Article 1 - Scope of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern all of right stays sales made on the site WWW.UK.CAMPING-IBIE.COM or OTHER. They form part of any contract between the campsite and its clients.
Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions before booking a stay-even for him and everyone involved in the stay.
According to the law, these terms and conditions are available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon written request from the registered establishment.
Article 2 - Booking Conditions
2.1 Price and Payment
The price stays listed in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that is not included in the price the tax.
For reservations camping location: All rentals are personal and may not be transferred. The rent becomes effective with our agreement and receipt of the total stay and booking fees.

For unreported late rent / location becomes available four hours after the arrival date stated on the booking form. After this period, and in the absence of written or oral messages by telephone, the booking will be void and the deposit will not be refunded in full at the direction of the campsite.
2.2 Rebooking
No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Reservations not ended in accordance with the terms of sale will be canceled. Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt). For cancellations received more than 30 days before the start date of stay, 75% of the deposit will be retained and cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of stay, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions on the right of withdrawal in case of distance selling under the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourism services (Article L.121-20-4 the Consumer Code).
Thus, when ordering a stay at the campsite, the client receives no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance against the risk of theft, fire, water damage, liability, claims by third parties. Camping assumes no responsibility. In case of dispute between the lessor and the lessee, the Commercial Court will be competent.
Article 3 - Tour Programme
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Rental, check-in is from 14 am check-out is before 10 am, any day of the week in low season and Saturday in mid and high season. Camping, check-in is from 12 am check-out is before 12 pm, any day of the week
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 150 euros per apartment will be required on the day of arrival. This will be returned on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory made with the landlord. Billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail.
3.3 out
Failure to return key or not releasing the location after 12h and after 14h camping rentals will be billed for an additional night. All extensions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pets
Pets are allowed inside the rental and camping sites. Dogs are welcome, leashed and vaccinated. Dogs first and 2nd category are prohibited.
3.5 Rules
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules, introduced in the prefecture, displayed at our reception, and one copy will be provided upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
Camping disclaims any liability for damage caused to the equipment of the camper-caravan that would be of its own making; insurance for your equipment for civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are governed by French law and any disputes relating to their application within the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Court of Commerce of Aubenas.
