The campsite was located in a lively area, with plenty to do and see. Access to the beach and bike path at the back was very handy!
Make sure there is plenty of soap in the toilet block.

The pitch was big enough for our VW Van with a TentBox and to have a shelter tent and gazebo. It was fairly level as well.

We had a great time at this campsite. The location is ideal, with a road connecting to Saint Jean de Monts on one side and the dunes on the other. It's also conveniently located near a supermarket and a few restaurants. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, are excellent. We especially loved the fresh crepes from the stand that's there every Thursday. A huge thank you to the welcome desk (accueil) staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. THANKS!!
One thing to be aware of is the noise. There is almost daily disco and karaoke noise from this campsite and neighboring ones. The music stops around 11:30 PM, but people walking around afterward can keep it noisy until about midnight. This is especially noticeable if you're staying at the front of the campsite, near the main road and entrance. It's much quieter on the western side, where you can go to bed earlier if you like.

The cottage was good for our needs, and we liked the fact that we had our own space. It was a comfortable and practical base for our family and our dog during our stay. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax after a busy day.
The mobile homes (cottages) can vary in age. If you're looking for a more modern cottage, it's a good idea to check carefully when you book. Ours was a bit older and could use some updates. We would have appreciated a newer interior and more modern appliances, like a dishwasher.
