Each easy village has its own uncovered parking place. • Deposit: when collecting the keys upon arrival, a deposit will be required for each accommodation booked. The deposit by credit card does not implicate administration fees and amounts to € 250,00 for all accommodation types. In the event of a deposit paid in cash an additional charge of € 25,00 (incl. VAT) will be additionally required as administration fees and will be definitely retained. Part or the entire amount of the deposit may be deducted (deposit by credit card) or withheld (deposit by cash) if one or more conditions relating to cleaning and furnishing of the accommodation are not met in accordance with the rules given at the key collection upon arrival. • Final cleaning: € 60,00 for all accommodation types. Internal layout: living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom and an external covered terrace with a garden table and chairs on the groundfloor and a double room on the first floor. Bungalows De Luxe can be 150/500 mts far from the beach. De camping biedt Standaard (~90 m²) en Maxi (~115/150 m²) staanplaatsen, alle met stopcontact, een systeem van watervoorziening en riolering voor afvalwater (behoudens met zeldzame uitzonderingen daargelaten). Op elke staanplaats kan enkel één caravan, één camper of één tent worden geplaatst. De Pineta pitch is geschikt voor tenten welke geen water en elektriciteit nodig hebben; op dit gebied, de Pineta zal het tarief worden toegepast op elk geplaatste tent.
