Canvas and wood tent, equipped with 4 single beds 80 raised, dining area, kitchen area (fridge, outdoor stove, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and pots), outdoor terrace with table and parasol. No heating. Pets prohibited. Sanitary facilities shared with the campsite, located nearby. Blankets and pillows provided with protective covers. Think about your laundry! for hygiene it is forbidden to sleep without sheets, fitted sheets or pillowcases. PLEASE NOTE: the tent must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival. Access to the games room set up in the old barn (ping pong, table football, reading corner), the outdoor games area (pétanque court, football, swing, trampoline, etc.) and the swimming pool reasonably heated from mid-May to mid-September (depending on the weather). The tent cannot accommodate more than 4 people. ARRIVALS: between 4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. depending on the season. DEPARTURES: before 10 a.m. for weekly rentals; before 6 p.m. for weekends. Any early arrival or late departure will be charged. PAYMENT: the day before departure for stays of more than 2 days, during reception opening hours. The tourist tax is due for over 18s. A deposit of 200€ (check or credit card imprint) will be requested upon arrival.

Installée en hauteur, légèrement à l’écart des terrasses de camping sur une plateforme isolée, emplacement privilégié pour la tente Tipi! Nouvelle née de Simondon en 2022, la Tipi est équipée pour 4 personnes : 1 lit double en 140 sur palettes et 2 lits jumeaux en 80, transats et coin cuisine en extérieur sous auvent (frigo, plaques gaz, cafetière filtre et italienne, vaisselle, couverts et casseroles). Table pic nic extérieure et parasol. Pas de chauffage. Animaux interdits. Prévoir des bagages maniables si vous ne montez pas avec votre véhicule! Sanitaires communs au camping, situés à proximité. Couvertures et oreillers fournis avec alèses de protection. Pensez à votre linge! pour l'hygiène il est interdit de dormir sans draps, draps housse ni taies d'oreillers. A NOTER : la tente doit être rendue dans le même état de propreté qu'à votre arrivée. Accès à la salle de jeux aménagée dans la vieille grange (ping pong, baby foot, coin lecture), l'aire de jeux extérieure (terrain de pétanque, foot, balançoire, trampoline...) et la piscine chauffée raisonnablement de mi mai à mi-septembre (selon la météo). La tente ne peut pas accueillir plus de 4 personnes. ARRIVEES : entre 16h et 18-19h suivant la saison. DEPARTS : avant 10 h pour les locations à la semaine ; avant 18h pour les week-ends. Toute arrivée précoce ou départ tardif sera facturé. REGLEMENT : la veille du départ pour les séjours de plus de 2jours, dans les horaire

NB : pour l'hygiène il est interdit de dormir à même les lits. Pensez à votre linge!

Accès à la salle de jeux aménagée dans la vieille grange (ping pong, baby foot, coin lecture), l'aire de jeux extérieure (terrain de pétanque, foot, balançoire, trampoline...) et la piscine chauffée de mi mai à septembre (selon la météo).

Gite equipped to accommodate 4 (to 6) people. No pets allowed. On the ground floor: a dining room/kitchen equipped with 18m2 (gas hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, electric crepe maker).
In the 24m2 living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 additional people (equipped with mattress pad, pillow, duvet and/or blanket). In winter, the fireplace heats and lights both rooms (insert visible from both sides).
Next to the living room: a bathroom with WC, sink and shower.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a bedroom with 90cm bunk beds.
The beds are equipped with duvets (and blankets), pillows and mattress pads.
NB: for hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to sleep on the beds. Think about your laundry! In front of the house: a private terrace with garden furniture.

The group accommodation is equipped to accommodate 12 people. In addition to a large living room allowing you to set up a large table, this gîte includes on the ground floor an equipped kitchen sized for groups (oven, gas hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, etc.) + a hall with WC and hand basin.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (each with 1 sink), 2 showers and 1 WC.
The beds are distributed as follows:
1) 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed. Mattresses, duvets and pillows provided.
2) 2 bedrooms each with 2 pairs of bunk beds, i.e. 4 90 cm beds per bedroom;
Mattresses, blankets and pillows provided.
NB: For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to sleep on mattress pads, pillows, blankets and duvets. Think about your laundry!
Private terrace with garden furniture with a view of the Rhône Valley. Shared terrace at the back of the gîte, for barbecue (charcoal).

Access to the barn transformed into a games room (ping pong, table football, library), to the outdoor play area (bowling ground, trampoline, slide and swing, mini football pitch) and to the heated swimming pool (from mid-May to September, depending on the weather).

Gîte equipped to accommodate 6 people. Located next to the sheepfold to enjoy the animals (sheep, donkeys), you benefit from a panoramic view of the Rhône Valley and the Vercors. Direct access to a private balcony facing the landscape. Large ground floor living room with open kitchen, central island with high stools, small lounge area, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, heating with pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, gas hob, hood, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, citrus press, blender, raclette grill.
Upstairs, a large attic bedroom accommodates 8 single beds of 90 cm (possibility of bringing them together to make double beds).
Beds equipped with mattress pads, pillows and duvets. NB: for hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to sleep on the beds. Think about your laundry!

A pellet stove heats the cottage, with additional electricity if necessary.

3-star campsite, 27 pitches surrounded by nature, facing the Vercors and the Rhône Valley. Natural area on septic tank not allowing to empty chemical toilets, thank you for your understanding (free places nearby.)
