GENERAL CONDITIONS 2024
Article 1-For rental accommodations:
Article 1.1-All reservations are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred.
3-bedroom mobile home or 3-bedroom Grand confort mobile home or 3-bedroom Premium mobile home: max. 6 persons. Premium 2 bedroom mobile home, accessible mobile home, 2 bedroom chalet, gîte/apartment: max. 4 people. Rental per entire week, from Saturday to Saturday in July and August or for other dates, minimum 2 nights in low season.
Article 1.2-When camping and caravanning: Pitches are allocated from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. Our base price includes: the provision of a standard pitch 100 m2, grand large 150 m2, grand large 150m2 riverside, for a tent, a caravan or a motorhome with electricity, for two people, as well as a parking space for one vehicle. Our base price does not include: additional adults, visitors, additional children, additional vehicles and tents or activities implemented in partnership with external service providers.
Article 1.3-For rental accommodations: they are all non-smoking: Our base price includes: the provision of an equipped rental for the number of people expected from the day of arrival after 3 p.m. to the day of departure before 10 a.m., parking space for one vehicle on the location.
Our base price does not include: the supply of sheets, blankets, duvets and pillowcases. Option: possibility of rental: sheets, pillowcases, blankets: €16 per bed, to be provided when booking, provision of towel kit: 1 hand towel and a bath towel: €8 per person, maintenance products or activities implemented in partnership with external service providers.
Article 2- Application fees:
Each stay reservation gives rise to the collection of administration fees: €19 for pitches, €20 for rentals.
Article 3-Reservation and payment of the stay:
Article 3.1-For any reservation, up to 30 days from departure, a reservation option is noted, subject to availability, upon receipt and processing of the reservation request. A contract is sent to the applicant. The reservation option is valid for 8 days. The option is confirmed (and therefore becomes a firm reservation) after receiving the deposit of 25% of the estimated amount of the stay plus 100% of the administration fees. Any booking option not confirmed by postal or electronic mail will be automatically canceled without notice from us.
Article 3.2-On receipt of your deposit, a registration confirmation will be sent to you by post or electronic mail, confirming: the dates of your stay, the total amount of your stay depending on the information you provided to us on your request for reservation, the amount of the deposit received. Any rental contract not accompanied by the payment representing the deposit and the administration fees will be void.
Article 4-Regulations of the stay:
Article 4.1: The reservation balance must be paid for rentals 30 days before your arrival and for pitches 15 days before your arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. In the absence of contact from the guest specifying that he had to postpone his arrival date, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 12 hours after the planned arrival date, mentioned in this contract. No refunds will be given for any delayed arrival or early departure.
Payment of the balance can be spread over several installments every month at no additional cost. Different payment methods are accepted: Credit card, money order, bank transfer or cash. In the event of non-payment of the deposit upon reservation or the balance no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay by the customer, the Arleblanc campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and re-offer the accommodation for rental.
Article 4.2-No right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Arleblanc campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a determined periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Article 4.3-Assignment of pitch or rental: The reservation of a pitch or rental implies that the allocation decision remains in force of Camping Arleblanc and that no commitment on our part will be made definitively before the arrival of the customer regarding the allocation of an exclusive location and/or rental chosen by the customer for a stay, including for customers occupying the same location for several years. Domaine Arleblanc Camping undertakes to provide a pitch or similar rental if it is impossible to provide the previously chosen pitch or rental without having to justify this decision.
Article 5-Admission:
No person can be admitted to the grounds of the campsite without the agreement of the Arleblanc campsite management. Anyone residing in the campsite must have individual or family “Civil Liability” insurance.
Article 6-Rates:
The rates applied are those mentioned in our brochures, price sheets or on our website www.arleblanc.com. Occasional promotions can be set up on the same site. The price applied will then be that of the current promotion based on availability at the time of the reservation request. No stay booked and paid for before the implementation of these promotions will be subject to even a partial refund or a price reduction.
Article 7-Tourist tax:
€0.61 per day per person over 18 years old. Eco Tax: €0.40 per day per person over 13 years old. Eco participation tax: This tax is also called “eco-contribution” or “eco-tax” and contributes partially to the taxes that the campsite must pay; household waste, wastewater treatment, etc. It is to be paid with the tourist taxes.
Article 8-Visitors:
We remind you that anyone entering the campsite must be reported to the reception desk. Half-day or full-day visitor: €2.00 per person; ticket at the reception desk; This does not give access to the swimming pool. Visitors who sleep at the campsite; registration required at the reception desk.
Article 9-For rentals:
Deposit and inventory: A guarantee of €200 will be required upon your arrival. On the day of your departure, the mobile home must be returned before 10:00 a.m. in perfect condition, ready to be rented again. During your stay, you are responsible for maintaining the rental. The accommodation must be made clean; failing this, you will be charged for the cleaning costs. Cleaning of the accommodation can be carried out by us for the sum of €70.00. All rentals are non-smoking. Please note: The deposit will be fully retained if the smoking ban has not been respected.
Article 10-Pet animals:
Your pets are allowed on campsites as well as in rentals. They must at all times be kept on a leash and must be accompanied outside the campsite to do their business. Under no circumstances must the dog remain alone in the mobile home and must not inconvenience the neighborhood by its barking or soiling. In the event of non-compliance, the campsite may evict the dog and its owners. Any other type of animal except cats is prohibited in mobile homes. As soon as you arrive, you must declare them at reception by presenting their anti-rabies vaccination certificate. Animals are not accepted in the swimming pool area or in the common areas of the campsite; sanitary facilities, restaurant and grocery store. No fee for animals outside the summer season. Dogs classified category 1 and 2 are prohibited in the campsite. Maximum 1 animal per pitch or rental.
Article 11-Swimming pool access:
For hygiene reasons: swimming trunks required; no Bermuda shorts or boxer shorts, no monokini, no burkini. No sunscreen oil, cream tolerated. Parasols are prohibited inside the swimming pool area, strollers are tolerated. Toys, boats, balls, fins, shovels, buckets, water guns, etc. are prohibited. It is forbidden to eat, drink, smoke (including all illicit substances), spit or eat chewing gum. Are authorized; small buoys and armbands for children who cannot yet swim. It is forbidden to reserve strechers with towels or other means if you are not staying at the swimming pool. We reserve the right to remove any towel placed without the presence of a person after a given time.
Article 12-The play area:
It is reserved for children staying at the Arleblanc campsite under parental supervision. Please respect the age groups of the children for each of them. Access prohibited after 11 p.m.
Article 13-Collective barbecue:
The Ardèche prefecture prohibits any use of individual barbecues on the campsite. 2 collective barbecues are available in a secure area behind the reception desk and we have gas planchas for rent: €40 per week from Saturday evening to Friday evening.
Article 14-Stay:
Article 14.1-The Arleblanc campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to divert it. Reserving a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You cannot under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
Article 14.2: Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The Arleblanc campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Article 14.3-Group stay: Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are traveling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered a group. The accommodations offered on the website are intended exclusively for individual customers. For any group reservation request, you must contact the Arleblanc campsite by telephone or email. The Arleblanc campsite reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.
Article 15-Cancellation of the stay:
Article 15.1-Modification of your reservation: The customer can request the modification of their stay (dates, type of accommodation, options) upon written request to the Arleblanc campsite by mail or email, subject to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of modification, the customer must carry out their stay under the initial reservation conditions or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Article 15.2-Any request to prolong the duration of your stay will be made possible according to availability and according to the rates in force. Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions for cancellation and interruption of stay.
Article 15.3-Unused services: In the event of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons: Closure of borders by administrative decision, administrative closure of the Arleblanc campsite, limitation of travel to a number of kilometers by administrative decision not allowing entry to the campsite. A voucher for an amount corresponding to unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses this voucher, it will be refunded, on request, the corresponding amount less the cost of cancellation insurance if it has been taken out. Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any interrupted or shortened stay(late arrival, early departure) caused by the customer will not lead to a refund or a voucher.
Article 15.4-Cancellation due to the Arleblanc campsite: In the event of cancellation due to the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the amounts paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot lead to the payment of damages.
Article 15.5-Cancellation by the camper: In the event of cancellation by the camper, except in cases of force majeure, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows: Any cancellation request must be communicated by mail or email to the Arleblanc campsite address. Cancellations made by telephone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation results in the termination of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rental again.
Article 15.6-Cancellation by the camper without subscribing to the cancellation guarantee: For one of the following reasons, preventing the stay: closure of borders by administrative decision, administrative closure of the campsite, limitation of travel to a number of kilometers by decision administrative not allowing you to come to the campsite. A voucher, for an amount corresponding to the full amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the Arleblanc campsite. If the customer refuses this voucher, he will be refunded, on request, the corresponding amount.
For all other reasons::
Article 15.7-Case 1: Cancellation up to 16 days before the start of the stay: The deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay will be retained by the Arleblanc campsite for cancellation costs. The amounts paid, deducted by the amount of the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment was made in part or in full with a voucher of a value greater than the deposit: the deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay will be retained by the Arleblanc campsite as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable voucher for a period of 2 years usable in the Arleblanc campsite where the stay was canceled will be issued with the amount of the initial voucher less the 25% deposit. The rest of the amounts paid other than the voucher will be refunded.
Article 15.8-Case 2: Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the stay: A sum of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained by the Arleblanc campsite as cancellation costs. A voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the sums paid less cancellation fees of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, usable only in the Arleblanc campsite where the stay has been canceled and is valid for two years.
Article 15.9-Case 3: Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before the start of the stay: The entire amount paid, i.e. the entire amount of the stay, is retained by the Arleblanc campsite. No refunds will be made. If the customer does not show up at the Arleblanc campsite within two days following the start of the date of their stay and without having informed the Arleblanc campsite by post or email in advance, the reservation will be considered canceled by the customer. The Arleblanc campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the rental or pitch for reservation again.
Article 15.10: For these reasons, we recommend that you take out the Meech cancellation insurance. The Arleblanc campsite offers cancellation insurance including the impossibility of staying for reasons of illness, accident, hospitalization, death, modification of vacation dates, accident, means of transport breakdown with proof. Meech insurance covers all people participating in the stay in the event of cancellation of the stay, late arrival or early departure. The total amount of cancellation insurance corresponds to 4% of the total amount of the stay. The conditions and details of the guarantees are specified on our website or on request. Insurance costs must be paid in one payment at the time of booking. However, insurance can be purchased within 15 days after booking.
Article 15.11: In the event of cancellation by the camper with subscription to the cancellation guarantee: The sums paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general cancellation conditions. Find the General Cancellation Conditions in the FAQ: What is the cancellation guarantee. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general conditions of sale from paragraph 15.6 to 15.9. apply and the cost of cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in the event of cancellation.
Article 16-Liability:
Article 16.1: During your stay, we ask you not to leave your valuables, jewelry, cash or personal items unattended. The customer must take out all necessary insurance to guarantee the risks of theft and civil liability, third party recourse-liability and insurance.
Article 16.2: It is up to the customer to be insured, the customer must be covered by a civil liability insurance in order to cover possible damage. The customer remains responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects, the Arleblanc campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the customer's civil liability, in the event of theft, fire, or any other disaster or accident caused by himself or any person of his party participating in the stay. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations of Camping Arleblanc. Each tenant in title is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with him or visit him.
Article 17–Complaints:
All complaints relating to the conditions of the stay must be made on site at the reception desk of the Arleblanc campsite in order to enable it to find an immediate solution to any problems encountered. Any complaint following a stay must be made in writing and sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days following the departure date. Any complaint occurring after the 7 day period will be automatically rejected.
Article 18-Force majeure:
The execution of the Arleblanc campsite's obligations hereunder is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent their execution.
Article 19 – Nullity:
If one or more of the stipulations of the general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will remain in full force and effect of their strength and scope.
Article 20-Right to image:
The customer expressly authorizes the Arleblanc campsite, and without any compensation, to exploit and distribute on any type of media likely to be used, whether digital or printed, the photos and/or videos which could be taken during the stay for the advertising and communication needs of the Arleblanc campsite. Any customer wishing to refuse the possibility of being photographed or filmed during their stay must notify the Arleblanc campsite in advance and in writing.
Article 21-Protection of personal data:
Article 21.1: In accordance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data (French General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and modified freedoms), the customer has the rights to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify personal data concerning him. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, the customer consents to the Arleblanc campsite collecting and using this data for the completion of the reservation contract.
Article 21.2: The information that the customer communicates during his reservation will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by the Arleblanc campsite. They are used only by the internal services of the Arleblanc campsite for the processing of the reservation, and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for the customers of the Arleblanc campsite.
Article 21.3: In accordance with article L223-1 of the Frenc Consumer Code, the customer who does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone can register free of charge on a list opposing telephone canvassing with the the designated body under the conditions provided for in article L.223-4 of the Frenc Consumer Code, namely the company Opposotel or on the dedicated website http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/
Article 21.4: The Arleblanc campsite, concerned with the rights of individuals, and in a desire for total transparency, has set up a confidentiality policy explaining the way in which the personal data of Arleblanc campsite customers are collected and processed, the purposes pursued by these treatments, as well as the means of action made available to individuals so that they can best exercise their rights. For more information, the customer is invited to consult the confidentiality policy of the Arleblanc campsite.
Article 22-Applicable law and jurisdiction:
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute which arises concerning the interpretation and/or execution of these general conditions of sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts of the department in which the Arleblanc campsite is located.
Agreement on reservation:
I declare that I have read the general conditions of access to the Arleblanc campsite, the special conditions described above, and accept their provisions.
