Great position for visiting the area and close to motorway. Very good restaurant and lovely pool. The owners are friendly and helpful. The small town within walking distance is very pretty and offers various rating options.

The showers were at best luke warm and overall the temperature was very inconsistent. The hedges were in need of trimming making it awkward to get past the car to the caravan. Although there is nothing can be done about the weather, we had a rather wet stay and the site can then become a bit muddy on some pitches. Maybe some hardcore pitches could be introduced to help.

Cracking site in a great location. Only 10 minutes from the autoroute in a lovely village. Little restaurant was first class with a simple menu and reasonable prices. Only had two nights as a stopover while heading south. Would happily spend a week there next time!

Enjoyed this our second stay at this site. Easy walk into the town which is lovely. Canal cycle bath right by the site.

Toilet rolls, they don’t cost a fortune. Heated swimming pool to be heated, it was very cold.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good sized pitches and clean toilet/shower blocks. Plenty to do and see in the area and the town is lovely.

Toilet roll so you don’t have to bring your own and the pool, whilst very nice, is just too small for the size of campsite and there is not enough space and chairs around the side.

Lovely, quiet spot. Nice little pool, plenty of amenities. Great supermarket nearby with beautiful fresh groceries. Lovely clean grounds and pretty scenery.

Maybe more availability of badminton sets etc, none available.

A lovely site within walking distance of a pretty medieval town with restaurants, boulangerie, chemist etc. Swimming pool is very clean and the owners were very helpful. (They borrowed us an extra long extention lead). Restaurant on site also very good. Pitches could be a little bit tidier however would definitely return.

We really loved our time at Camping Vert Auxois. Lovely pitches, very clean facilities, lovely restaurant, close to the lovely village and canal walks. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff with good English. Good pitches. Small walk into a little town. Good cycling. Bread available to order. Restaurant on site. Water and electric on pitch. Lovely view and facilities excellent and well cleaned. Need to take toilet roll.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Lake Como. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. We had our evening meal in the wonderful onsite restaurant with our visit being completed by the excellent sanitary facilities. Our only regret was that we didn’t have longer to explore the area more however we would definitely return in the future.

Rustige camping, grote staanplaatsen, prima sanitair, aardig zwembad en redelijk restaurantje.

Meer parasols bij het zwembad zou prettig zijn. Zwembad ligt in volle zon en met maar 3 parasols hou je het daar niet lang uit.

Perfect pitches , bloc sanitaire cleaned 3 times daily. Beautiful part of the world with all facilities. During our stay we had a serious weather incident , with much damage to tent , loss of many trees ,loss of electricity due to tree falling on power line The management were marvellous , working night and day to clear fallen trees , and generous beyond belief with their help for campers. Excellent stop for short and longer stays . What a great campsite.

Disliked not having toilet paper provided as meant you have to walk through the site with a toilet roll in your hand! Water in showers varied in temperature from quite cold to a nice warm

Peace and quiet, not too big campsite

Temperature of showers. It was going from cold to hot and the average temperature too cold. A great improvement would be wifi/internet on the entire camping site. It is an investment, but most campings charge a daily fee for wifi/internet. That should reduce the costs.2

Small site. New sanitary block, very clean, good facilities. Small bar/ cafe on site. Friendly staff. Short walk along the canal ( great for dog walks) into the pretty town. Campsite very popular with cyclists. Swimming pool ( did not use though). You can order bread & croissants for breakfast.

Some pitches are a little small & not much privacy between pitches.

Clean well organised, every thing worked perfectly. Great area for walking through the vineyards. The site was well laid out we were on an upper terrace with an excellent view of the town. We used the local baths which was a very enjoyable experience. The owner was very attentive and helpful when asked. It was a holiday weekend for the Germans so busy. Still felt you had lots of space though. Will definitely stay again if in the area. The fixtures and fittings are well made and very thing worked perfectly. Gel for toilet seats and paper provided.

No manual chemical emptying point. The camping butler worked fine but 2 euros to flush the cassette which had only been used for night wee,s seemed over kill.

We were made so welcome. Good size pitches with electricity and water. The sanity block is spotless fabulous showers plenty of hot water. It is obvious the care that is put into the campsite. We did not use the restaurant as it was closed, but the bar opened on the Sunday evening but due to bad rain we did not go. The swimming pool looked well maintained a bit chilly yet for using. The surroundings are so beautiful lovely countryside. The proximity to the village is great a 5 min walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather..
