Stayed here to visit family who had rented a house close by.
Toilet block , shared loo facilities so a bit off putting to be faced with two urinals when entering. Only have seats on a couple of loos. I used the accessible loo in the shower area as virtually no one on site and this was fine. Choose your shower carefully! We found 3 with lovely hot water and powerful. Washing up and laundry all good. Good , big pitches , choose your own. Great to have a pool, small indoor bar are and a neglected but ok tennis court all on site.

Grass needed cutting as wet with heavy dew each day. Workman who came and although site was empty couldn’t have got much closer to us and woke us every morning at 6am. Starting his van Would be good to have barrier closed at 11pm until 7.30am like most sites then he could have parked at reception and not woken us.

Hello Mrs Anderson, I would like to thank you for your post, which will help us to improve. We are a small campsite that listens to our customers. The sanitary block dates from the 1980s, and although it has been renovated, there are still some showers without mixer taps, but the water is tempered for a pleasant shower. The toilets are open in two different places for men and women and we haven't had any comments on this subject. We use the lawnmower very regularly so that our campers are delighted with the upkeep we provide for our campsite. Of course, the weather encourages grass to grow and we can't turn a campsite into a green. You didn't mention our 8 euro breakfast, which is a shame! Magalie

It was by the river, nice site facilities clean, we were able to hire an electric boat at a reasonable cost, we were a group of 6 people in 3 vans.

All pitches are extremely generous in size with plenty of room for our caravan, awning, gazebo and car.

We have always had a very peaceful stay, away from the Le Mans circuit, during the race weekend whilst still having easy access to the racing.

We are three male friends and it is very helpful that the mobile home can be configured into three seperate bedrooms. Every year there are improvements to the kitchen equipment, it just gets better and better

Tranquility, lots of places to choose pitch. The amazing helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They even found us a parasol ?? and brought our pre ordered supper to our tent ….
Showers and wash up water a bit cold at times …

The site is perfectly located by the river in the pretty village of Malicorne sur Sarthe. We have always enjoyed our stays at this lovely location.
