GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPING
1. RULES
A deposit of 30% will be asked at the time of booking. The total amount will then have to be paid in full within 30 days before the beginning of your stay.
2. ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
- Bank or postal cheque, payable to the campsite (French accounts only).

3. CAPACITY
The number of persons mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The rental of a furnished tourist accommodation or Yurt implies the total acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties.
4. RENTALS
Accommodation rental :
Definition of the rental seasons: Refer to the price sheets.
Rental period and duration: Rentals are possible for a week or a night.
The rental rate includes: rental of the accommodation, charges (water, electricity up to 200 kW per week), access to reception services, playgrounds.
Rentals are available from 2pm (arrival if possible before 4pm) on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure. Any excess will result in the invoicing of an extra day.
Transfer, subletting: All rentals are nominative and can in no case be transferred or sublet.
For bank holidays, the establishment reserves the right to request minimum stays of 2 nights.
5. PAYMENT OF THE STAY
The reservation of the stay becomes effective only after the payment of a deposit by the tenant.
Rentals : The balance of the stay must be paid without reminder from us 30 days before the date of arrival.
6. MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Changes to the dates of stay are only accepted within a minimum of 30 days prior to the original date and subject to availability.
7. LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of a written message from the tenant, specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the accommodation becomes available 12H after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required.
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.
8. PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, guests may have paid different prices. Under no circumstances will customers who have paid the higher price be entitled to a refund representing the difference between the price they have paid and the promotional price. Discounts can in no case be combined with promotions.
9. RENTAL CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of stay by the Campsite upon arrival: In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons.
Cancellation of your stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival: you must inform the campsite in writing (followed letter, email with a request for acknowledgement of receipt). Failing this, the client will be required to pay the totality of the sums due under the contract. The campsite reminds you that according to article L.121-20-4-2° of the Consumer Code, the right of retraction is not applicable to accommodation, transport, restaurant and leisure services provided on a date according to a determined periodicity.
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death and on presentation of a medical certificate or death we give you the possibility of postponing your stay to the current season. For any cancelled stay not falling within the clauses mentioned above: more than 45 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the equivalent of 15% of the stay. Between 45 and 30 days before your stay, 30% will be retained. Between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival, 60% of the amount will be retained. Between 15 and 8 days 75% of the amount will be retained. For any stay cancelled within 8 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the reserved stay will be due or will be retained by the campsite.
10. ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in our rentals under your own responsibility and must be kept on a leash.
11. VALUABLES
The management declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of valuables.
10. CLAIMS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay.
11. Rules of procedure
All tenants are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations under penalty of sanctions that may go as far as the cancellation of the contract.
Your stay :
To prepare your stay : It is essential to bring your bed linen (sheets, pillowcases).
In case of late arrival or last minute impediment, it is imperative to notify our services.
The key to your rental will be given to you on arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the estate.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all the markings and safety instructions as they will be displayed to you, and to return the keys of your rental.
On the day of your departure, rentals must be vacated before 11am. You are asked to leave the place as clean as you found it.
