GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PITCH RENTAL:
Tent, caravan or camper van pitch:
Arrivals after 2 pm, departures before 12 noon.
Deposit amount on booking: 30% of the cost of your stay.
The balance of the stay is payable on the day prior to departure. Reception
must be informed of any guests and surcharges.
-Animals that have been tattooed and that are kept on a lead are admitted
upon presentation of their vaccination record (except dogs in the first
category). They are subject to a fee.
-In the absence of a written message from the camper stating that they
have had to postpone the date of their arrival, the pitch will become
available as of the date following their intended arrival. The campsite will
keep the deposit.
-All cancellations must be made by registered letter. In this case, the
campsite will keep (or you will be required to pay) 30% of the cost of the
stay if you cancel 30 or more days before your intended arrival date. If
you cancel fewer than 30 days before your intended arrival date, you
will be required to pay the full cost of your stay. Cancellation insurance
is available (information and a declaration of cancellation are available at
www.campez-couvert.com).
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING A CHALET/MOBILE HOME:
Rental by the week: arrive from 3 pm on Saturday, depart the following
Saturday before 10 am. Out of season, rental by the night is possible: arrival
from 3 pm, departure prior to 10 am subject to availability, on request.
-Animals that have been tattooed and that are kept on a lead are admitted
upon presentation of their vaccination record. They are subject to a fee.
- Bookings shall not be valid until we have issued our approval (you will
receive a booking confirmation via e-mail) upon receipt of the completed,
signed rental agreement and the deposit / your online booking. Rental
properties are assigned without distinction, in the order in which the
bookings were made. Rental agreements are concluded with the person
named therein and are not transferable.
The balance of the cost of the rental must be paid one month before
the stay.
No reduction will be made in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
-Reception must be informed of any guests and surcharges.
In the absence of any written statement from the renter informing us of
the postponement of their arrival date, the rental property will become
available as of the day following their intended arrival. The campsite will
keep the deposit.

campsite will keep (or you will be required to pay) 30% of the cost of the
stay if you cancel 30 or more days before your intended arrival date. If you

Customers will be asked to pay a €200 security deposit per rental property
on the day they arrive (€500 for the 12-person chalet).
-Customers will be obliged to check that the inventory is correct and
bring any errors that they notice to our attention immediately, or by the
following morning at the latest.
-The security deposit will be refunded on the day you leave (or by post if
you leave outside reception hours). Any potential fees charged for repairs
and the value of any damaged or missing equipment will be deducted.
-A fixed sum of €45 will be withheld from the security deposit in cases
where the premises have not been cleaned on the day of departure.
-In the rental properties: water, gas and electricity are included.
The following additional services can be provided: housekeeping, TV rental,
sheet rental (please indicate when booking if you require these services).
GENERAL INFORMATION
The rules and regulations are displayed in reception. All customers must
comply with the terms of these rules. The management reserves the right
to refuse admission to the campsite to any persons who have not made
a registration and to those whose disruptive behaviour is detrimental to
the calm and tranquillity of the site.
The swimming pool is open from June to mid-September. Swimming
trunks are mandatory.
Public liability insurance is mandatory.
We accept euros, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard), cheques,
chèques vacances (holiday vouchers) and bank transfers.
In the event of a dispute, and after contacting the establishment's
customer service department, all customers of the campsite shall be
entitled to contact a consumer ombudsman within one year from the
date of the written complaint sent to the manager by registered letter
with acknowledgement of receipt.
