WiFi not good even though we were 50m away from reception WiFi limited to 2 hours a day and you need to turn wifi off on your phone if not using it the time will run out End of season so there was no restaurant, just a small take away van with limited hours of opening but a selection of fast food eg fries and burgers

lovely surroundings and cozy town. The campsite was nice. The pool was nice, but it was a shame that the slides were closed several times.

There is far too little space at the football pitch and there is a lack of a real playground.

The nature and the area is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Visited the campsite for 11 days with a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. We had a great time, but it could have been better.

The staff could begin to speak more English. All the events of the campsite were in French eventhough 2/3 of the people staying were from other countries. Seemed to be great activities but there was a huge language barrier, so we couldn’t attend most of them. The cleaning of the mobilehome was bad but when we told the reception they send some staff to clean the house immediately.

We zouden niet terug gaan wegens veel te luidruchtig. Elke avond is het er precies een festival met veel luide muziek tot na 11 uur. Daarna moeten mensen nog terug naar hun slaapplaats wat ook veel lawaai meebrengt tot diep in de nacht.

Animation team went above and beyond. Larssen really carries so much of the weight, some days he was carrying the animation entirely by himself! This team really saved the holiday for us.

The camp is dirty everywhere you look there is trash. The restaurant area is really unkept, lounging areas werent even set up properly. Trashcans full. There was never any toilet paper in the bathroom at the restaurant during out whole stay. Reception area is very uninviting, and the people working at reception area not that helpful. They dont react to any form of dissatisfaction expressed, and dont seem that invested in what they’re doing. Would never return to this camp, which is sad because the animation team really is fantastic.

all you need in the kitchen, though a toaster or on-site barbecue spots would be a great thing to add.

I liked the entertainment, the swimming area was spacious and fun, I loved the slides. The view of Castellane from the pool is amazing. I like the activities and entertainment. The play area is also very good.

Stayed for two weeks in August in this campsite, beautiful location and lovely local village Castellane, with market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate accommodation, well maintained general areas, lovely pools. Doesn't seem to get a lot of visitors from Ireland but we loved it.

Maybe a little scoop of the pool every so often to remove flies, etc. but a very clean pool overall.

Stayed on b72. No visible hook up. Phone reception eariler in the day & asked what time they close for the day, 8pm. Arrived to site at 19:50, reception staff didn't speak much english. They said our info pack was already with the night staff. Staff very moody, unhelpful and sharp in the restaurant. Asked if the football was going to be switched on and said “NOT MY JOB” and asked another person “don’t know” service means actually helping a customer! Bar people were nice though! No sound on footie. No water for showers or sinks in the morning! No toilet paper. I wouldn’t call it 5 star camping

Check all toilets for toilet paper. Went on arrive day and still had none the following day. Used shower block at end of row.

Great facilitieson site. The kids loved the swimming area. easy check in / check out. The app was a great addition to help with the stay . Close to beautiful Lake Castillon. Delicious food on site . And the staff were lovely & helpful. Highly recommend .

Lovely campsite in a lovely location. Super clean and well run. The pool and toilets/showers are spotless, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Hopefully we will stay here again. Recommended

Larger playground slides/frames for young kids

The camping team, especially the animator, was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed a calm stay in early season, discovering the beautiful area, going canyoning with help of the reception and relaxing in the pool and at the mobil-home.

The mobil-home was a bit cold in the night because of the season, but we had plenty of blankets and quick heating which solved the problem.

It’s a wonderful campsite in a wonderful location. The pools and slides are brilliant and my children really loved the inflatables and sports area. The staff are super helpful. The facilities were kept really clean. We loved the free guided tours of the local area arranged by the campsite with its staff. We would come and stay again.

The first pitch we were allocated was full of large rocks/stones and unsuitable for a tent. Luckily we were found a different pitch as we could not have slept on that terrain. There were not enough showers or toilets in the block servicing most of the tents and caravans.

Not a criticism, just a heads up, 2 bathroom facilities next to each other, unclear if male or female or mixed, so could be a bit disconcerting to some, didn’t bother us.
