GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL The photos are not contractual ( the assigned bungalow is subject to availability, you can contact us for any special requests) 1- The accommodation includes rental for 2,4 or 6 people for a mobile home, parking for one vehicle, water, electricity, gas and access to the campsite infrastructure. 2- The accommodation is rented from 15:00 and departure is expected at least 10:00. 3- For the payment of the rental, we accept credit cards, cash and holiday vouchers. 4- Early interruption or reduction of the length of a stay for any reason independent of the campsite «Du Bas Larin» does not give right to any refund. It is strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance. 5- A deposit of 500 € by credit card will be required for the rental and its equipment . An inventory of the premises will be carried out upon your departure. These deposits will be returned to you within 15 days if the condition is the same as at arrival and without deterioration. Cleaning is included in the booking of the stay. 6- The reservation of accommodation becomes effective only after sending by the campsite «Du Bas Larin» a photocopy of this contract (to the extent of available rentals) upon receipt of this contract signed and accompanied by the corresponding deposit and application fees. 7- Tattooed and vaccinated animals, kept on a leash on the campsite, are accepted except for dogs of 1st and 2nd category, owners are obliged to walk their dogs outside the campsite. 8- During your stay, please respect the rules posted at the reception of the campsite. 9- A tourist tax of 0.50 € will be charged per person and night from 18 years old. 10- Your visitors will have to go to the reception before entering the campsite and pay the entrance fee of 6 euros. 11-The campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft and in case of incident falling under the civil liability of the vacationer. 12- All rentals are nominative and cannot be sublet or transferred. 13- In case of dispute, the Privas Court is the only competent court. 14-It is recalled that in application of the provisions of article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by the Campsite is subject to the right of withdrawal
