GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAMPSITE
1. PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The full amount must then be paid within 30 days before the start of your stay.
2. MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
- Bank or postal cheque, payable to the campsite (French accounts only).
- Credit card: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa
- Holiday vouchers
- Bank transfer
3. CAPACITY
The number of people per accommodation mentioned in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy authorised, taking into account the equipment available. It may not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
The rental of furnished tourist accommodation or yurts implies total acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties.
4. RENTALS
Accommodation hire :
Definition of rental seasons: Please refer to the price list.
Rental period and duration: Rentals are possible for a week or by the night.
The rental price includes: rental of the accommodation, charges (water, electricity up to a maximum of 200 kW per week), access to reception services and play areas.
Rentals are available from 2pm (arrival before 4pm if possible) on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. An extra day will be charged for any overrun.
Transfer, subletting: All rentals are by name only and may under no circumstances be transferred or sublet.
5. PAYMENT OF THE STAY
Reservations only become effective once the tenant has paid a deposit.
Rentals : The balance of the stay must be paid without any reminder from us 30 days before the date of arrival.
6. CHANGE OF STAY
Changes to the dates of your stay will only be accepted a minimum of 30 days before the initial date and subject to availability.
7. LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of a written message from the Tenant stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation will become available 12 hours after the date of arrival stipulated in the rental contract, and full payment for the services will still be required.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
8. PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the higher price will under no circumstances be entitled to a refund representing the difference between the price they have paid and the promotional price. Discounts may under no circumstances be combined with promotions.
9. CANCELLATIONS Rented accommodation
Cancellation of stay by the campsite on arrival: In the event of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons.
Cancellation of your stay by you BEFORE your arrival: you must notify the campsite in writing (by recorded delivery or by email with a request for acknowledgement of receipt). Failing this, the customer will be liable for payment of the full amount due under the contract. The campsite would like to remind you that, in accordance with article L.121-20-4-2° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date at a specific time.
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death, and on presentation of a medical certificate or death certificate, we give you the option of postponing your stay until the current season, excluding weekends and public holidays. For any holiday cancelled that does not fall within the above-mentioned clauses: Between 30 and 15 days before the holiday, 50% of the amount will be retained. For any stay cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date, the full amount of the stay booked will be payable or retained by the campsite.
10. PETS
Pets are allowed in our accommodation under your sole responsibility and must be kept on a lead.
11. VALUABLES
The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of valuables.
12. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to a holiday must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the holiday.
13. Rules and regulations
All tenants are required to comply with the campsite's house rules, failing which they may be penalised, up to and including termination of the contract.
Your stay :
To prepare for your stay: It is essential that you bring your own bed linen (sheets, pillowcases).
In the event of a late arrival or last-minute cancellation, it is essential to inform our services.
The key to your accommodation will be given to you on arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the estate.
During your stay, we ask you to respect all signs and safety instructions as they will be posted to you, and to return the keys to your accommodation.
On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10.30 am. You are asked to leave the site as clean as you found it.
