of the short cycle in and then sampling the unbelievable atmosphere of this beautiful place. Absolutely stunning!!

If you can imagine a place that gives more than you expect that’s not too small and not too big and still has that grandiose family feel the this is the place for you excellent position excellent staff excellent facilities enjoyed every minute of my stay.

We were placed next to our friends and reception were able to keep us in the same pitch as our van broke down and we had to stay longer than expected.

Seaside, town, cyclepath easily accessible. Facilities clean, staff friendly

Entertainment goes on till midnight, very noisy until then, especially in a tent. Pitches are not very spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, can't fault them. Entertainment is all in French so probably not for English speaking families though we've enjoyed the band and the pool party.

Nice clean site with polite staff, and always someone in reception that could speak English while we were there which helps when your French is terrible! Beach about 15-20 minutes walk along a surfaced offroad shared cycle/walking path and the local town is worth a visit a little beyond that. Beach had a lifeguard and was always quiet where we entered, although could see it was busier towards town where the facilities are.

It could be loud late into the evening due to the path behind the pitch, but nothing we've not experienced elsewhere and certainly wouldn't stop us coming again

Love the campsite and its cleanliness. Staff are very helpful and engaging and there seems to be a genuine desire to help people have a nice stay. The toilets and showers are great and kept in a clean way. The campsite facilities are good in general and the bar and pool area is also good. It is a very nice campsite and very good value for money. We liked staying there very much and have already placed a reserve for next year. Well done to all the team.

Soap to wash your hands after using the toilets would be helpful. The shop is a bit sparse The food in the takeaway is OK but could perhaps be better.

Pool clean and well looked after, good pitches and clean modern toilet and shower blocks

No noise control at night resulting in disturbed nights sleep, too many young adult groups on pitches close to those with families making too much noise which is a shame as overall the site is really good.

Clean, modern in friendly site. Nearest beach was lovely and quiet.

The food wasn’t great, we tried the pizza and chicken which were dry.
