The pool and the terrace.
The toilets for camping could be updated. The pitches were sloping and uneven. We had to keep going back to reception because of the electric and water not working. It was very noisy at night.

Good community feel, very friendly staff, nice facilities.
Size of pitch space was not great for a large tent and car. Nothing gluten free in terms of food if you are coeliac, but think generally France is behind on that one.

We have been going to France for the last ten years, and this is the best place we have stayed. The food was very, very good. The pool was good. The snack bar had food. The staff was excellent all around.
The shop could have more stock, perhaps.

Camping bien ombragé, super parc aquatique, calme (si la musique des soirées peut vous embêter, il vaut mieux demander à être plus loin de la réception), beaucoup d'hébergements différents. Nous étions en CocoSweet, très bien ! Mini-club et programme du camping, très bien. Restauration et sens du service de tout le personnel, impeccable. Équipe très sympa :) Propreté sanitaire, impeccable !

My stay was trouble free. In fact the staff including Ward, Gabrielle and the people in reception were extremely helpful after I lost my phone. The food was excellent and at this time of year it was so peaceful and quiet. I stayed here 30 years ago with my family and The site has barely changed apart from additions to the amenities. You have kept up the true tradition of Andre & Doreen. I like the fact that red is still the predominant flower colour! Please convey my thanks to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable
A takeaway service and better access to the shop early in the season would have been very helpful.

Clearly very early in the season & not really set up yet to receive camping guests it appeared to us.
Get the grass on the pitches sorted at least or a section of pitches ready to allocate for early season arrivals

The beautiful location, friendly helpful staff. The buildings and swimming pool area were beautiful and a real effort had been made to keep everything up to a high standard, from the abundance of colourful flowers and plants to the cleanliness of the facilities. We particularly liked the quality of the fully serviced pitch that we stayed on with our caravan. We have just returned home, but will be booking for next year straight away Thank you again for a great stay
The only thing I can think of is that at times the music in the evening could be a little too loud, but some great entertainment every evening

It was our first stay, we asked for a fully serviced comfort pitch with shade when we booked and we got exactly that. It was flat level with easy access and felt spacious

The restaurant were very good in catering for my husband who is celiacs. The chef came to reassure us that is food would be gluten free.
The refuge bins where too far away from the site.

Pool was great for kids , night time entertainment was excellent , tent pitch was great , location good for Quercy land and the steam train , 30 mins to Sarlet de Caneda, over all excellent camp site and will return. Staff and reception excellent

The pool and water slides were very nice. The toilets and showers were very clean and they always had toilet paper. The whole campsite was tidy.
The showers were not very hot. The campsite could be noisy till quite late at night.

The pitch was nicely shaded and of a reasonable size. We were a reasonable distance from everything.
The pitch was not grass and was very stoney and hard. we broke several tent pegs.

We loved this campsite, it was so beautiful the swimming pools were gorgeous, the location is incredible, we loved the bar in the evenings. We will be back next year

One of the best campsites that we have been to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good time of year to visit, the site was quiet. We had a wide choices of plots to pitch our VW van and awning. Often had the pools to ourselves. Great location for visiting this amazing region. So much to see and do here. Including nice walks from the campsite. Reception gave us lots of useful information on our arrival. Spotlessly clean facilities. Which included one heated shower block.

A great well kept site with good facilities very clean. The reception and snack bar great with good takeout food! Very helpful!
Quite outside Souillac so if wanting to be closer to the town then possibly not the site but we loved this!
