Pool has very good size with enough warm water. We loved it.

There were noisy players on the neighbouring plot, so it was not a quiet afternoon at all. The playground is small.

The cleanliness of the cottage. Nice presents in the cottage: bottle of wine, nutpaste. Fine bread service.

Bad connection with wifi at place 156. Had to contact osmosiz ourselves. No reduction on wifi rate.

Very dissatisfied at the service around the snack bar, I was with my family who requested some fries. To be told sorry no we have stopped serving, only to see half an hour later another family being served fries. If you shutting off please be consistent

Has everything you need, we stayed for 3 nights, facilities clean, location close to town and a mile or so away from the Lesuire centre.

Only request is more bins in the toilets for sanitary waste please

It was peaceful, had a nice, but small, swimming pool and the setting was excellent

The pool is too small. The food offering was a bit poor (although the actual food was fine).

Easy walk into town which was nice. Good sized pitches on grass.

Change of attitude in one of the ladies who was extremely rude and told lies about what pitches were available. We were given a hard pitch that was like a building site. When my wife asked politely to be moved she was told there were no pitches available as they were fully booked. I went in and insisted and was given a grass pitch that was extremely difficult to access snd egress. I counted 10 empty pitches that night and 12 the following night. She made it clear we were only there for 2 nights why complain? If that's your customer service we won't be back.

Friendly reception staff on a site that is well placed for a stop over to visit Saverne. It was a short cycle ride to reach the town. The covered pool on site was stiflingly hot so we couldn’t use it.

The shower block was dated but reasonably clean. The site was tricky to find even with SatNav. There was limited info for travellers as this seemed to be a site that catered for people who knew the area.

Nice and calm. Water for the dog nearby. Santairy clean and good. A nice swimmingpool

We had no shadow. Maybe ask if you need that when you are checken in

Location was good - town good and surrounding area nice even though I only had an overnight stop Staff friendly and facilities all ok - good to get into Saverne and Haute Barr and access to the wine route Great to have breakfast delivered to reception to pick up in morning

Don’t see all campsite but maybe a couple more toilets and showers might be a bonus in busy times - don’t affect me this time
