Facilities for children are great. Pitch sizes are good.

The site is clean and tidy. The bar was very disappointing. Arriving at 18pm the first day, we went to the bar thinking we would get burger and chips for example. We were told that we could place our order, but they only SERVED the food between 21 and 22pm. We checked this 4 times as we couldn't believe this was right? 4 times we were told this is correct. We were tired and hungry, so didnt want to wait until 21pm to eat. We checked the next day at reception and was told this was totally incorrect. That we should've been served our food when we ordered it at 19pm.

An oven in the Mobile Home, a BBQ, or an airfryer. What self catering holiday doesn't give you a cooking facility? 4 gas rings just doesn't cut it at all.

Love this camp site and have been several times over the last 20 years. Good for children, good pools and and good location

We were not aware of the rules regarding male swimwear until we arrived and had been at another campsite beforehand that didn’t have similar rules. Pool attendant was rude and could have been more helpful on where we could have bought some, rather than keeping on saying No

Very quiet site, with very curtis drivers looking out for young children cycling.

Where some of the hedges haven't fully grown between the pitched, possible put up temporary fences for a little more privese.

The pool area was a big hit with my family. Our pitch was huge and felt private. The beach is walkable and the cycle path is easily accessible.

The toboggans, the restaurant, the large pitches, the friendly staff all helped to make this a great stay with our teenage girls. Huge site but never really seemed that busy considering it was August. Get to the toboggans by 11 if you want a sun bed. Loads of great bike routes both ways.

As always the pitch and the pools were very good

Make the showers and toilets rightfully men or women's, my daughter felt very threatened and scared when using the shower and there was men using the other 3 showers shouting and banging the doors at 9pm at night, I had to find her as she was too scared to come out. When the blocks r being cleaned I understand using each others but not at night

We loved our stay here, plenty to do with lots of space for the children to have fun. We enjoy the proximity to the beach, cycle paths and St Jean de Monts

More salad and vegetable options inthe shop. We'd prefer to use the onsite shop more but lacked variety in fruit and veg.

No hooks in bathroom stalls or shower stalls- so no where to hang your back Men aren’t allowed to wear trunks in the pool- speedos only- we weren’t aware of this before we booked No hand drying in the toilet and only 1 soap dispenser often empty

Facilities were great, with lots of choice for activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Campsite was very clean and well kept.

The camp shop was not very well stocked, but being in the last week of the season, this was understandable.

We found the campsite met all our needs. Showers & toilets clean and always enough available. The pools were great for the children. The site and pitches were kept clean and tidy. Pitches were a good size Staff helpful.

The only thing I can think of is the shop was poorly stocked it looked like it had been run down for the end of season. We were there the last 2 weeks of August. One other issue we had was that there was not a chemical waste disposal point on our side of the campsite.

The pitch was nice and spacious with good hedging. Pools very good. Relaxed campsite.

Very noisy in our area of the campsite. The entertainment was only aimed at French (most campsites speak in dual language). You need a bar on the grass area next to the water slides pool - you would make a lot of money, and some music.

We were weary about the road at the front and the road noise from the underpass but heard nothing at at all. Fabulous pitch, absolutely massive. Great site with brilliant staff. Facilities and immaculately maintained. Beautiful walk through the forest to a brilliant, dog friendly beach. We will be back next year

It was such a great site. Our pitch was of well maintained grass with lovely high, recently trimmed hedging. Wonderful range off trees through the site and clean and well maintained facilities. Well stocked shop, a bar and swimming pool.

Spotless and well maintained site with very helpful staff, although our stay was in "low" season it was very quiet, there was enough in the shop for essentials and the baguette and croissant were fantastic. Lovely swimming pool (indoor) we were just a bit early for the outdoor. Very large site which may be a little noisy in the height of season, good animations for children and overall one of the best sites we have stayed on. Pitch was enormous, (could have played football on it !!!)

The large pitches were great size for our twin caravan.

Needing to empty toilet waste into the female loo’s was odd. Prefer this to be separated.

From the minute we arrived at the pitch we knew it was the start of a great holiday. It was lashing down rain and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. We were so sorry that we didn't book a longer stay. Facilities were spotless. 100 per cent

The pitch and area were very nice. The site was full but quiet. The staff were friendly. The facilities were very good. We were happy with the location close to the beach and the pools and sports activities for our girl. We enjoyed some of the activities and entertainment.

The queues at reception need attention as it is not a good look when you arrive at the site. The back of a chair broke while i was sitting enjoying some evening entertainment. I was disappointed that no staff member asked how I was.

The staff were helpful. There was one member of staff in particular (female lifeguard) who was outstanding. My son hurt himself and whilst the two male lifeguards watched him slip in front of them and did nothing, she was amazing. She came over to him and cleaned up his knee and popped a dressing on. The next time we went she asked if he was ok. Amazing thank you so much for your care and concern. The ability to rent a fridge, this saved us a lot of space when travelling. The bar and staff was great, we had food from the bar also great.

Lack of attention of the two male lifeguards at the pool. Too busy talking to each other. Fridge would benefit from a freezer compartment.

Sanitary block clean and uncongested, good pool facilities, good sports facilities

Condition of pitch very poor: 1. Barely any grass on it. 2. Litter left by previous occupant not removed before my arrival, I removed this myself. 3. No partition on one side of pitch. There were much better pitches on site that were vacant, yet I was allocated this shabby pitch. Exterior of entertainment area filthy and congested, not a nice experience. Furniture needs to be renewed. Paving needs to be deep cleaned and expanded. Gunshots nearby through the night. Very disconcerting.

Location to the beach and area for running was great, camping pitch was large and showers and toilets were great.

Lack of security in the evening to keep some groups of people quiet. Very loud groups showing no respect to others campsite users

Pitch size with hedges for privacy were very good, layout of the site easy to walk everywhere, the shop was well stocked and open most of the time, the pools were all excellent, location to the beach was excellent, location to Saint Jean de monts was excellent, cycling routes were easy to find and lovely, shower facilities were adequate, playgrounds were fun, space for other activities such as boules was great. Good washing machines/tumble dryers.

No wifi at out pitch after we’re purchased it from reception. Toilets/showers could’ve been cleaner. There were far too many people on site for the facilities at the end of our second week so we had to queue to use the toilets/showers and they were dirtier. Also for 2 days we couldn’t get out and in from the site in our car due to the long queue at reception that took hours to clear. Too many unsupervised children riding dangerously on bikes around pitches and the roads.

Good facilities on site and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beautiful beaches and excellent access to cycle routes

On Monday 14 August, the open mike evening entertainment lead to men chanting noisily in a group which went on well after 23:00 and woke us up a couple of times in the middle of the night

Really great site, everything you need, close to the beach, town and easy to get to. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We have been using the site for over 20yrs, now we're there with the Grandchildren. We love the choice of pools, even when the site is full you don't feel crammed in, plenty of space.

Campsite was good with plenty for kids and beach nearby. Bar area and diner was confusing until we had been there a few days to figure it out. Otherwise clean, tidy and friendly. With a great pool area and outside space. Kids were able to safely explore.

The music or entertainment blasting through speakers to whole park or the campsite next door being loud whichever it was could be heard well into the early hours of morning when people trying to sleep.
