Conditions of booking : bookings are not final until confirmed in writing by the campsite. All bookings are by name only and are nontransferable. If you will be arriving later than expected, we must be informed immediately, otherwise non-appearance on the planned date of arrival will be deemed to be a cancellation of your contract and your accommodation or pitch will be deemed to be available from the next day. Cancellation : No refund of the sums paid will be made, except in case of subscription of the cancellation insurance proposed when you make the booking (provided that the reason for the cancellation meets the conditions set by the insurer). No reduction will be granted for an arrival after the expected date or for an anticipate departure, the total amount of your expected stay will be owed Balance : the balance of your accommodation must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Deposits : a deposit of 300 € (350 € for Roi Arthur)will be request on arrival, 250 € for equipement and 50 € for cleaning (except Roi Arthur 100 €). It will be returned the day of your departure.
