We zijn ook blij dat ons team u met een glimlach heeft ontvangen. Wij vinden dat zelfs op een camping een warm welkom essentieel is, want waar blijft dan het plezier? Als je nog andere suggesties of wensen hebt voor je volgende verblijf, laat het ons dan gerust weten. We verwelkomen je graag opnieuw om te genieten van de natuur en, wie weet, misschien zelfs van een kleine wedstrijd voor de “beste staanplaats”! Normally always a place for us
Every year, we visit this campsite on our way through, and it's a success. We always bring a small boat with us on holiday, and the boat trailer is always allowed on the campsite. This year, for the first time, we weren't allowed on the campsite. As an alternative, we had to park in the camper field in front of the campsite. It was a national holiday, and they said the campsite was full. There were still plenty of empty spaces. It's a shame they lied to us. Hopefully, they'll be honest with us again next year.

Very dissatisfied at the service around the snack bar, I was with my family who requested some fries. To be told sorry no we have stopped serving, only to see half an hour later another family being served fries. If you shutting off please be consistent

Customers come to us to order them, so they are automatically served. Has everything you need, we stayed for 3 nights, facilities clean, location close to town and a mile or so away from the Lesuire centre.

We would have rated it excellent, but for the drainage point being too far away and uphill! Also the toilet/ shower block although ok, needs an upgrade. Staff were superb.

Easy walk into town which was nice. Good sized pitches on grass.
Change of attitude in one of the ladies who was extremely rude and told lies about what pitches were available. We were given a hard pitch that was like a building site. When my wife asked politely to be moved she was told there were no pitches available as they were fully booked. I went in and insisted and was given a grass pitch that was extremely difficult to access snd egress. I counted 10 empty pitches that night and 12 the following night. She made it clear we were only there for 2 nights why complain? If that's your customer service we won't be back.

Loved it here for two nights while we had a break from 3 weeks of travelling. Caught up with our washing and enjoyed the shade from the sun with the beautiful trees surrounding the campsite. Everything we needed. Easy walk into the town. Helpful multi lingual staff.

Friendly reception staff on a site that is well placed for a stop over to visit Saverne. It was a short cycle ride to reach the town. The covered pool on site was stiflingly hot so we couldn’t use it.
The shower block was dated but reasonably clean. The site was tricky to find even with SatNav. There was limited info for travellers as this seemed to be a site that catered for people who knew the area.

Location was good - town good and surrounding area nice even though I only had an overnight stop Staff friendly and facilities all ok - good to get into Saverne and Haute Barr and access to the wine route Great to have breakfast delivered to reception to pick up in morning

De ligging is prima , leuk uitzicht op een boomgaard met paarden en een manege met weide vol paarden. leuk overdekt zwembad , broodjes service , schone en ruime douches en ‘s-nachts is het stil ondanks de sporthal die in de buurt ligt.

We stayed en route back to Champagne and although it was only for 1 night , we took a hike who to the old Chateau where the views are excellent , there was a small market which set up on the site selling wine and fresh produce . The kids used the pool and we purchased bread, croissants in the morning . Staff were great and the pitch was big enough for us (we’re a big outfit). Will definitely be back .

The pitches and open spaces on the campsite, the “market” with wine tasting, vegetables/fruit and galettes/crepes. Staff was friendly

The access to the alley of pitches was over a quite steep curb, which I don’t like for caravans.

I liked the hammocks and the tarte flambée you can order on Fridays. The staff was friendly and the swimming pool was allright.
I could not find a waste bin near the showers, so I had to take my waste (floss wire, disposable razor blades) to my own site.

Lots of shade and the pitch was large enough
The pitch was not completely flat, which makes it harder to set up the tent.

We hadden een super leuke tijd op de camping. De kampeerplaats was heel groot, voor de kinderen was het er leuk vertoeven. De pingpong tafel, de hangmat, het zwembad,.... Zalig. Er waren ook activiteiten op de camping die ook erg leuk waren

A friendly site, well placed for petites randonnées into the hills nearby and convenient for the town.
The camp shop could have a few more essential items.

Easy access from the A4.or D1004 Lovely location in Saverne Helpful staff Nice open site with grass pitches Good facilities with electricity and water close to each pitch. Bar with basic food, swimming pool, TV room and children’s play area all good. I have used this site several times and the repeat use is proof of my satisfaction.

We don't really understand your opinion, as we provide you with a map showing the number of your pitch, the name of the driveway and the gate code to get in. So it's easy to set up. On the other hand, the comment about the trees, we're a campsite in the countryside so it's normal to find moss around the trees. Thank you Sir

Scented trees, well organised reception and pitches. Lovely shower and toilet block. Good water pressure at taps.
Low bollards around the pitch are a bit of a hazard for the car and caravan as you could easily hit one

Mooie ruime plekken zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Prima sanitair. Mooie omgeving voor zowel fietsen als wandelen.. Wij waren op de terugreis, maar komen zeker nog een keer terug.

The cleanliness of the cottage. Nice presents in the cottage: bottle of wine, nutpaste. Fine bread service.
Bad connection with wifi at place 156. Had to contact osmosiz ourselves. No reduction on wifi rate.

No wear or tear in the cottage. The screens against bugs in the sleeping room Windows. We liked the dishwashing machine
The limiter space in the kitchen for storing our groceries. No little hooks for hanging the towels. Very limited space around the beds! More pictures on site of the cottage rooms would be nice

The clearing, one day there was no clearing at all. The wc chimique place was forgotten each time to clean.
