A good small site that has plenty to do, well laid out and in a good location. Suzanne at the mini farm was amazing with our son. She engaged him well, taught him lots and gave him confidence with the animals. She also gave us great tips for places to visit and was very friendly.
The activities (animations) finished the day after we arrived (27th August) which was a shame and the pool didn’t open till 10am.

The location of the camping was perfect for our get away. The Coco Sweet also made our stay nice. It was the right size for my family. The camping it self was clean and the staff was very nice. We felt more than welcome.
The holes in the road to the camping needs fixing. The twin matress in the coco sweet was so hard and had pressure holes. This made sleeping a nightmare for my back. And last, the heating for the pool. Because the heating was off due to technical issues. This made swimming not a nice experience. It felt like a freezer.

It was an ok campsite. The toilets are far when staying in a pod. The pool wasn’t working 3 mornings, they did work hard to get it fixed as quickly as possible but when there is not much else for the kids to do onsite and in surrounding areas it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth.
The toilets were not stocked up, quite often out of toilet roll. The showers were ok, could do with a descale as the water was going everywhere apart from on you. There’s not much to do around the camp site

The site was nice with bar for coffee and beer next to swimming pool. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Close to Mont St Michel with access via bus, walk, cycle or by car which is spectacular! Lots of cycle routes in the area and quite flat. Pontorson is close by with lots of Bistros and a couple of supermarkets and there’s a big Carrre Four in walking distance. We hired bikes a few times to explore the surrounding countryside and the Moulin de Moidrey.

The site is close to the small town of Ponterson and next to a small river along which is a footpath that takes you al the way to Mont Saint Michel.
The rather overaged cabin we rented had a very small bedrooms and there was only a microwave oven and a filter coffeemaker. Not even a kettle to boil water. Outside a standard for a beach umbrella but no beach umbrella. Such an electric kettle costs only €25. Sam as a beach umbrella. Nevertheless the rental price per day was over €100. On our travels we have been using very well equipped cabins with even an airco in it for less money.

The tennis court had no net and benches on it. The bar didn’t serve food as advertised. It was also not open in the evenings. The sauna was closed. The gardens and hedges desperately needed attention.

Great size. Great amenities. Very new and well kept.
There was what looked like a tree cut down in front of the entrance to the cottage. My kids cut their feet a few times coming down the steps onto the grass. I also tripped on what was a tree trunk that had been cut down. I’m not sure why this was there but it needs to be looked after a bit more.

The camp site isn’t being as well maintained as it used to be. The little ”zoo” by the entrance is half empty, the ball games aren’t usable.

Nice cottage, full immersed in the green. About 7 km from Mont Saint Michel. Available parking. We would recommend the place.
Pool is nice but quite small considering the size of the park and the number of guests it hosts.

Cottage was nice, well maintained and clean. We liked very much the bench outside and the fact that each of the 6 guests could have a proper bed. We also liked the communication with the facility when booking and also when communicating a late arrival: they were very helpful and kind.

Stayed for 2 weeks with 3 kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a dentist requirement all sorted very quickly. Pool is great and the kids loved it. Good location near the town, 10min walk with everything you need. Carrefour also a 10 min walk. Great for St Malo and Mont St Michael on the bus from town. Only 5 euros! We stayed in a Superior cabin which was immaculate

Have been visiting this camp site for about 20 years with caravan, them motorhome and this year chose a rental accommodation. Very convenient for the town.

I had booked a 2 bedroom evasion and was given a 3 bedroom cottage prestige which was very nice and everything in it was brand new.
Would have liked a toaster and a clothes airer. . Nothing to dry clothes on. The deck chairs were not very comfortable. I had to buy a comfortable chair for sitting in sun. The outside bench was uncomfortable and when the seats were down at one side the door would not close over.

Great service from the reception team, they were super helpful and informative about the site. Great swimming pool, bar and outside seating area, it was all really well maintained and inviting. We stayed as we wanted to go to Mont ST Michael, it was super easy to get to, parking and buses in were really easy the best thing about the site is that it’s close enough to the main attractions but far enough away that it first feel particularly touristy….we will definitely return!!
In terms of improvements, I would say the private facilities could do with some help!! They are extremely dated, the shower was really discoloured and was covered in mildew…a bit of bleach would have really helped! I loved the greenery onsite however the pitch itself was quite weedy and had a few stinging nettles etc, this needs a bit of attention.

Really friendly helpful staff. Pool was warm, bar great and breakfast very good and reasonably priced. We had a pitch with a private bathroom which was spacious and clean. Shower was hot and powerful. The pitch was spacious and the electric hook up close.
The veranda outside the bathroom was a little rickety and needs a new wooden cross member due to rot.

Beautiful campsite, good size pitches easy cycling along safe cycle route to Mont St Michael. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Fantastic seafoood shop in the village.
We stayed in a luxury pitch with own shower and toilet. The outside decking needs attention as it was completely broken in places. The shower unfortunately was falling apart in places with large gaps in the tiles. However this would not put me off staying again just needs some attention.

We loved the quiet site and peaceful feel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bikes to hire were so comfortable for our ride to Mont St Michel! The pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed joining in with the Aquatonique class!On a hot day, the sun beds at the pool fill up quickly, so best to get down early!! The boules area was great (we brought our own boules). Plenty of machines in the laundrette (get down early though!). A great choice of food vans, but we didn’t realise that you needed to book pizzas ahead through reception and therefore missed out! Loved the little farm!

Grass should be kept short with regular cutting. The on pitch toilet and shower facilities are ok but dated and need replacing. The bar is nice, right by the pool, but a cafe or restaurant is needed as well.

We were given an upgrade to the luxury pitch on arrival, which was great. The pitch was spacious and flat.
There was evidence of rats nesting under the decking in front of the facilities. While we did'nt see any rats, and they might have been previously exterminated, it would be better if the holes were filled to not give concern. A plug in water supply at the pitch would be good to have.

The staff were all amazing, and nothing was too much bother. They even came to cut the grass on our pitch for us which was a bit overgrown. The goats were incredibly friendly and our toddler adored feeding them. The play park was also fantastic for our little one.
DIsappointing that the pool and sauna were out of use (out of season), especially as the pool was still full of water and being cleaned.

Easily accessible site from Cherbourg, motorway virtually all the way. our pitch was very good with the only issue being the length of the grass. It should have been cut as when it rained the pitch became very wet very quickly. Private bathroom was excellent and very clean. Site was ideal for caravan and awning.
While there was a private bathroom and shower there was no connection for water to fill water butt.

The local town of Pontorson was just a 5 minute walk away but unfortunately almost all restaurants and bars closed around 8pm with only 1 restaurant open beyond 9. We were there mid September and while we still had good weather it was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the towns obvious charm at night.

Been staying at this site for quite a number of years now and seen its gradual decline, thought when Seasonova took over April 2022 things would pick up but no. We use the pitches with private bathrooms, the walkways are overgrown with weeds and impassable, the edges of pitches are the same (weeds growing higher than the decking height) cut them down myself. At times only one person running the reception and bar, so at times could not get a drink because reception was busy. In short more staff needed in low season, such a shame because it can be a fantastic site.

There was clearly a hornets' nest very close to our pitch cutting short our alfresco supper as one was buzzing around under the top of our sun canopy. The next night they're was another hornet flying close to the washing up area and another on the glass door of the toilet block. We reported this to reception next day who said they were aware of it but they didn't know where it was, which we didn't think was helpful and we think they had a duty to call in experts to pinpoint this as this was a serious danger to clients, especially with so many children on site at the time.

We enjoyed our stay at the campsite. Our pitch was huge and the site was very well maintained with lovely staff.
Toilets checked more frequently for hand-wash and toilet roll as always ran out during the afternoon. Another washing machine would be great. Very hard to get one free.

Reception staff were not helpful or useful with questions. There was a young man at reception, and he seemed to want to hang out with his colleagues more than actually help travellers. I asked about how I can get to mont saint michel and they did not mention that there was a bus from the station that I could have caught. It was really frustrating to discover this later. They didn't seem warm, friendly, and keen to help. At different points there were multiple staff at reception doing nothing, even though the queue at drinks/bar was long, - should be trained it at least taking the payment.

The facilities at Haliotis are excellent! The showers and toilets are always clean and available. There are 3 washing machines and tumble driers along with a dispenser for washing powder - all take card. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. The bar serves pizzas and paninis - we had the pizzas twice as they were that nice! The campsite was lively in the day and very quiet at night. There was frequent entertainment for children. There is a side gate that allows access to a walking/cycle path that brings you into Pontorson in one direction and to Mont St Michel in the other.
Whilst most showers have excellent pressure, there were a couple where the spray was at the wrong angle. The bar could offer more food options.

The pitch was a good size, it fit our 7 person tent along with ample outdoor space and our car. There were bigger pitches that we will probably book when we return. We saw newer pitches with private facilities, as these are newer the bushes around them haven’t matured yet and therefore they are not as private, all other pitches we saw were private. All electric pitches seemed to have the electricity point in very easy reach of the pitch, it did not seem that the electricity cables were across other pitches like in some campsites.

The hygiene conditions were good, and an issue with the paid washing machine was resolved quickly. My son really enjoyed the pet area and the swimming pool.
Due to the number of visitors, there was inevitably some noise, and it seemed like there was a highway or expressway nearby. However, with earplugs, I slept very comfortably.

We stayed for 2 nights on this campsite in our Motorhome to visit Mont St Michel. What a find.Very friendly staff on arrival,,nice flat private pitches. Seemed to be a lot of activities for families. Pool and bar area lovely with a very nice vibe to them. Local restaurants/bars/shops within 5/10 min walk . We cycled to Mont St Michel on a flat cycle track along the river. Was amazing,with a few restaurants and bars to stop at if you wish. We could have stayed longer..

Really nice camp site with lots to do for the kids and adults. Food was great at the little bistro and there was a huge selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Swimming pool was just right for the temperature and had a small pool for the kids and a jacuzzi for the adults. There was a nice little farm for the kids with friendly animals and some large games like connect four. All in all a great site, would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived it just felt great and it did not disappoint . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The showers are lovely, plenty of hot water and powerful. Toilets - soap toilet paper and hand dryers. The washing up area is the nicest we have had all trip- clean/ plenty of space…. And some nice piped Salsa type music!!! The pool area was very nice though did not use pool and bar area overlooking it also very nice. Would highly recommend a visit here- we actually stayed an extra night. Quite a substantial town with plenty of eating choices/bars- Market on Wednesday.

We had two, one night stays at the campsite, on our way into and out of the further reaches of Brittany. The site has a great range of well maintained facilities, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our second night was in the middle of an intense heatwave, so whilst we didn’t give it much attention on our first stay, the pool was a very welcome addition. As check out time is 12am, we were able to have a good swim in the evening and in the morning, even if we did have to dodge lots of children also having fun. We liked the possibility that we could easily cycle to Mont St Michel.

No toilet seats not ideal for women when men use too. No WiFi reception at our pitch & noisy neighbours (had an outdoor TV on all day. Finally out stay was spoilt as we got scammed while filling up at the local petrol station Total in the village they took an additional €200 euros on our card. Not the fault of the camping but mentioning as a warning. Do not use the 'pay at pump'

We stayed in both directions of our tour of Brittany and Normandy. Site is clean and tidy, ample facilities and two good pools. Staff are welcoming and speak good English. There is a lovely cycle ride on paths away from the road all the way to Deuville. Lovely site, definitely stay again when in the area.
If we had any criticism it would be the unclear signage on the toilets and showers.

A warm welcome. Clean facilities and hot showers. Path for walkers and cyclists from the site along the riverside went right all the way to St. Michael's Mount, and left to town (which we didn't explore). Carrefour walking distance from site, Lidl short drive. Bakery items can be ordered from reception day before.

Pontorson 20 min walk from site. Nice village with great market Wednesday morning. Walking/cycle route immediately outside site to Mont St Michele. Good sized pitches. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff.
Better signage at motorhome service point. Fresh water hose was used to clean out toilet tank whilst we were there! When we arrived we were told the site was full & were allocated the only pitch with ehu. It was uneven & we were unable to level it. However, on walking round the site shortly after our arrival there were many suitable pitches available. After a discussion with Lira at reception she accommodated our request to move with professionalism.

Lovely clean site, nice pool although I didn’t use it. Staff are really friendly and spoke English. Toilets and showers very clean and spacious with relaxing music playing in the background. If you like walking it’s possible to walk to Mont Saint Michael from the site or and easy bike ride. Nice little town with plenty of shops and places to eat. On site bar ( dog friendly too). Would definitely stay again.
Signage coming from the left could be better. Nearly everyone I spoke to drove past and took the next turning down a cul de sac. If you’re coming the other way it’s easy to see.

Cleanliness of facilities eg showers, toilets, washing up area full of dead flies on the side this was quite poor. Washing machines clogged up with softener and powder unable to use.

Big spacious pitches. Great hedging for privacy also. Clean showers with hot water. Good swimming pool also. 2 big spots to empty waste water and also fill with fresh water. Chemical toilet waste here also. Straight out the back of the campsite on a cycle path and 25mins to the bridge at Mont Saint Michael. Highly recommend and will be back. Lovely warm welcome at reception. A supermarket within walking distance.

We were given plot 44 for 2 days and went out for the day when we returned our plot was taken by someone else who had everything set up.i went to reception and your staff were apologetic for the mistake which accused.to save a lot of disruption we took the next plot 43 which was on the corner.which we found a little. Too open as we have 2. Dogs.it was too open for our liking but it was for only one night. Also the showers were very cold. But after all that we enjoyed our stay And would return again.

we stayed for 3 nights, just to visit le Mont Saint-Michel en for that purpose it is perfect. right out of the camp site you have the bicycle lane that goes all the way to the entrance. Campsite is nice and well kept. big plus is the small little town next to eat. i loved going to the bakery in the morning to get fresh bread.
The toilets was the biggest disappointment. toilets very low, no seats and outside, so the smokers continue smoking in the booths. Little shop with basic needs would be nice.

We had a very relaxing time. The campsite has excellent facilities, large piches and is in a good position. We cycled along the canal to visit Mont St Michel and walked in the other direction into Pontoson where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay in fact we stayed 2 nights instead of 1, toilets good, showers good, heated pool, would have liked to cycle to St Michel as the riverside track is great but it’s been extreamly rainy. Will make this last stop before Cherbourg ferry.

We love the location next to the canal. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are immaculate, the pitches are a good size and level.
The only complaint I would make is the hedges are overgrown at this end of the season and it's difficult to find the water taps and electricity connections.

Being positioned at the edge of the campsite and therefore away from loud children in the morning. The cycle path to Le Mont Saint Michel being literally Meares away was the main attraction of the campsite.
It woukd have be great to know that the pizza van was going to be there on a Monday evening - perhaps this could be on your website!? We would have liked to make use of the tennis court but it was clearly not being used fir tennis any more. The tap for washing hands after using the toilets needs adjusting as the water stops flowing as soon as you stop pressing it.

We only stayed one night on our way from Brittany to Cherbourg. Easy to drive to. Great location to Mont Saint Michel, good level pitch if a little tight to get onto however this was a standard pitch, if going for a couple more nights we would have upgraded the pitch. Showers and toilets were clean. Pool looked good and inviting. Play areas for kids plus basket ball court, ping pong tables and bike hire.

The pool, the staff in the reception and especially the lady who served the baguettes and croissants every morning, the access to the town was good along the river. Clean toilets and showers with warm water, good facilities for children, games etc on the fields. Great location to the supermarket. Pitch sizes were good.
We were quite far from the toilet block. It could possibly do with another toilet block at a different location around the park.

Such a relaxed and friendly place to stay. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The swimming was excellent and the fresh bread and pastries every morning did not disappoint.

A very clean well maintained site.pitches were large plenty of room to let out your awning,and hedges between the pitches giving good privacy between pitches.Nice mature trees all over the site giving a country side feel.Toilets and showers were spotless, also the music that played in these blocks gave a nice vibe to the whole thing.Lovely bar, and the swimming pool was perfect.Most of all, the staff could not be more helpful and friendly,All of this gave us a relaxed enjoyable stay in Pontorson it was our second time to visit the site,and hope to return next year

Location near Pontorson. ACSI site. We use this site for our early morning ferry from St-Malo. Now a barrier has been installed this year, it will be tighter to catch the 9.30 boat.
The deep potholes in the access road and on site need immediate attention. There was nobody on reception when we arrived, so we waited 10 minutes. Allocated pitch - for previous visits we have been able to choose a pitch. Small pitch for our caravan.

We have been visiting Camping Haliotis since 2017 and will do so again in the future. It is quiet, has well sized pitches, good facilities, helpful staff, is in easu walking distance of the town (good places to eat) and a large supermarket. A good site for visiting Le Mont St Michel, and cycling south through tree lined fields. Helpful and friendly staff.

Poor signage at the front so you don't see it until you are past it. Poor signage on site locating fresh water taps, location of grey and black water disposal for people without motorhomes.

Mis advertised. Under old management there was wifi on all pitches. Wasn't told wifi only available in the bar area Only told when couldn't get wifi and after we had paid. We have limited fair usage data from UK ,so wifi very important. Laundry room needs a good clean. Member of staff goes far to fast round camp on buggy. Gate to exit not opened on time, no padlock on gate,so not secure, Opened by guests on more than one occasion. Why do staff have to go to lunch all at the same time,shutting the office. Should be staggered.. Very slow to come to desk. Not what it use to be,dissapointed.

Right in town so all amenities are readily available. Staff on the desk very helpful. We walked to the Mont (amazing but incredibly busy for a very cool April day) but it is a long hike. Local restaurant La Casa de Quentin recommended and was fantastic. The pitch was large and mostly level with a good grass covering so nice and easy to keep entry to the van clean.

This is a well laid out site. It was a short walk to the station to catch a bus direct to the Mont. The showers were nice and warm.
The staff should check the function of the showers occasionally to check that the heads/nozzles are working properly.

The presence of the camping looks good overall. Basic amenities for short stay. In an excellent location for great sights to visit and close to village centre.
It appears that September is end of season so very little effort for visitors still using the camping. Hedges and grass not cut , bar only open till 20.30, and no possibly of carry out it being able to acquire baguettes or croissants for breakfast. Price per night is lower for time in season but still not that cheap.

We visited this site for a night with a view of staying there on next years trip to France. We will never go there again.
I found the receptionist rather rude. Also our booking stated to arrive on site at 2pm, finding the reception was closed till 2.30 pm. We were shown to a pitch with over grown hedges, within 5 minutes we had rats on site. We vacated for another pitch. The pet corner was overgrown and neglected with just a few goats. The remaining pens were broken and obviously not suitable for rabbits etc. The wooden games had seen better days and needed paining.

We liked almost everything: the surrounding region, swimming pool and petting zoo
The only problem was that in the bathroom stalls the toilet paper is not a roll but sheets that feed through a tiny hole. In many of the stalls the sheet was tucked inside so there was nothing to grab onto to pull out, and the boxes are locked shut. In essence that means that in many of the stalls the toilet paper is locked away and unreachable. Quite a few people checked 5-6 stalls and upon seeing the toilet paper could not be reached, had to move down to the next one until finally the 7th stall had toilet paper that was able to be grasped.

Location is everything but what makes it stand out is the pleasant and professional staff. The facilities are first class and spotlessly clean. Abundane of hot water in service area. Quite campsite nestled by a river and cycle green way. Walking distance to local town. 9 km from Mont St Michel. Delighted to have chosen this site for our stay in Pontorson. Would I recommend? Most definitely would. 5 stars all day long.

Be prepared for the swimming pool- not heated as advertised! Didnt feel very welcomed at reception and staff not very friendly. Felt the place was a bit tired. Shop and bar restaurant very basic.

We were extremely satisfied with our time at the campsite and especially delighted with the access to the cycle route to Mont Saint-Michel. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Pool and facilities well maintained.
My teenage daughters said they would have enjoyed some evening entertainment if it was offered.

We reserveerden op voorhand. Reserveringskost : 15 euro. We kregen een bevestiging en plaats 85 toegewezen. Bij aankomst bleek men te veranderen en ons plaats 92 toe te wijzen. Volgens de receptiebediende was er degelijk WIFI. Op plaats 92 was het WIFI-signaal echter uiterst zwak (quasi onbruikbaar). Op plaats 85, dichter bij de zendmast, bleek dit iets beter te zijn, maar nog steeds zwak.

The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything about the site. The pitch was large and very well maintained. The toilet and shower facilities was clean and well maintained. The site was next to a cycle path that had easy access to get to Mont Saint Michel. Bread and croissants were easily ordered and collected.

A friendly site with large pitches we liked the hedging in between which gave privacy. Lots of space. Toilets and showers clean with lots of hot water - the showers were the best we’ve come across. Well situated to explore the area. Bakery service was great for ordering fresh items to collect next morning.
Could have done with extra parasols / shade around the pool area.

Amazing location - near to quaint town and next to the canal with a cycle path taking you all the way to Mon Saint Michel or the town.. immaculate site - facilities spotless and plentiful. Pitch great size in immaculate well kept grounds, with an obvious pride taken in the landscaping. The pool was gorgeous - as good as a 4* hotel (without the price tag). Stayed in June and was extremely good value - I’d encourage anyone who can travel outside of school holidays to come here for the amazing price and excellent facilities. And the bar prices €5.50 pint €2.70 wine(12cl) were excellent for ???? ?

I don’t think the toilets were cleaned for the 7days we were there. The same toilet paper was on the floor. There are cobwebs and dirt at a higher level. Showers were dirty. Schedule of cleaning was NEVER updated as to when, pro so because the facilities were never cleaned. The pool area was dirty. Leaves and stones on the pool patio. The pre pool foot paddle area was disgustingly dirty. Not hygienic and NEVER BEEN CLEANED OUT. The area of hygiene compared to our last stay has gone from 5stars to not even a star! The campsite looks to have fallen Into disrepair. Sorry!

Pitches could be tidier and hedges trimmed. Oh the gate to the ‘canal’ i don’t believe is every closed nowadays. So a big security concern for all pitch and accommodation users. This is despite a sign saying gates will close at ?? Time!

Pitches were spacious and set out well. Facilities were modern and kept very clean. Location of site is good for local shops, restaurants and visits to Le Mont Michel, Dinan, Fougeres etc. Goats were cute and entertaining! Reception staff helpful and welcoming...as were all staff on site.
All toilets are without seats, which is often the case in France. I understand this is a debatable issue about hygiene and comfort, but some campers may be 'inconvenienced' by this.

Lack of security at night, no restrction on noise levels. one evening several teenage boys came in on bikes and were all ove the chidrens play area near me. Then about 12mn a group of what sounded like young men shouting, laughing and talking till 2am. quite near me on my last night The first time i was ever frightened camping on my own. I spoke to reception the next day and she said a group of young boys were staying on the camp and she apologised. I'm not sure it was them and am concerned they had come on at night.

This site has good sized pitches and very good facilities and is very clean. It looked like there is lots for kids to do and the pool looked lovely. It's a ten minute walk from the small town of Pontorson and only a two minute drive to a good sized Carrefour. Mont St Michel is less than a ten minute drive, but I enjoyed the fact that Pontorson is much less commercialised than the area nearby the mount. Finally, the fee WiFi was really good and didn't drop out at all for us, although you can only use 2 devices on each ticket.

We have been coming here for a number of years now first thing we noticed was the continued poor state of the road the potholes have got bigger dodging them hard. Our allocated pitch we could not find the water or electric point so went back to reception to say non on our pitch told to go back it's right at the back well so hard to find as the hedge was so overgrown we had to fight are way in to find both water and electric station. All around the site the hedges are in dire need of cutting shame. Toilet floors were in desperate need of a good clean toilets themselves spotless.

Booked a large serviced Grand Comfort pitch for 2 nights as last stop before heading back to the UK. It was ok but nothing special and disappointed with the pitch. Very expensive at over €40 per night for what we were allocated compared to other sites used during our 3 weeks touring France where we only paid €25 and everything was better.
Check in at reception was a little chaotic with several people wishing to check in and only one person on the desk. Only one toilet block for the whole site which would seem to be not enough when high season and the site is full. Too expensive.

Pitch size very good, but the grass was not cut. In our view the grass should be mown every time the pitch is vacated.
A lot of potholes in the driveway approach to the site - giving a low first impression. Also, some of the tiles in the private bathroom on our pitch (P11) were loose of the walls - a problem which seems to have subsisted for some time as a spider was living behind the loose tiles.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool area as we travelled with 3 kids . The showers and toilets were clean and in easy reach.
We would have liked to have been given more information on arrival about the activities and offers on site. We were not told about being able to order bread or any of the children’s activities. The staff were nice but didn’t go that extra mile. It would have been nice to have a snack option at the bar and to feel a bit more welcome. Sometimes we felt we were being a pain asking for drinks and often there was no one in the bar area behind the bar at all . If reception and the bar could be separate this would be nice and help to define what was going on.

We had a great pitch, plenty of room for the campervan, our awning, washing line, outdoor kitchen etc. Large hedges around the pitch to create privacy. Where we were was a close distance to the main reception/bar and pool complex which was great in the mornings for collecting croissants and fresh bread. We were really impressed at how often the toilets and showers were cleaned and the amount of them which meant we never had to wait. We enjoyed using the cycle trail right outside of the campsite and the play parks for our little one.

Great campsite right next to the cycle trail to Le Mont Saint- Michel Walking distance to the lovely town Pontorson. Great facilities and premium pitches were fab.
Approach to reception the road was very uneven/ pot holes. Would look better if resurfaced. More chemical toilet areas as there was only one. But otherwise a lovely campsite.

We used the site for a short two night stop over, facilities were good and clean the pool was an added bonus too although very busy. Great location to visit mont st Michael and surrounding area
Grass to the pitches could do with a mow and the chemical toilet disposal was a very long way from our pitch

Having stayed at least 4 times previously , advance booked a comfort pitch -electricity water and drainage in October 23 paid paying deposit then full amount before leaving England as requested. We have a large van and 4 x4 which we advised you of but were given pitch 138 the smallest in the now only pitches as you have installed holiday cottages. We were advised this was the only pitch available for our 5 night stay. The pitch was overgrown with tree and hedge making it dark and the grass had not been cut .
Look after your clients who give you all the information of their vehicles and caravan size cut the grass and hedges .We noticied that all the pitches in the row had not had grass cut or hedges /trees cut back.

We had a 3 day stopover here before we left France for home from Cherbourg which is 2 hours away. The check in was quick and easy and the reception team was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome when we arrived. The pitch was great with electric, water and drainage. The shower block was really clean with plenty of hot water. We loved the pool and bar area and the short 10 minute walk into Pontorson, a beautiful, historic town with amazing architecture, independent shops and an Intermarche superstore you can walk to. Can highly recommend this site and will return .

Site is in a good position to visit le Mont st Michel. There is a supermarket close by along with the small town. The site looks very tired since our last visit.
Since our last visit in 2018, a lot of the serviced pitches have been replaced with wooden cabins. On arrival we were allocated a pitch that was not only small but completely shaded with overgrown trees. Many of the serviced pitches were completely shaded with trees and attract lots of flies. Eventually we were able to move one of three sunny pitches. The showers were tired and need upgrading.. There was a metal drain that ran along the floor of the showers which often lifted when someone stood on the opposite end. This was quite sharp when it lifted and caught your leg.

The hedges and trees were very overgrown and most pitches were shaded. These pitches are also the furthest from the facilities.

Wonderful couple of days recuperating from a long journey from the UK. Friendly staff, good sized pitch and excellent local facilities to top up with food and fuel.
Pitch very shaded by x3 trees which I guess is a plus if that is what you’re after!

We had a fully serviced pitch and it was massive (think we had one of the smaller ones too! - 124) Toilets and showers were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Mt St Michel, St Malo and Crocodile Bay is a must!
Speed that cars were being driven on site was not great. Did ask a few to slow down as lots of kids about. One central shower / toilet block so was a bit further from the pitch than I would have like.

Clean,quiet campsite,close to all amenities. Have been staying here since 2010 and would highly recommend Haliotis. My grandchildren,aged 17 and 12, loved the pool and free Wi-Fi.
Pitch 138 is mostly shaded,would have liked a pitch with more sun and tree clearance for satellite dish. Will ask for one of my usual pitches(32 or 33) next year as I will not have grandchildren with me.

When we got to the site our pitch was surrounded by wooden chalets. Not a pleasant sight for our 5 weeks stay. All of the fully serviced pitches have been taken up so people coming to stay were sent away. To be honest we will not recommend this site to anyone. While we were there they brought on 4 more statics. The pitches were not kept up to the standard anyone would expect. So no we will not return to this site again
The pitches were very untidy and had to ask for it to be mown. The wooden chalets looked dreary and falling apart although they were brand new.

Felt management and staff were very unatentive and inexperienced. Outside seating were nevery dried off after some rain making them unable to be sat on. Very limited opening hours for bar and cafe with closing at 1930 hours. Very limited take out food and only made available when school term finished.
