TERMS OF USE
The Gift Card is a credit voucher that allows the cardholder to pay for his or her stay, if necessary topping it up with another means of payment:
- On the website www.lesmediterranees.com
- By printed reservation contract

The amount of the gift card is not divisible and must be used in one go.
A Gift Card is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards are sent by email to the Customer and the beneficiary.
The Gift Cards are valid from January 2021 on the website www.lesmediterranees.com or immediately for a paper booking.
If the Gift Card is not used within 12 months, the sums committed cannot be reimbursed and the validity cannot be extended.
Under no circumstances can Gift Cards be exchanged for cash.
The date of validity can be consulted on the confirmation email and at the reception desk.

ORDER
The purchase of a gift card can only be made via the website www.lesmediterranees.com with payment by credit card.
The online order is only effective after validation of the Customer's payment. The Customer will then receive an order confirmation by email.

DELIVERY
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided when ordering are correct and that they will enable the recipient to receive the order and the Customer to receive confirmation of the order; Les Méditerranées declines all responsibility in the event of an error by the Customer.
The email containing the gift card will be considered as received by the recipient once it has been sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
We advise Customers and recipients to check their spam box, in the event that the email addressed does not arrive directly in their mailbox.
It is specified that the Client and the recipients are responsible for their e-mail and the persons having access to it. In this respect, Les Méditerranées cannot be held responsible in any way and in particular in the event of use of the gift card by someone other than the recipient.
