GENERAL CONDITIONS of RESERVATION SITES and LANDSCAPED CAMPSITE(CAMPING) SAINT-LOUIS *** - LAMONTJOIE ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE The present general conditions govern by rights all the sales of stays realized on the site to www.camping-lamontjoie.fr. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Every customer recognizes to have acquainted with the present general conditions before any reservation of a stay, for himself and every person participating in the stay. The reservations location campsite or rent are name specific and cannot be given up. The access to the campsite is authorized only to the people whose name appears on the rental agreement. According to the current law, the present general conditions are put at the disposal of every customer for informational purposes before the conclusion of any sale contract of stays. They can be also obtained on simple written request sent to the campsite. ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION 2.1 Prices and regulation: the price of the stays is indicated in euros, included VAT. The expenses of reservation, the tourist tax, any supplement or option are clearly mentioned. The reservation becomes actual only with our agreement in writing and after reception of the deposit (25 % of the stay) or of the total amount of the stay + set-up fees if it is made less than 21 days before the date of arrival. The balance is due 21 days before the arrival, except agreement written of the campsite's direction. 2.2 Modification of reservation: no reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure. It is imperative to prevent the reception in case of arrival after 19 hours. For any not indicated delay, the location/l' location becomes available 12 pm after the date of arrival mentioned on the booking contract. After this deadline, and in the absence of written message, the reservation will be worthless and the payment will remain acquired in the direction of the campsite. 2.3 Cancellation (by registered letter with recorded delivery): any reservation not settled according to the present conditions will be cancelled. For any upstart cancellation more than 2 months before the beginning of stay, the deposit will be paid off. Between 2 months and 21 days of the date of arrival, 50 % of the deposit will be paid off. Beyond, the completeness of the stay is due and stays the property of the direction of the campsite. Set-up fees will be restored in no case. 2.4 Retraction: legal requirements relative to the right to withdraw in case of remote sale planned by the Code of the consumption are not applicable to the tourist services(performances) (article L.121-20-4 of the Code of the consumption). So, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer benefits from no right to withdraw. 2.5 Cancellation insurance : we recommend you to sign the optional cancellation insurance proposed (2.6 % of the stay). This contract allows you to obtain the refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or departure anticipated under certain conditions, includind COVID. 2.6 Stay without reservation: in case of availability for a customer not having made reservation, it will be asked to him(her) to pay its stay according to the following modalities: - For a plot : the day of your arrival, or the day before your departure in case of uncertain duration (subject to the delivery at the reception of an ID card of current validity restored during your payment); - For a renting: the day of your arrival, before gettint into the renting. ARTICLE 3 - PROGRESS OF the STAY 3.1 Arrivals - Departures-duration of the stays: rented and in campsite(camping): the arrivals are made from 2 pm, the departures are made before 11 am, any day of the week, without minimal duration EXCEPT for the renting 4 people and more: * In High season (at the middle of July at the middle of August - precise dates to be consulted every year in the price list): arrivals / departures on Wednesday or Saturday, minimal duration 7 consecutive days (otherwise, in case of agreement of the managers, application of a specific pricing). * Low season: minimal duration 2 consecutive days (otherwise, in case of agreement of the managers, application of a specific pricing); 3.2 Pledge - Inventory renting:. A list of calculated(coded) inventory is put back(handed) to you upon your arrival or presents in every renting. A pledge from 200 to 250 euros + domestic pledge (20 in 60€ according to renting) by accommodation(hosting) will be asked you the day of your arrival, and restored the day of your departure if the current situation(inventory of fixtures) is satisfactory, during the opening hours of the reception. The customer is invited to verify upon his/her arrival the state of cleanliness and the inventory of renting sound, and to make notice any anomaly in the direction(management) at the latest the day after the arrival at noon. The invoicing of possible damages, break-in(breakage), absent person will come to be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. By concerns of homogeneity of the furniture and the dishes, the breakage or every absent item cannot give rise to direct replacement by the customer. If you cannot be present during the inventory of fixtures, the pledge will have returned to you by mail according to the same conditions. 3.3 Departure: any liberation of the location or the renting after 11 hours generates the invoicing of an additional overnight stay. Any extra time of stay must be formulated 24 hours at least before the date of departure planned for agreement by the direction of the campsite. 3.4 Accepted means of payment: the reservations are payable by: - On-the-spot bank card or on remote sale to be directly seized by the customer on our web site to www.campingagen.fr; - By telephone by communicating the references of the card to the direction of the campsite. - > in both cases, the customer ticket CB will be put back to you upon your arrival. - Cash (exclusively on the spot). 3.5 Internal rules: as the law requires him, you have to adhere to our internal rules, shown at our reception and at the entrance of the campsite. A copy will be put back to you on request. ARTICLE 4 - RESPONSIBILITY 4.1 undergone Damage: the Campsite disclaims all liability for the damage undergone by the material of the camper or caravanner which would be by his/her own act; an insurance for your material regarding civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...). 4.2 Minors: the minors are under the responsibility of the parents on the completeness of the campsite, including the lake, the swimming pool, the parking lot visitors, the areas of sport and games, the restaurant. The parents make in particular a commitment to enforce them the internal rules. The minors not accompanied by their parents are not admitted within the campsite, except written agreement by the campsite (case of support by grandparents - sports or associative groups). ARTICLE 5 - APPLICABLE LAW The present general conditions are submitted to the French law and any dispute concerning their application is a matter of the court's jurisdiction of Big Authority or the commercial court of AGEN.
