Site was very quiet as there were few guests
The welcome at reception could have been better. The receptionist first words were why did you not park in the correct spot not what we were expecting after a long drive

We were allowed to choose our own pitch
All pitches were very large and easily accommodated our large outfit

We are sorry that your arrival left you with a disappointing first impression. As explained on the day, you were welcome to choose your pitch, but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and you selected the only pitch we had asked you to keep free, as it had been reserved for one of our regular returning guests. This is why we had to ask you to move, and we understand that this may have been frustrating after a long drive.
We are nevertheless delighted that this misunderstanding did not prevent you from extending your stay by a few more nights, and we sincerely thank you for that. We hope you were able to enjoy the spacious pitches and the friendly atmosphere of our campsite, and we would be happy to welcome you again in the future.
